The macroscopic mechanical properties of rocks are significantly influenced by their microstructure.As a material bonded by mineral grains,the grain morphology of crystalline rock is the primary factor influencing the strength.However,most strength criteria neglect the strength variations caused by different grain characteristics in rocks.Furthermore,the traditional linear criteria tend to overestimate tensile strength and exhibit apex singularity.To address these shortcomings,a piecewise strength criterion that considers the grain size effect has been proposed.A part of an ellipse was employed to construct the envelope of the tensive-shear region on the meridian plane,to accurately reproduce the low tensile-compressive strength ratio.Based on the analysis of experimental data,both linear and exponential modification functions that account for grain size effects were integrated into the proposed criterion.The corresponding finite element algorithm has been implemented.The accuracy and applicability of the proposed criterion were validated by comparing with the experimental data. 展开更多

The realization of real-time thermal feedback for monitoring photothermal therapy(PTT)under near-infrared(NIR)light irradiation is of great interest and challenge for antitumor therapy.Herein,by assembling highly efficient photothermal conversion gold nanorods and a temperature-responsive probe((E)-4-(4-(diethylamino)styryl)-1-methylpyridin-1-ium,PyS)within MOF-199,an intelligent nanoplatform(AMPP)was fabricated for simultaneous chemodynamic therapy and NIR light-induced temperature-feedback PTT.The fluorescence intensity and temperature of the PyS probe are linearly related due to the restriction of the rotation of the characteristic monomethine bridge.Moreover,the copper ions resulting from the degradation of MOF-199 in an acidic microenvironment can convert H_(2)O_(2)into•OH,resulting in tumor ablation through a Fenton-like reaction,and this process can be accelerated by increasing the temperature.This study establishes a feasible platform for fabricating highly sensitive temperature sensors for efficient temperature-feedback PTT. 展开更多

Twenty plots were investigated on northern slope of Changbai Mountain at an attitude interval of 100 m (from 700 to 2600 m). The species co-possession between plant communities at different altitudes was analyzed by Jaccard index. The analytical results showed that the co-possession calculated according to species in different layers or all species between adjacent communities was higher than that between disjunct communities. The co-possessions between adjacent communities calculated by species in different layers had comparability and dissimilarity. If the two adjacent communities belong to different types of vegetation, then their co-possession was lower. The peak values and valley values of species co-possession between communities along elevation gradient just matched vegetation gradient patterns, and species subrogation of shrubs had more obvious rule on northern slope of Changbai Mountain. Co-possessions between communities with same altitude difference were much similar, and it decreased as the increase of elevation difference, which showed that species compositions in different layers of the communities were highly related. 展开更多

The results show that by increasing the flow passage length, the velocity of metal at the cross-section of sheath tends toward uniformity, the values of the bending angles of sheath gradually approach the ideal value of zero and the cross-section exhibits a better shape. The extrusion wheel velocity has negligible effects on the bending shape and cross-section of the sheath product when a long flow passage is used. 展开更多

The example showed that the sub model can not only analyze the comlex structures without the restriction of the software and hardware of the computers, but get the more precise analysis result also. This could cause a worse response at low frequencies. If the advantages of high-sensitivity data and conventional data are combined, the effective bandwidth will be broadened. Considering this, we propose a partial frequency band match filtering method which can combine the advantages of both high frequency and conventional frequency ranges. By introducing Ricker wavelets with different dominant frequencies and amplitudes, we established a theoretical model which possesses characteristics of both types of seismic data and demonstrates the feasibility of the partial frequency band match filtering method. A test using single shot records shows the effectiveness of this method for widening the effective frequency band. 展开更多

A calculation and test method for the natural frequency of a high-g micro accelerometer with complex structures is presented. A universal formula for natural frequency, which can significantly simplify the structural design process, is deduced and confirmed by experiment. A simplified analytical model is established to describe the accelerometer's mechanical behavior and deduce the formula for the natural frequency. Finite element modeling is also conducted to evaluate the natural frequency of the micro-accelerometer and verify the formula. The results obtained from the analytical model and the finite element simulation show good agreement. Finally, a shock comparison method designed for acquiring the high frequency characteristics of the accelerometer is introduced to verify the formula by testing its actual natural frequency. 展开更多

