Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)are used in electric vehicles and portable smart devices,but lithium resources are dwindling and there is an increasing demand which has to be catered for.Sodium ion batteries(SIBs),which are less costly,are a promising replacement for LIBs because of the abundant natural reserves of sodium.The anode of a SIB is a necessary component of the battery but is less understood than the cathode.This review outlines the development of various types of anodes,including carbonbased,metallic and organic,which operate using different reaction mechanisms such as intercalation,alloying and conversion,and considers their challenges and prospects.Strategies for modifying their structures by doping and coating,and also modifying the solid electrolyte interface are discussed.In addition,this review also discusses the challenges encountered by the anode of SIBs and the solutions. 展开更多

Blades are one of the important components on aircraft engines.If they break due to vibration failure,the normal operation of the entire engine will be offected.Therefore,it is necessary to measure their natural frequency before installing them on the engine to avoid resonance.At present,most blade vibration testing systems require manual operation by operators,which has high requirements for operators and the testing process is also very cumbersome.Therefore,the testing efficiency is low and cannot meet the needs of efficient testing.To solve the current problems of low testing efficiency and high operational requirements,a high-precision and high-efficiency automatic test system is designed.The testing accuracy of this system can reach ±1%,and the testing efficiency is improved by 37% compared to manual testing.Firstly,the influence of compression force and vibration exciter position on natural frequency test is analyzed by amplitude-frequency curve,so as to calibrate servo cylinder and fourdimensional motion platform.Secondly,the sine wave signal is used as the excitation to sweep the blade linearly,and the natural frequency is determined by the amplitude peak in the frequency domain.Finally,the accuracy experiment and efficiency experiment are carried out on the developed test system,whose results verify its high efficiency and high precision. 展开更多

Two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks(2D COFs)feature extendedπ-conjugation and ordered stacking sequence,showing great promise for high-performance photocatalysis.Periodic atomic frameworks of 2D COFs facilitate the in-plane photogenerated charge transfer,but the precise ordered alignment is limited due to the non-covalentπ-stacking of COF layers,accordingly hindering out-of-plane transfer kinetics.Herein,we address a chiral induction method to construct a parallelly superimposed stacking chiral COF ultrathin shell on the support of SiO_(2) microsphere.Compared to the achiral COF analogues,the chiral COF shell with the parallel AA-stacking structure is more conducive to enhance the built-in electric field and accumulates photogenerated electrons for the rapid migration,thereby affording superior photocatalytic performance in hydrogen evolution from water splitting.Taking the simplest ketoenamine-linked chiral COF as a shell of SiO_(2) particle,the resulting composite exhibits an impressive hydrogen evolution rate of 107.1 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)along with the apparent quantum efficiency of 14.31% at 475 nm.Furthermore,the composite photocatalysts could be fabricated into a film device,displaying a remarkable photocatalytic performance of 178.0 mmol m^(-2)h^(-1)for hydrogen evolution.Our work underpins the surface engineering of organic photocatalysts and illustrates the significance of COF stacking structures in regulating electronic properties. 展开更多

为了降低电站锅炉NOx排放量,采用一种新的机器学习方法——相关向量机对某330 MW煤粉汽包锅炉的一、二次风速以及含氧量等26个输入参数和NOx输出结果进行建模,并用万有引力算法对模型的参数进行优化,获得最优模型。与粒子群算法、遗传... 为了降低电站锅炉NOx排放量,采用一种新的机器学习方法——相关向量机对某330 MW煤粉汽包锅炉的一、二次风速以及含氧量等26个输入参数和NOx输出结果进行建模,并用万有引力算法对模型的参数进行优化,获得最优模型。与粒子群算法、遗传算法优化相关向量机以及万有引力算法优化支持向量机等进行了比较,选择锅炉输入参数中的可调变量为优化变量,以NOx低排放量为目标进行优化,获得低NOx排放的输入参数。结果证明:万有引力优化相关向量机算法建立的模型精确度比其它几种算法高,对模型进行低NOx优化后,NOx输出值由最初的的906.65 mg/m3变为550.600 mg/m3,下降幅度约为38.9%,实现了NOx排放量大幅度降低。 展开更多

Metal-organic framework-derived porous carbon for the advanced aqueous zinc-ion hybrid capacitor

