本文针对城镇人口结构性失业这一主要矛盾 ,从理论与实际、因素与特征、现象与本质的结合上阐述了深层多元因素 ,研究了结构性就业的概念及其必要性 ,提出培育、健全结构性就业体系的整体思路 ,即培育和健全产业结构型就业机制、地区结构型就业机制、城乡结构型就业机制、所有制结构型就业机制、素质结构型就业机制、企业组织结构型就业机制、市场结构型就业机制和社会保障结构型就业机制。

ACTIVE STRUCTURAL ACOUSTIC CONTROL IN ENCLOSURE USING RADIATION MODES

The problem of active structural acoustic control in an enclosure using radiation mode is investigated. The response of the coupled enclosure is derived in terms of radiation modes. The potential energy in the enclosure can be decomposed into independent parts and the radiation modes contribute to potential energy independently. The control strategy for minimizing first G radiation modes with large radiation efficiency is proposed, and the optimal model of control forces is presented. Finally, a numerical simulation for minimizing sound transmission into a rectangular enclosure using the proposed method is conducted. Simulation results indicate that one control force can control one radiation mode and controlling the first four-order radiation modes with four control forces can achieve significant potential energy reduction at the low frequency range.

STUDY OF REENGINEERING THE STOCK EQUITY STRUCTURE IN CHINESE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISE REFORM

In this paper,it is first briefly described the basic situation and current policies of state owned enterprise reform in China.Then the major issues in the reform process are identified,the possible solutions in terms of reengineering stock equity structure and state share circulation are discussed,and finally some suggestions are made for the further state owned enterprise reform.Basing on the theory on the modern corporation system,relevant experiences of market economy nations and the practice of Chinese enterprise system reform.The approaches to determine the proportion of state share in the future corporations are proposed.Since the public ownership is not ideologically appropriate,the establishment of social security fund and mutual fund investment companies are suggested as new and acceptable pattern of public ownership.It is believed that these companies will be the major institutional shareholders in the future corporations.Their stock equity structure would mainly consist of institutional shareholders,which will be both consistent with international norms of modern corporations and with socialist public ownership with Chinese characteristics.

Structural safety criteria for blasting vibration based on wavelet packet energy spectra

Given multi-resolution decomposition of wavelet packet transforms,wavelet packet frequency band energy has been deduced from different bands of blasting vibration signals.Our deduction reflects the total effect of all three key elements（intensity,frequency and duration of vibration）of blasting vibration. We considered and discuss the dynamic response of structures and the effect of inherent characteristics of controlled structures to blasting vibration.Frequency band response coefficients for controlled structures by blasting vibration have been obtained.We established multi-factor blasting vibration safety criteria,referred to as response energy criteria.These criteria reflect the total effect of intensity, frequency and duration of vibration and the inherent characteristics（natural frequency and damping ratio）of dynamic responses from controlled structures themselves.Feasibility and reliability of the criteria are validated by an example.

Comparative Analysis of Managerial Ownership and Its Effect on Corporate Performance in Selected Asian and European Transition Economies

This paper analyzes determinants and consequences of managerial ownership within ownership structures of the selected European and Asian transition countries. Focus of the analysis is the influence of the specific unification of ownership and control on corporate performance. Findings in the paper are based on research that produced empirical data for Croatia which is subsequently compared with evidence from other Asian and European transition countries facing the same issues. Consequently, transitional ownership structures, influenced by actual privatization process, like emergent corporate governance mechanisms, highly concentrated ownership and undeveloped markets for corporate control are also described. Research findings show that direct or indirect managerial ownership are important phenomena in transition countries, research has also shown that stable and concentrated managerial ownership have positive effects on firms＇ profitability in the observed transitional environments.

Structure and Ownership of Agricultural Land in Poland in the First Years of New Millennium

Poland is characterized by a high relations, existing in the past, low level of overpopulation. Concentration of agricultural share of agricultural land in total surface. economic development, compared to the land is observed on areas with fertile soils This is the effect of the socio-economic countries of Western Europe, and rural and in the less industrialized central and eastern parts of the country. The lowest shares of agricultural land are observed on areas featuring natural conditions disadvantageous for farming, the highly forested North-Western Poland, and the areas characterized by high degree of industrialization and urbanization. The contemporary ownership structure in Poland is the effect of historical transformations of the social, economic and political relations. The pattern of the ownership structure developed over the centuries, and it is the resultant of the diverse socio-economic processes.