The reliability and validity arouses a dispute on Internet-based CET (iB-CET) oral test in China, leading to the penetration into oral test contents in dialogue, description or comment, and question answering. Then, a probe into transformation from a spoken document into a textual document is touched on a conversion ratio of 72% adopted at the present time, AEM to be carried forward being a necessary hypothesis for Afterwards, this paper focuses on the pipeline in AEM with the content features and the language itself, which is established in two different models in marking for extraction and detection. Through experiments, this paper reveals the fact that an iB-CET oral test can be performed perfectly in the pipeline of spoken documents transformed into textual documents which can be automatically marked. [Objective] The aim was to explore the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of wind energy resource and preservation in central and west area of Hexi Corridor. [Method] By dint of the wind speed data from 1955 to 2007 in ten meteorological observation station in central and west area of Hexi Corridor,and special wind tower fine data from January to December in 2007,the distribution and reserves of the region's wind energy resources were studied. [Result] The results showed that environmental wind speed was relatively stable in central and west Hexi Corridor. There were no distinct changes in climate characteristics distribution. There were regional differences in the distribution of wind energy,and there was a large numerical area of wind energy in Gazhou County and Yumen City; Wind energy in the region generally was higher. The wind energy density was above 100 w/m2 in the 10 m layer,around 140 w/m2 in most places,and was more than 200 w/m2 in the large number area. The wind grew in vertical direction along with the linear growth of height. Each 10 m high wind increased to 15 w/m2 averagely,50m layer wind energy was greater than the general 240 w/m2 and there were obvious changes on daily and annual with wind energy in central and west area of Hexi Corridor. The duration from March to May was a wind energy-intensive stage,10m height from the ground in the wind around 10:00 in low-value. After growing from 11:00,it met the day largest number at 18:00,and then reduced gradually. Effective wind speed hours in the region in general were more than 6 200 h,and the value in the large areas was close to 7 600 h. [Conclusion] The study laid basis for the development and application of wind energy in central and west area of Hexi Corridor. 展开更多

A compact drain current including the variation of barrier heights and carrier quantization in ultrathin-body and double-gate Schottky barrier MOSFETs (UTBDG SBFETs) is developed. In this model, Schrodinger's equation is solved using the triangular potential well approximation. The carrier density thus obtained is included in the space charge density to obtain quantum carrier confinement effects in the modeling of thin-body devices. Due to the quantum effects, the first subband is higher than the conduction band edge, which is equivalent to the band gap widening. Thus, the barrier heights at the source and drain increase and the carrier concentration decreases as the drain current decreases. The drawback of the existing models,which cannot present an accurate prediction of the drain current because they mainly consider the effects of Schottky barrier lowering (SBL) due to image forces,is eliminated. Our research results suggest that for small nonnegative Schottky barrier (SB) heights,even for zero barrier height, the tunneling current also plays a role in the total on-state currents. Verification of the present model was carried out by the device numerical simulator-Silvaco and showed good agreement. 展开更多

To ascertain the influence of the boundary friction on mechanical properties of disc-spring vibration isolators a load-displacement hysteresis curve formula of disc-spring vibration isolators is derived on the basis of the energy conservation law as well as considering the effect of the boundary friction.The formula is validated through the finite element analysis and static load tests.On this basis the effect of the boundary friction on the bearing capacity is researched. Then the dynamic performance of disc-spring vibration isolators is studied by dynamic tests.The experimental results indicate that the boundary friction can promise a larger damping with a ratio of 0.23 for disc-spring vibration isolators.Compared with the loading frequency the loading amplitude has a greater impact on the energy consumption dynamic stiffness and damping of vibration isolators.This research can provide valuable information for the design of disc-spring vibration isolators. 展开更多
