耐火材料用有机-无机复合结合剂的研制

以水泥为结合剂的浇注料中含有CaO,在烧成过程中能够生成低共熔相而影响了其高温性能。为了提高浇注料的高温使用性能,需要在保证浇注料具有一定的常温强度的基础上,研制低水泥或者无水泥的新型结合剂来替代水泥结合剂。以丙烯酰胺体系... 以水泥为结合剂的浇注料中含有CaO,在烧成过程中能够生成低共熔相而影响了其高温性能。为了提高浇注料的高温使用性能,需要在保证浇注料具有一定的常温强度的基础上,研制低水泥或者无水泥的新型结合剂来替代水泥结合剂。以丙烯酰胺体系为基础,探讨了丙烯酰胺系有机-无机结合剂在矾土基浇注料中的实际使用效果。结果表明,浇注料在110℃烘干后的体积密度、显气孔率、耐压和抗折强度等常温性能良好,尤其是抗折强度得到很大的提高。在不同高温烧成后,有机结合剂的浇注料性能得到提高。 展开更多

有机-无机肥长期配施对潮土土壤肥力和作物产量的影响 被引量:145

以24年(1981-2004年)的肥料长期定位试验为基础,分析探讨了有机-无机肥长期配施对潮土土壤肥力和作物产量的影响。研究结果表明,除增施秸秆外,增施化肥也能提高土壤有机质的含量,但同时增施化肥和秸秆更有利于土壤有机质的积累。... 以24年(1981-2004年)的肥料长期定位试验为基础,分析探讨了有机-无机肥长期配施对潮土土壤肥力和作物产量的影响。研究结果表明,除增施秸秆外,增施化肥也能提高土壤有机质的含量,但同时增施化肥和秸秆更有利于土壤有机质的积累。在提高有机质复合量方面,施用化肥的效果好于施用秸秆,而有机-无机肥结合效果较单一施用秸秆或化肥都要高;随秸秆或化肥施用量的增加有机质的复合度逐渐降低,但有机一无机肥结合施用可以提高有机质的复合度。有机一无机结合有利于改善土壤的物理性状,降低了土壤容重,提高了土壤田间持水量和饱和含水量,增加了土壤总孔隙度和毛管孔隙。单施秸秆肥和单施化肥均有显著的增产效应,而化肥的增产幅度远远大于秸秆肥,有机-无机结合的增产幅度在同等施肥量下较单独施用秸秆或化肥的产量都要高。结果表明,有机-无机结合较单一施用秸秆肥或化肥能更有效地提高潮土的土壤肥力,提高作物产量。 展开更多