Aqueous zinc ion hybrid capacitors(ZIHCs)are considered one of the most promising electrochemical energy storage systems due to their high safety,environmental friendliness,low cost,and high power density.However,the low energy density and the lack of sustainable design strategies for the cathodes hinder the practical application of ZIHCs.Herein,we design the N and O co-doped porous carbon cathode by annealing metal-organic framework(ZIF-8).ZIF-8 retains the original dodecahedral structure with a high specific surface(2814.67 m^(2)/g)and I_(G)/I_(D) ratio of 1.0 during carbonization and achieves self-doping of N and O heteroatoms.Abundant defect sites are introduced into the porous carbon to provide additional active sites for ion adsorption after the activation of carbonized ZIF-8 by KOH treatment.The ZIHCs assembled with modified ZIF-8 as the cathode and commercial zinc foil as the anode show an energy density of 125 W∙h/kg and a power density of 79 W/kg.In addition,this ZIHCs device achieves capacity retention of 77.8%after 9000 electrochemical cycles,which is attributed to the diverse pore structure and plentiful defect sites of ZIF-8-800(KOH).The proposed strategy may be useful in developing high-performance metal-ion hybrid capacitors for large-scale energy storage. 展开更多

A series of functional,tungsten-containing mesoporous silica materials(W-SiO2) have been fabricated directly from an ionic liquid that contained imidazole and polyoxometalate,which acted as mesoporous template and metal source respectively.These materials were then characterized through X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Raman spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR),diffuse reflectance spectra(DRS),and N2 adsorption-desorption,which were found to contain tungsten species that were effectively dispersed throughout the structure.The as-prepared materials W-SiO2 were also found to possess a mesoporous structure.The pore diameters of the respective sample W-SiO2-20 determined from the TEM images ranged from 2 to 4 nm,which was close to the average pore size determined from the nitrogen desorption isotherm(2.9 nm).The materials were evaluated as catalysts for the heterogeneous oxidative desulfurization of dibenzothiophene(DBT),which is able to achieve deep desulfurization within 40 min under the optimal conditions(Catalyst(W-SiO2-20)= 0.01 g,temperature = 60℃,oxidant(H2O2)= 20 μL).For the removal of different organic sulfur compounds within oil,the ability of the catalyst(W-SiO2-20) under the same conditions to remove sulfur compounds decreased in the order:4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene Dibenzothiophene Benzothiophene 1-dodecanethiol.Additionally,they did not require organic solvents as an extractant in the heterogeneous oxidative desulfurization process.After seven separate catalytic cycles,the desulfurization efficiency was still as high as 90.3%.From the gas chromatography-mass spectrometer analysis,DBT was entirely oxidized to its corresponding sulfone DBTO2 after reaction.A mechanism for the heterogeneous desulfurization reaction was proposed. 展开更多

Generally, FD coefficients can be obtained by using Taylor series expansion (TE) or optimization methods to minimize the dispersion error. However, the TE-based FD method only achieves high modeling precision over a limited range of wavenumbers, and produces large numerical dispersion beyond this range. The optimal FD scheme based on least squares (LS) can guarantee high precision over a larger range of wavenumbers and obtain the best optimization solution at small computational cost. We extend the LS-based optimal FD scheme from two-dimensional (2D) forward modeling to three-dimensional (3D) and develop a 3D acoustic optimal FD method with high efficiency, wide range of high accuracy and adaptability to parallel computing. Dispersion analysis and forward modeling demonstrate that the developed FD method suppresses numerical dispersion. Finally, we use the developed FD method to source wavefield extrapolation and receiver wavefield extrapolation in 3D RTM. To decrease the computation time and storage requirements, the 3D RTM is implemented by combining the efficient boundary storage with checkpointing strategies on GPU. 3D RTM imaging results suggest that the 3D optimal FD method has higher precision than conventional methods. 展开更多

For relatively preserving SNR while enhancing resolution, the signal purity spectrum is introduced, estimated, and used to define the desired output amplitude spectrum after deconvolution. Since a real reflectivity series is blue rather than white, the effects of white reflectivity hypothesis on wavelets are experimentally analyzed and color compensation is applied after spectrum whitening. Experiments on real seismic data indicate that the cascade of the two processing stages can improve the ability of seismic data to delineate the geological details. 展开更多