Audit Quality, Legal Systems, Investment Opportunity Set and Ownership Structure： Evidence From United States, France and Germany

This paper investigates the determinants of audit quality of three countries especially the United States, France and Germany belonging to three different legal systems. These determinants concern the legal system of country, investment opportunity set and ownership structure which have influence of audit quality.Empirical results show, initially, that specificities of legal system are positively associated with audit quality appreciated by size of audit firm. Then, the results reveal that investment opportunity set influences partially size of audit firm. Finally, ownership structure influences negatively the search for a high audit quality

Embedded Journalism Within the Framework of Changing Ownership Structure of the Media

Inclination of capital groups--which realize widening impact field of media-to media sector due to relationships based on interests, and relationships/dilemmata between the governing parties and the capital owners have paved the way for a unilateral media structure not hearing the voice of others/local people. It is seen that the main stream media becomes more and more under direction of capital groups. Because of the effects created by the Second World War II, also war and media relation has gain different dimensions. Together with this differentiation, a new notion was born in the field of journalism during occupation period of the lraq by the USA--Embedded Journalism This notion, called as ＂embedded journalism＂ in English can be translated as ＂yapismislik--attachment＂, ＂gomulmusluk---embeddedness＂, and ＂yamanmis-patched＂ in Turkish. In this connection, developments which have also been realized in the media economics in line with globalization process as seen all other aspects of life, changing of ownership structure in the media, and increase of concentrations, monopolization will be scrutinized in our study in addition how the fact of embedded journalism has affected the most important mission of journalism, objectivity within the framework of relations between journalism and government.

The Empirical Research on Family Ownership and Earning Quality in China

Corporate governance takes an important role in affecting the quality of accounting information. Since the ownership structure determines the method and the level of the corporate governance and the right of control, supervision, and the benefit, it can decide the quality of information and affect the earning quality. This paper examines if the ownership concentration affects the earning quality in family-owned companies in China. Using the data of 298 publicly-traded corporations in China, this paper finds that the controlling shareholders are associated with low earning quality and that the separation of control rights and cash flow rights is negatively associated with the earning quality of family ownership.

An Empirical Research of Ethical Banking in Turkey

Ethical banks can be defined as financial institutions providing both social and economic profitability for the society and environment. Placement of assets and avoiding social exclusion are significant factors that differentiate ethical banks and the rest of financial intermediaries. Ethical banking is a new concept in Turkey. This paper analyzes the situation of ethical banking by examining the significant differences in lending behaviors of 49 Turkish banks in terms of their functions and ownership structures. We conducted non-parametric tests of Kruskal Wallis, Jonckheere-Terpstra, Mann-Whitney, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Wald-Wolfowitz. We found that in terms of ownership structure, state-owned banks are more ethical than private banks when the placement of assets and avoiding social exclusion factors are considered. In terms of function, participation banks locate their funds to social value generating sectors more ethically than deposit and development banks. From the avoiding exclusion aspect, deposit banks are more ethical than other functional banking groups （i.e., participation and development banks）.

Family Ownership Type and the Intemational Involvement of SMEs： Empirical Study of Agency Theory in East Java Indonesia

This paper briefly draws the dimension of small, micro and medium enterprises＇ （SMEs） behavior in terms of internationalization strategy based on the ownership structure among SMEs in East Java. The finding is very interesting when there is no ownership structure variation, so the decision to choose international involvement could not be supported. Also, the scale determination is not becoming constraint of SMEs in East Java to involve internationally, especially thought export strategy. However, several aspects are considered to control the export behavioral dimension which is research and development （R＆D） and sales, significantly. The result shows that there still are other elements except ownership type could impact internationalization strategy choices of SMEs in East Java.

A Comprehensive Comparison of the Analytical and Numerical Prediction of the Thermal History and Solidification Microstructure of Inconel 718 Products Made by Laser Powder-Bed Fusion

The finite-element （FE） model and the Rosenthal equation are used to study the thermal and microstructural phenomena in the laser powder-bed fusion of lnconel 718. A primary aim is to comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of the Rosenthal equation （which provides an analytical alternative to FE analysis）, and to investigate the influence of underlying assumptions on estimated results. Various physical characteristics are compared among the FE model, Rosenthal equation, and experiments. The predicted melt pool shapes compared with reported experimental results from the literature show that both the FE model and the analytical （Rosenthal） equation provide a reasonably accurate estimation. At high heat input, under conditions leading to keyholing, the reported melt width is narrower than predicted by the analytical equation. Moreover, a sensitivity analysis based on choices of the absorptivity is performed, which shows that the Rosenthal approach is more sensitive to absorptivity, compared with the FE approach. The primary reason could be the effect of radiative and convective losses, which are assumed to be negligible in the Rosenthal equation. In addition, both methods predict a columnar solidification microstructure, which agrees well with experimental reports, and the primary dendrite arm spacing （PDAS） predicted with the two approaches is comparable with measurements.

