微生物对烷烃气的氧化作用可分为有氧氧化作用和厌氧氧化作用两种类型,均可导致烷烃气组分碳同位素值变重。微生物对烷烃气组分的氧化具有优选性,一般而言丙烷优先于乙烷、正构烷烃优先于异构烷烃被氧化,并得到热力学及厌氧环境中微生... 微生物对烷烃气的氧化作用可分为有氧氧化作用和厌氧氧化作用两种类型,均可导致烷烃气组分碳同位素值变重。微生物对烷烃气组分的氧化具有优选性,一般而言丙烷优先于乙烷、正构烷烃优先于异构烷烃被氧化,并得到热力学及厌氧环境中微生物培养实验两方面的证实。微生物氧化作用的优选性导致碳同位素系列发生部分倒转,但烷烃气组分含量并不一定发生倒转。但在某些氧化环境中,也存在乙烷优先于丙烷氧化的现象,这说明微生物在有氧环境中降解烷烃气的机理不同于厌氧环境,或者是微生物种类的不同导致烷烃气组分发生氧化的优先次序发生了变化。 展开更多

A simultaneous reduction of iron and manganese appeared with clear voltammetric behavioursupon oxidation of water-soluble organic substances. Complexation of organic ligands with ferrons iron andmanganous manganese was proved by differential pulse voltammetric method, with disappearance of oxidationpeaks of ferrous iron and manganous manganese at 0.00 V and 0.35 V and occurrence of Fe`+-complex andMn ̄2+ -complex at 0.75 V and 1.2 V respectively, whose peak potentials shifted backward. 展开更多

We sought to validate magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for documenting the effects of rosiglitazone on rabbit atherosclerosis and the possible mechanism by treatment on the lesions.24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, control group and treatment group.After 4 weeks, all rabbits underwent MRI.After examination, the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) and level of lipid, glucose, nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide anion(O-2·) were measured.MRI demonstrated the regression of atherosclerotic lesions by rosiglitazone which has good correlation with histopathology.Treatment not only increased the level of EPCs and NO, but also raised the ability of inhibition of O2-·.MRI is a promising noninvasive technology to detect the effects of therapeutic interventions.Rosiglitazone slows the progression of atherosclerosis that may in part attribute to its improvement of mobilization of EPCs and the reduced oxidative stress. 展开更多

We report a novel synthesis strategy for Y-branched TiOe nanotubes on a pure titanium foil by electrochemical anodic oxida- tion in an NH4F organic electrolyte. Effects of temperature range, oxidation time, and morphology-dependent parameters of the Y-branched TiO2 nanotube arrays were investigated. We found that an optimized growth-temperature window between 20℃ and 30℃ resulted in Y-branched nanotubes with much better morphology and photoelectric performances. After annealing at 450℃ for 1.5 h in air, a dominant crystal structure of these arrays was indexed to anatase. 展开更多