A new organic-inorganic hybrid material [Na6(H2O)16(dod)2V10O28] (dod = 1,4- diazoniabicyclo[2,2,2]octane-1,4-diacetate) has been synthesized and X-ray single-crystal structural analysis reveals it crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a = 11.533(7), b = 12.031(7), c = 12.187(4) ? a = 72.47(1), b = 73.16(1), g = 68.21(1)o, C20H64N4Na6O52V10, V = 1467(1) ?, Z = 1, Mr = 1840.1, Dc = 2.083 g/cm3, MoKa, l = 0.71073 ? m = 1.686, F(000) = 924, S = 1.027, the final R = 0.0538 and wR = 0.1272 for 4398 observed reflections. The compound has a three-dimensional frame- work constructed from decavanadate clusters, NaO chains and dod ligands. 目的本实验以牙釉质对氟具有不同敏感性、近亲交配的3个小鼠品系(A/J:易感品系;SWR/J:中度易感品系;129P3/J:抗性品系)逐级增加氟剂量(0、25、50、100μg/L),证明对这些小鼠皮质骨及松质骨力学性能有不同影响。方法研究采用了微型计算... 目的本实验以牙釉质对氟具有不同敏感性、近亲交配的3个小鼠品系(A/J:易感品系;SWR/J:中度易感品系;129P3/J:抗性品系)逐级增加氟剂量(0、25、50、100μg/L),证明对这些小鼠皮质骨及松质骨力学性能有不同影响。方法研究采用了微型计算机断层摄影、小连接体分析、静态组织形态测定、反向散射电子(BSE)成像、X射线粉末衍射等方法对3个品系小鼠骨的形成、骨的显微结构、矿化作用和显微硬度值等相关指标分别进行了测定。结果3个品系小鼠在最大氟剂量时其骨形成有显著增加;随F^-剂量增加,小鼠骨矿化程度无显著提高,只有SWR/J品系小鼠在50、100μg/L剂量时其椎体松质骨的矿化不均一程度明显降低;3个品系除129P3/J品系自身晶体较小外,随F^-剂量增加3者晶体的宽度都显著增加;F^-处理对三品系皮质骨和松质骨的显微硬度值无任何影响。结论氟作用对3品系骨微结构无显著影响,类骨质形成的增加和矿化不均一程度的降低都支持F^-离子延迟新骨矿化的理论;晶体宽度随F^-剂量的增加而增加的现象证实了早期的研究结果,并与大多数骨力学性能的降低相关;骨中F^-的增加可能影响了骨基质蛋白的性质,妨碍了骨晶体在微晶体面的生长抑制和有机-无机相界面间的结合;129P3/J抗性品系存在较强的有机-无机相界面,可能会降低微晶体的生长速率,故该品系自身骨晶体最小,受氟作用影响不显著。 展开更多

Narrow spectral response,low charge separation efficiency and slow water oxidation kinetics of TiO_(2)limit its application in photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic water splitting.Herein,a promising organic/inorganic composite catalyst Ag/PANI/3DOMM‐TiO_(2–x)with a three‐dimensional ordered macro‐and meso‐porous(3DO MM)structure,oxygen vacancy and Ti^(3+)defects,heterojunction formation and noble metal Ag was designed based on the Z‐scheme mechanism and successfully prepared.The Ag/PANI/3DOMM‐TiO_(2–x)ternary catalyst exhibited enhanced hydrogen production activity in both photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical water splitting.The photocatalytic hydrogen production rate is 420.90μmol g^(–1)h^(–1),which are 19.80 times and 2.06 times higher than the commercial P25 and 3DOMM‐TiO_(2),respectively.In the photoelectrochemical tests,the Ag/PANI/3DOMM‐TiO_(2–x)photoelectrode shows enhanced separation and transfer of carriers with a high current density of 1.55 mA cm^(–2)at equilibrium potential of 1.23 V under simulated AM 1.5 G illumination,which is approximately 5 times greater than the 3DOMM‐TiO_(2).The present work has demonstrated the promising potential of organic/inorganic Z‐scheme photocatalyst in driving water splitting for hydrogen production. 展开更多

Composition and Structural Features of Calcium—Bound and Iron—and Aluminium—Bound Humus in Soils

Calcium-bound and iron-and aluminium-bound humus extracted from different soils collected from north to south of China were characterized by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Meaningful differences in the composition and structure between them were revealed by (13)C NMR, visible spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Results showed that the contents of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen were higher in iron-and aluminium-bound humus than in calcium-bound humus while oxygen content in calcium-bound humus was shown to be higher. The calcium-bound humus had hasher C/N and O/C ratios than iron- and aluminumbound humus. The calcium-bound humic acid (HA1) showed higher E4/E6 ratios than iron- and aluminumbound humic acid (HA2) while iron- and aluminum-bound pulvic acid (FA2) showed higher E4/E6 ratios than calcium-bound fulvic acid (PA1). An inverse relationship between E4/E6 ratios and aromaticity as determined by (13)C NMR spectra was observed for HA and FA from black soil. The (13)C NMR spectroscopy revealed that HA2 was more aromatic than HA1. On the other hand, FA1 exhibited a higher aromaticitythan FA2. 展开更多
