The objective of this study is to analyze soil physical and chemical properties,soil comprehensive functions and impact factors after different years of reclamation.Based on the survey data taken from 216 soil samplin...The objective of this study is to analyze soil physical and chemical properties,soil comprehensive functions and impact factors after different years of reclamation.Based on the survey data taken from 216 soil sampling points in the Fengxian Reclamation Area of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River Estuary,China in April 2009 and remotely sensed TM data in 2006,while by virtue of multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA),geo-statistical analysis (GA),prin-cipal component analysis (PCA) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA),it was concluded that:1) With the in-crease in reclamation time,soil moisture,soil salinity,soil electric conductivity and soil particle size tended to decline,yet soil organic matter tended to increase.Soil available phosphorous tended to increase in the early reclamation period,yet it tended to decline after about 49 years of reclamation.Soil nitrate nitrogen,soil ammonia nitrogen and pH changed slightly in different reclamation years.Soil physical and chemical properties reached a steady state after about 30 years of reclamation.2) According to the results of PCA analysis,the weighted value (0.97 in total) that represents soil nutrient factors (soil nitrate nitrogen,soil organic matter,soil available phosphorous,soil ammonia nitrogen,pH and soil particle size) were higher than the weighted value (0.48 in total) of soil limiting factors (soil salinity,soil elec-tric conductivity and soil moisture).The higher the F value is,the better the soil quality is.3) Different land use types play different roles in the soil function maturity process,with farmlands providing the best contribution.4) Soil physi-cal and chemical properties in the reclamation area were mainly influenced by reclamation time,and then by land use types.The correlation (0.1905) of the composite index of soil function (F) with reclamation time was greater than that with land use types (-0.1161).展开更多
Objective To predict the main active ingredients,potential targets and molecular mechanisms of Yuan Zhi powder in treatment of dementia by using network pharmacology.Methods A database of chemical constituents of Yuan...Objective To predict the main active ingredients,potential targets and molecular mechanisms of Yuan Zhi powder in treatment of dementia by using network pharmacology.Methods A database of chemical constituents of Yuan Zhi powder was constructed by using databases and literatures.Potential targets were predicted by reverse molecular docking,and then a component-target network was constructed.The target network of Alzheimer's disease(AD)was mapped and analyzed to obtain the“active ingredient-AD target”network.The key targets were screened through network analysis.Finally,the rationality of the prediction was analyzed by comparing with the target reported in the literatures.Results There were180chemical constituents acting on the AD target,and the targets included three key targets(cyclooxygenase-2,muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M1,and muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M2)and an important target(acetylcholine esterase).Alzheimer's disease may be treated by regulating the activity of acetylcholine receptors and the binding toβ-amyloid protein,and its biological process may be concentrated in the acetylcholine receptor signal pathway,negative regulation of synaptic transmission and so on.Conclusion The fact that Yuan Zhi powder can treat AD is consistent with the characteristics of multi-components-multitargets-multiple pathways of traditional Chinese medicine.The important targets obtained from network analysis have a large proportion in literature research,so network analysis have some rationality.展开更多

Methods: 55 New-Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n=13), model group (n=14), direct moxibustion group (n=14) and herb-medicine-cake-separated moxibustion (indirect moxibustion) group (n=14). Hyperlipemia model was established by feeding the animals with specialized forage (15% vitellus powder, 5% lard, 0.5% cholesterol and common forage) for 6 weeks. Moxibustion was applied to “Juque”(CV 14), “Tianshu”(ST 25), “Fenglong”(ST 40), etc., 4 moxa-cones for every acupoint, once daily and continuously for 40 days. Serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-Ch), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-Ch) and total cholesterol (TCh) contents were assayed with colorimetric method. Results: Compared with control group, serum LDL-Ch content, HDL-Ch/LDL-Ch and HDL-Ch/TCh of model group were significantly higher (P<0.05~0.01), while compared with model group, LDL-Ch contents of two moxibustion groups were strikingly lower (P<0.01). No significant differences were found between two moxibustion groups in all the 4 indexes. These methods must be precise and useful in terms of memory capacity and time duration. In this paper, we study basic analytical and finite difference methods to determine the effective refractive index of AIGaAs-GaAs slab waveguide. Also, appropriate effective refractive index value is obtained with respect to number of grid points and number of matrix sizes. The results show that spring wheat landraces in Tibet have high plant height (with an average of 126.1 cm) and long growth period (with an average of 135.2 d), with an average spike length of 9.5 cm, average effective tiller number per plant of 5.9, average spikelet number per spike of 19.9, average kernel number per spikelet of 3.5, average spikelet number per spike of 51.8, aver- age kernel weight per spike of 2.0 g, and average 1 000-grain weight of 38.1 g. Specifically, kernel number per spikelet of 2 landraces is larger than 6.0, spikelet number per spike of 2 landraces is larger than 100, kernel weight per spike of 2 landraces is larger than 4.0 g, 1 000-grain weight of 11 tandraces is larger than 50 g. There is abundant genetic diversity in those traits except in growth period, and the coefficient variation of 9 traits is in a decreasing order of effective tiller number per plant 〉 kernel weight per spike 〉 kernel number per spike 〉 spike length 〉 kernel number per spikelet 〉 1 000-grain weight 〉 plant height 〉 spikelet number per spike 〉 growth period. There is different relevance among different traits. Growth period is extremely significantly positively related to yield traits; grain number traits are extremely significantly positively relative to plant height and spike length, but ex- tremely significantly negatively relative to effective tiller number per plant; kernel number per spike is extremely significantly positively relative to kernel weight per spike, but extremely significantly negatively related to 1 000-grain weight; 1 000-grain weight is extremely significantly positively related to kernel weight per spike. Based on principal component analysis, these 9 traits could be included by 5 principal com- ponents (grain number, grain weight, spike length, tiller number and growth period). According to the comprehensive evaluation values of these five principal components, 50 landraces including ZM019573, ZM019849, ZM019730, ZM018745, ZM019657, ZM019891, ZM020533, ZM018508, 7M019074 and ZM020026 have good performance.展开更多
We employed high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method coupled with diode array detector (DAD) for the determination of seven major bioactive compounds (forsythoside A, specnuezhenide, phillyrin, schisa...We employed high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method coupled with diode array detector (DAD) for the determination of seven major bioactive compounds (forsythoside A, specnuezhenide, phillyrin, schisandrin, schisantherin A, deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B) in Liuwei Wuling tablet (LWWLT). The HPLC baseline separation was carried out on an Inertsil ODS-3 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) at 25 ℃ with a gradient elution system composed of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Calibration curves for seven compounds showed good linear regressions, with correlation coefficients exceeding 0,999 within the tested concentration range. The limits of detection and quantification of each compound were in the range of 0.03-0.28 μg/mL and 0.11-0.87μg/mL, respectively. The relative standard deviation values of precision, stability and repeatability were less than 2.34%. The average recovery of all seven constituents ranged from 96.71% to 103.9%. The validated quantification method was successfully applied for the analysis of 10 batches of commercial LWWLT from Shandong Shibo Jindu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. These results would make foundations for quality control and the further pharmacology study of LWWLT.展开更多