Three compounds with nitrocarbazole frameworks were synthesized and their electrochemical reversibility as organic electrocatalysts was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical reversibility and oxidation‐reduction potential of the compounds were greatly affected by their substituents. The oxidation‐reduction potential of the compound with an electron‐donating group was negative, while that of the compound with an electron‐withdrawing group on the carbazole framework was positive. The electrocatalytic oxidation activities of the nitrocarbazole compounds were investigated through cyclic voltammetry and controlled potential electrolysis at room tem‐perature. The electrocatalysts showed excellent selectivity for p‐methoxybenzyl alcohol, converting it to the corresponding aldehyde through electro‐oxidation with just 2.5 mol%of the electrocata‐lysts presented. The electrocatalysts maintained their excellent electroredox activity following re‐cycling. 展开更多

Studies on first GaN-based blue-violet laser diodes(LDs) in China mainland are reported.High quality GaN materials as well as GaN-based quantum wells laser structures are grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition method.The X-ray double-crystal diffraction rocking curve measurements show the full-width half maximum of 180″ and 185″ for (0002) symmetric reflection and (10 12) skew reflection,respectively.A room temperature mobility of 850cm2/(V·s) is obtained for a 3μm thick GaN film.Gain guided and ridge geometry waveguide laser diodes are fabricated with cleaved facet mirrors at room temperature under pulse current injection.The lasing wavelength is 405 9nm.A threshold current density of 5kA/cm2 and an output light power over 100mW are obtained for ridge geometry waveguide laser diodes. 展开更多

The microstructure of as-cast Zr60Al15Ni25 bulk metallic glass was investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. It is found that there exist numerous short-range order regions (SRORs) in the metallic glass though it is identified to be amorphous by X-ray diffraction method. Furthermore, the amorphous degree shows a close correlation with the microstructure of corresponding mother ingot. The crystallization kinetics was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry under isochronal and isothermal conditions. The results show that the crystallization is triggered by the growth of the pre-existing SRORs and the growth is three-dimension diffusion-controlled. The amorphous degree of Zr60Al15Ni25 bulk metallic glass considerably influences its crystallization kinetics, namely, the more homogeneous distribution of atoms results in a more sluggish nucleation behavior. 展开更多

Based on an available parking space occupancy (APSO) survey conducted in Nanjing, China, an APSO forecasting model is proposed. The APSO survey results indicate that the time series of APSO with different time-sections are periodical and self-similar, and the fluctuation of the APSO increases with the decrease in time-sections. Taking the short-time change behavior into account, an APSO forecasting model combined wavelet analysis and a weighted Markov chain is presented. In this model, an original APSO time series is first decomposed by wavelet analysis, and the results include low frequency signals representing the basic trends of APSO and several high frequency signals representing disturbances of the APSO. Then different Markov models are used to forecast the changes of low and high frequency signals, respectively. Finally, integrating the predicted results induces the final forecasted APSO. A case study verifies the applicability of the proposed model. The comparisons between measured and forecasted results show that the model is a competent model and its accuracy relies on real-time update of the APSO database. 展开更多

According to the failure characteristics of aircraft structure, a delay-time model is an effective method to optimize maintenance for aircraft structure. To imitate the practical situation as much as possible, imperfect inspections, thresholds and repeated intervals are concerned in delay-time models. Since the suggestion by the existing delay-time models that the inspections are implemented in an infinite time span lacks practical value, a de- lay-time model with imperfect inspection within a finite time span is proposed. In the model, the nonhomogenous Poisson process is adopted to obtain the renewal probabilities between two different successive inspections on de- fects or failures. An algorithm is applied based on the Nelder-Mead downhill simplex method to solve the model. Finally, a numerical example proves the validity and effectiveness of the model. 展开更多

Using the molten salt and polyvinyl alcohol-protected reduction method,we fabricated Co3O4 octahedron-supported Au-Pd(x(AuPdy)/Co3O4;x =(0.18,0.47,and 0.96) wt%;y(Pd/Au molar ratio) =1.85-1.97) nanocatalysts.The molten salt-derived Co3O4 sample possessed well-defined octahedral morphology,with an edge length of 300 nm.The Au-Pd nanoparticles,with sizes of 2.7-3.2 nm,were uniformly dispersed on the surface of Co3O4.The 0.96(AuPd1.92)/Co3O4 sample showed the highest catalytic activity for toluene and o-xylene oxidation,and the temperature required for achieving 90%conversion of toluene and o-xylene was 180 and 187 ℃,respectively,at a space velocity of 40000 mL/(g·h).The high catalytic performance of Co3O4 octahedron-supported Au-Pd nanocatalysts was associated with the interaction between Au-Pd nanoparticles and Co3O4 and high concentration of adsorbed oxygen species. 展开更多
