具有ABO_3钙钛矿或类似结构的强关联电子体系是凝聚态物理研究的重要前沿领域,而高压是制备新型钙钛矿特别是A位与/或B位有序钙钛矿材料的有效手段.在这些有序钙钛矿中,因A,B位可同时容纳过渡金属离子,因而可导致A-A,B-B,A-B等多种磁电... 具有ABO_3钙钛矿或类似结构的强关联电子体系是凝聚态物理研究的重要前沿领域,而高压是制备新型钙钛矿特别是A位与/或B位有序钙钛矿材料的有效手段.在这些有序钙钛矿中,因A,B位可同时容纳过渡金属离子,因而可导致A-A,B-B,A-B等多种磁电相互作用的出现,进而诱导系列新颖有趣的物理现象.本文介绍高压下制备的几种化学式为AA'_3B_4O_(12)的新型A位有序钙钛矿以及化学式为AA'_3B_2B'_2O_(12)的A,B位同时有序的钙钛矿体系.在LaMn_3Cr_4O_(12)中发现了具有立方钙钛矿结构的磁电多铁性,为多铁新材料探索与新机理研究提供范例;在CaCu_3Fe_2Os_2O_(12)中发现了远高于室温的亚铁磁半导体行为,并指出A位磁性离子的引入可大大增加磁相互作用强度从而大幅度提高磁有序温度;在LaMn_3Ni_2Mn_2O_(12)中观察到A位磁性离子调控的B位Ni^(2+)/Mn^(4+)子晶格正交自旋有序结构.以上研究结果为探索新型磁电多功能钙钛矿材料提供了重要参考. 展开更多

钙钛矿是研究磁电多铁性最重要的材料体系之一.由于高的结构对称性,在以往的立方钙钛矿晶格中尚未发现多铁现象.另外,现有的单相多铁性材料很难兼容大电极化和强磁电耦合,严重制约多铁性材料的潜在应用.本文简单综述了利用高压高温条件... 钙钛矿是研究磁电多铁性最重要的材料体系之一.由于高的结构对称性,在以往的立方钙钛矿晶格中尚未发现多铁现象.另外,现有的单相多铁性材料很难兼容大电极化和强磁电耦合,严重制约多铁性材料的潜在应用.本文简单综述了利用高压高温条件制备的两个多阶有序钙钛矿氧化物的磁电多铁性质.在具有立方晶格的多阶钙钛矿LaMn_3Cr_4O_(12)中,观察到自旋诱导的铁电极化,表明该材料是第一个被发现的具有多铁性的立方钙钛矿体系.在另一个多阶有序钙钛矿BiMn_3Cr_4O_(12)中,随温度降低该材料依次经历了I类多铁相和II类多铁相.正因为这两类不同多铁相的同时出现,BiMn_3Cr_4O_(12)同时展示了大的电极化强度和强的磁电耦合效应,并且通过不同的电场调控可实现四重铁电极化态,为开发多功能自旋电子学器件与多态存储提供了先进的材料基础. 展开更多

采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)聚合物微球,并采用胶晶模板法制备了三维有序大孔3DOMLaFeO3钙钛矿型氧化物.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱等手段对氧化物的性能进行了表征.利用程序升温还原和多次氧化还原循环反... 采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)聚合物微球,并采用胶晶模板法制备了三维有序大孔3DOMLaFeO3钙钛矿型氧化物.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱等手段对氧化物的性能进行了表征.利用程序升温还原和多次氧化还原循环反应评价了氧化物的反应性,并在固定床反应器上研究了其甲烷氧化性能.结果表明,与离心法和蒸发法相比,垂直沉积法获得的PS微球模板排列更均匀有序;前驱物溶剂及浓度对最终的三维有序大孔材料的结构有显著影响,利用乙醇为前驱物溶剂所制备的样品比利用乙烯为溶剂的样品具有更好的三维有序大孔结构,前驱物乙醇溶液浓度在1.0mol/L为宜.甲烷氧化实验表明,3DOM-LaFeO3钙钛矿型氧化物中存在两种氧物种:表面吸附氧和体相晶格氧.表面吸附氧主要在反应初期将甲烷完全氧化为CO2和水蒸汽,而体相晶格氧主要将甲烷部分氧化为H2和CO.在甲烷部分氧化反应中,三维有序大孔LaFeO3钙钛矿型氧化物比相同质量的纳米LaFeO3氧化物提供了更多的氧,并且可使甲烷在较宽的反应阶段生成H2和CO摩尔比为2:1的合成气,从而更有利于后续的费托合成等工艺. 展开更多

Three-dimensional ordered macroporous (3DOM) La1?xKxNiO3 perovskite-type catalysts were successfully prepared by a colloidal crystal template method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray scattering elemental mapping, X-ray diffraction, Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and temperature-programmed reduction of H2. Further, their catalytic activity in soot combustion was determined by temperature-programmed oxidation reaction. K substitution into the LaNiO3 lattice led to remarkably improved catalytic activity of this catalyst in soot combustion. Amongst various catalysts, La0.95K0.05NiO3 exhibited the highest activity in soot combustion (with its T50 and CO2 S values being 338 °C and 98.2%, respectively), which is comparable to the catalytic activities of Pt-based catalysts under the condition of poor contact between the soot and the catalyst. K-substitution improves the valence state of Ni and increases the number of oxygen vacancies, thereby leading to increased density of surface-active oxygen species. The active oxygen species play a vital role in catalyzing the elimination of soot. The perovskite-type La1?xKxNiO3 nanocatalysts with 3DOM structure without noble metals have potential for practical applications in the catalytic combustion of diesel soot particles. 展开更多

The coexistence of magnetic ordering and ferroelectricity, ing on the origin of ferroelectricity, multiferroic materials known as multiferroics, has drawn a lot of research effort. Depend can be classified into different groups. In this paper, we review re cent progress in the field of multiferroics induced by different forms of charge ordering. In addition to a general description of charge order and electronic ferroelectricity, we focus on two specific systems: (1) charge order with frustration in RFe2O4 (R=Lu, Yb) system; (2) charge ordered perovskite manganites of the type (R1-xCax)MnO3 (R=La, Pr). The charge ordering can be tuned by external electric fields, which results in pronounced magnetoelectric effects and strong dielectric tunability. Other materials and possible candidates with charge order induced multiferroics are also briefly summarized. 展开更多

The impact of the lattice strain on the charge/orbital ordering state was studied by using a heterostructure composed with elec- tron-doped La0.9Hf0.1MnO3 (LHMO) and ferro- and piezoelectric 0.67Pb(Mgl/3Nb2/3)O3-0.33PbTiO3. The ferroelectric poling induces a significant reduction in the biaxial tensile strain in the LHMO film, leading to a decrease in the film resistance over the whole temperature range and an increase in the insulator to metal transition temperature TIM. The resistance of LHMO film exhibits different responses to the external electric fields and lattice deformation, which is attributed to the coactions of con- verse piezoelectric effect and ferroelectric polarity effect. The modification of charge/orbital ordering phase by the electric fields and ferroelectric polarization suggests that the unstable states in the manganites are sensitive to strain effects. 展开更多
