扩大孔板量程比的方法一般分为三种 ,1 将大流量分段多路并联组合进行测量 ;2 更换孔板片改变 β值进行测量 ;3 用一台孔板流量计并联不同量程差压计进行测量。实际工程中采用一台孔板流量计并联微差压、中差压、高差压三台差压变送器 ... 扩大孔板量程比的方法一般分为三种 ,1 将大流量分段多路并联组合进行测量 ;2 更换孔板片改变 β值进行测量 ;3 用一台孔板流量计并联不同量程差压计进行测量。实际工程中采用一台孔板流量计并联微差压、中差压、高差压三台差压变送器 ,三台差压变送器同时工作 ,把读数同时送往RTU(远程传输装置 )的计算单元。RTU通过程序对三个差压数据进行筛选 ,同时也筛选出参数流出系数C和可膨胀性系数ε。然后将数值送入计算模块。温度、压力仍采用在线补偿 ,这种方法可使流量测量的系统不确定度控制在± 1 2 % ,量程比可扩大到 15∶1。 展开更多

Mean Shift Registration Algorithm for Dissimilar Sensors

The mean shift registration(MSR) algorithm is proposed to accurately estimate the biases for multiple dissimilar sensors.The new algorithm is a batch optimization procedure.The maximum likelihood estimator is used to estimate the target states,and then the mean shift algorithm is implemented to estimate the sensor biases.Monte Carlo simulations show that the MSR algorithm has significant improvement in performance with reducing the standard deviation and mean of sensor biased estimation error compared with the maximum likelihood registration algorithm.The quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis show that the MSR algorithm has less computation than the maximum likelihood registration method. 展开更多
