On the basis of the hopping theory of Miller-Abrahams,an analytical model of charge transport for bilayer organic devices under the organicorganic interface limited current conduction is developed. The dependence of current, field,and carrier distribution in bilayer organic devices with the structure of "injection electrode/Layer Ⅰ/Layer Ⅱ/collection electrode" on temperature are numerically analyzed. We conclude that, for a given applied voltage, when temperature is raised, the voltage of LayerⅠ will increase,and the field will be higher. Meanwhile, the voltage of Layer Ⅲ will decrease, the field will become weaker accordingly,and the current of the device will increase.展开更多

The non biodegradable sodium lignin sulfonate can be partly converted into biodegradable substances by ozonation (about 38 76%). The influence of underground mining on pit slope stability was mainly discussed, and the self-stabilization of underg...Slope stability is of critical importance in the process of surface-underground mining combination. The influence of underground mining on pit slope stability was mainly discussed, and the self-stabilization of underground stopes was also studied. The random finite element method was used to analyze the probability of the rock mass stability degree of both pit slopes and underground stopes. Meanwhile, 3D elasto-plastic finite element method was used to research into the stress, strain and rock mass failure resulting from mining. The results of numerical simulation indicate that the mining of the underground test stope has certain influence on the stability of the pit slope, but the influence is not great. The safety factor of pit slope is decreased by 0.06, and the failure probability of the pit slope is increased by 1.84%. In addition, the strata yielding zone exists around the underground test stope. The results basically conform to the information coming from the field monitoring.展开更多
A novel second-order nonlinear optical chromophore (DCDHF-2-V) was synthesized from 3-Hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butanae, propanedinitrile and 4-diethylaminobenzaldehyde by aldol condensation reaction. Molecular structural ...A novel second-order nonlinear optical chromophore (DCDHF-2-V) was synthesized from 3-Hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butanae, propanedinitrile and 4-diethylaminobenzaldehyde by aldol condensation reaction. Molecular structural characterization was investigated by elemental analysis, FTIR, and 1H-NMR spectra. The melting point obtained from DSC thermogram was almost 251 ℃, and the compound shows a thermal stability up to 270 ℃. Second-order NLO properties of the chromophore were measured by solvatochromic method. From the quantum-mechanical two-level model, it can be obtained that the μgβ value of DCDHF-2-V is 6520×10^-48esu atthe wavelength of 1064 nm.展开更多
Cobalt-based phosphate/phosphonates are a class of promising water oxidation catalysts at neutralpH.Herein,we reported a facile hydrothermal synthesis of various nanostructured cobalt phe-nylphosphonates.It is found t...Cobalt-based phosphate/phosphonates are a class of promising water oxidation catalysts at neutralpH.Herein,we reported a facile hydrothermal synthesis of various nanostructured cobalt phe-nylphosphonates.It is found that the number of hydroxyl group of structure-directing reagent iscrucial for the construction of 3D hierarchical structures including hierarchical nanosheet flow-er-like assemblies and nanothorn microsphere.These samples were characterized by scanningelectron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,infrared,and X-ray pho-toelectron spectroscopy techniques.They can act as highly efficient electrocatalysts for the oxygenevolution reaction at neutral pH.Among these,hierarchical cobalt phenylphosphonate nanothornflowers present excellent performance,affording a current density of 1 mA cm^-2 required a smalloverpotential of 393 mV.This work offers a new clue to develop high-performance metal phospho-nate/phosphate catalysts toward electrochemical water oxidation.展开更多
Organic thin film transistors(OTFTs)are normally sensitive to ambient conditions and show performance degradation in air.On the contrary,the performance of flexible 2,7-dioctyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene(C8...Organic thin film transistors(OTFTs)are normally sensitive to ambient conditions and show performance degradation in air.On the contrary,the performance of flexible 2,7-dioctyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene(C8-BTBT)OTFTs using cross-linked polymer layer,poly(4-vinyl-phenol)-4,4’-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride(PVP-HDA),as the dielectric layer can be improved in air conditions with 40%relative humidity.Under soaking in air with 40%relative humidity,the electrical behavior,surface morphology,and contact angle of the flexible C8-BTBT OTFTs using PVP-HAD as dielectric layer with three different thicknesses were investigated.It is found that,when the devices with 375 nm-thick PVP-HDA films are placed in 40%relative humidity air conditions for 6 h,the corrected average mobility(μ)can increase from 3.2 to 5.1 cm^2 V^-1 s^-1.Furthermore,the average threshold voltage(Vth)changes from-12.4 to-9.3 V while keeping a constant ratio of I on/Ioff=10^4.These results indicate that the flexible C8-BTBT OTFTs with PVP-HDA dielectric layer exhibit interesting application prospects.展开更多