Molecular structures and activity of organic depressants for marmatite,jamesonite and pyrite flotation

Ten kinds of organic depressants were used to investigate the depressing performance on marmatite and pyrite.Flotation results show that the organic compounds only with single group of hydroxyl(-OH),carboxyl(-COOH) or amino(-NH2) in molecule are ineffective in depressing marmatite,jamesonite and pyrite.The combinations of these functional groups still cannot enhance the depressing ability of organic depressant.The thioglycollic acid containing reductive functional group(-SH) has a good depressing performance for marmatite and pyrite.The presence of benzene ring in molecule can enhance the depressing performance.The functional group electronegativity,hydrophilic-hydrophobic indexes and frontier orbital of organic depressants were calculated,and the criterion for the depressing effect of organic depressants to sulphide minerals was proposed.

China＇s Marketization since WTO Accession

After joining the World Trade Organization （WTO）, China has intensified market-oriented reforms in the renminbi exchange rate, foreign trade, utilization of foreign funds, and foreign-related economic laws etc. In terms of ownership structure, a move from state-owned asset management system policies toward non-publiclyowned enterprises has been undertaken. In addition, China has proactively reformed the government administration system.

Vibration Suppression Analysis for Supporter with Constrained Layer Damping

By analyzing the correlation between modal calculations and modal experiments of a typical supporter, an effective finite element analysis( FEA)model of the actual aerospace supporter is created. According to the analysis of constrained viscoelastic damping, the strategies of PVC have been worked out, and the correlation between modal calculations and modal experiments of the supporter has also been computed, and then, an experiment has been designed based on the calculation results. The results of experiments verify that the PVC strategy can effectively suppress vibration.

Structure and magneto-electrical properties of Fe-C films prepared by magnetron sputtering

Fe-doped amorphous FexCl~ granular films were prepared on n-Si （100） substrates by d.c. magnetron sputtering. The structur- al properties of FexC1-x films were investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, atomic force microscope （AFM） and Raman spec- troscopy. The results show that the iron and carbon of as-deposited films are in amorphous state, and the FexC1-x films are di- amond-like carbon （DLC） films. After doping iron into the DLC films, a smooth surface morphology of the FexC1-x films has been obtained with the surface roughness Ra of about 0.231 nm for x=18at%. The FexC1-x films have good soft magnetic prop- erties with the coercivity of approximately 20 Oe. A high positive magnetoresistance （MR） up to 93% with x=lat% was ob- served in a FexCl-x granular film at 300 K. The resistance characteristic of Fe-C films is changed at about 230 K and the positive MR effect can be understood by the p-n heterojunction theory.

Some thoughts on deepening the reform of ownership structure

The fundamental criterion of the ＂three favorables＂ put forward by Deng Xiaoping is the basic theoretical foundation on which China＇s current ownership structure is established and improved, one where public ownership is dominant and diverse forms of ownership coexist. What is critical for properly handling the relationship between the public and non-public economies and coordinating them within the great practice of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics is adherence to the dominance of public ownership together with ceaseless exploration and active adoption of effective forms to realize public ownership. ＂Public assets dominate the total assets in society.＂ Their dominance in terms of quantity should mean mainly that net public operating assets account for a dominant proportion of society＇s overall net operating assets, while their dominance in terms of quality should be seen in the ability of the socialist economy linked with net public operating assets to yield much higher labor productivity than the capitalist economy. In order to consolidate and develop the public economy in China, and further bring into play the dominant role of the state-owned economy, it is imperative for us to correctly understand and grasp the unique features of China in the distribution of the state sector of the economy in the conditions of the socialist market economy, rationally map out and continuously optimize its distribution and structure, and endeavor to nurture a group of intemationally competitive large-scale state-owned or state-controlled enterprises or enterprise groups.

Super-aligned films of sub-1 nm Bi_(2)O_(3)-polyoxometalate nanowires as interlayers in lithiumsulfur batteries

Sub-1 nm nanowires(SNWs) can not only be processed like polymers due to their polymer-analogue properties but also show multifunctions owing to their well-manipulated compositions and structures. Rationally designed and engineered multicomponent heterostructure SNWs can further enhance their multifunction performance while it is very challenging to achieve such SNWs at sub-nanoscale.Herein, we synthesized Bi_(2)O_(3)-polyoxometalate heterostructure SNWs(PMB SNWs), and fabricated super-aligned PMB SNWs films(S-PMB SNWs films), which can serve as interlayers to efficiently suppress lithium polysulfide(LPS)shuttling, intrinsically promote the redox kinetics of the LPS conversion and substantially protect the Li anode. The lithium-sulfur(Li-S) battery with the S-PMB SNWs film as the interlayer showcases an ultralow capacity decay rate with 0.013% per cycle over 850 cycles. This study demonstrates the potential of heterostructure SNWs to improve the performance of Li-S batteries.
