共振碎石化沥青路面结构拼接方案研究 被引量:2

伴随国内交通需求持续增加,高等级公路实施改扩建逐渐增多。为保障运营,拓宽新建路面结构与既有路面结构的整体协调显得尤为重要。依托G318沪青平公路上海段改扩建工程,选取不同的路面结构进行拼接研究,建立有限元数值模型,明确2种路面... 伴随国内交通需求持续增加,高等级公路实施改扩建逐渐增多。为保障运营,拓宽新建路面结构与既有路面结构的整体协调显得尤为重要。依托G318沪青平公路上海段改扩建工程,选取不同的路面结构进行拼接研究,建立有限元数值模型,明确2种路面结构在荷载作用下的应力特性,并分析2种路面结构的经济性。研究结果表明:新建结构采用共振碎石化水泥混凝土基层,在新、老结构拼接位置的结构应力分布均匀;而采用半刚性水稳基层结构进行搭接,则在搭接处出现明显的应力突变,更容易产生病害。前者方案的造价高于后者17%,考虑到路面使用寿命和舒适性,从全寿命周期角度论证,得出前者的路面结构方案更合理。研究结果对于G318改扩建工程及类似工程的顺利实施具有重要意义。 展开更多

The present analysis was performed to obtain bearing strength for pinned joints in uni-directional graphite epoxy composite laminates using characteristic curve model. The characteristic dimensions used to determine the characteristic curve were evaluated using a two-dimensional finite element model that was developed in ANSYS14.5 Software. Also, two-dimensional finite element stress analysis was developed to determine the stress distribution needed to evaluate the failure. Tsai-Wu failure criterion was used in the analysis with the characteristic curve to predict bearing strength. The results of the analysis showed good agreement with experimental data. 展开更多
