Methods: A total of 904 college students were selected by convenience sampling, and the core self-evaluation scale, the just world belief scale, the career exploration scale, and the future work clarity scale were used to analyze the data descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediating effect test using SPSS software. Results: The effects of core self-evaluation on self-clarity and career exploration behavior in future work were significant (β = 0.55~0.58, t = 14.13~15.33, all p p p p < 0.001). Conclusion: The core self-evaluation of college students can positively predict future job self-clarity through career exploration behavior, and the mediating role of career exploration behavior is moderated by the belief in a just world (ultimate justice and internal justice), and its mediating effect is more significant in the group of college students with a high level of belief in a just world.展开更多
