The hot compression tests of 7Mo super austenitic stainless(SASS)were conducted to obtain flow curves at the temperature of 1000-1200℃and strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1)to 1 s^(-1).To predict the non-linear hot deformati...The hot compression tests of 7Mo super austenitic stainless(SASS)were conducted to obtain flow curves at the temperature of 1000-1200℃and strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1)to 1 s^(-1).To predict the non-linear hot deformation behaviors of the steel,back propagation-artificial neural network(BP-ANN)with 16×8×8 hidden layer neurons was proposed.The predictability of the ANN model is evaluated according to the distribution of mean absolute error(MAE)and relative error.The relative error of 85%data for the BP-ANN model is among±5%while only 42.5%data predicted by the Arrhenius constitutive equation is in this range.Especially,at high strain rate and low temperature,the MAE of the ANN model is 2.49%,which has decreases for 18.78%,compared with conventional Arrhenius constitutive equation.展开更多
This study analyzed nueleotide sequences from the mitochondrial eytochrome oxidase submit (COI) gene region (450 bp) to investigate the genetic structure of the oriental river prawn ( Macrobrachium nipponense ) ...This study analyzed nueleotide sequences from the mitochondrial eytochrome oxidase submit (COI) gene region (450 bp) to investigate the genetic structure of the oriental river prawn ( Macrobrachium nipponense ) among nine populations from the Yangtze and Lancang Rivers. A total of 79 individuals were collected for this work. Eighty-nine nucleotides were found to be variable, resulting in 46 haplotypes. Among the nine populations, the population from Kunming shows the greatest level of variability (h = 1.000, π = 0.028), whereas the population from Cbongqing exhibits the lowest level of variability (h = 0.700,π = 0.008). Analysis of molecular variance suggested that of the total genetic diversity, 9.66% was attributable to inter-population diversity and the remainder (90.34%) to differences within populations. A molecular phylogenetic tree constructed using the Neighbor-joining (N J) method showed that the 46 haplotypes were assigned to two clades associated with geographic regions. These results provide basic information for the conservation and sustainable exploitation of this species.展开更多

[Result] The 351 bp long NbDAD1 gene was cloned from N. benthamiana; recombinant plasmids pCAMBIA1301-NbDAD1 and pCAMBIA1301-NbDAD1HAtag were constructed successfully; 50T0-generation N. ben- thamiana Hyg-resistant transgenic lines of three genotypes were obtained, including 23 positive transgenic plants. The vertical distribution of carbon dioxide(CO2)is important for the calibration and validation of transport models and remote sensing measurements.Due to the large mass and volume of traditional instruments as well a...The vertical distribution of carbon dioxide(CO2)is important for the calibration and validation of transport models and remote sensing measurements.Due to the large mass and volume of traditional instruments as well as supporting systems,in-situ measurements of the CO2 vertical profile within the boundary layer are rare.This study used a miniaturized CO2 monitoring instrument based on a low-cost non-dispersive infrared(NDIR)sensor to measure the CO2 vertical profile and meteorological parameters of the lower troposphere(0–1000 m)in southwestern Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,China.The sensors were onboard a tethered balloon with two processes:the ascending process and the descending process.The results showed that the overall trend of CO2 concentration decreased with height.Weather conditions and CO2 emission sources caused fluctuations in CO2 concentrations.The CO2 concentration varied from morning to afternoon due mainly to the faster spread of air mass during daytime,with strong convections and the accumulation of emissions at night.The low-cost sensor produced results consistent with the traditional gas chromatography method.The Weather Research and Forecasting model could not capture the CO2 profiles well due mainly to the bad performances in boundary layer height and the potential outdated fossil fuel emissions around the experimental site.This experiment is the first successful attempt to observe the CO2 vertical distribution in the lower troposphere by using lowcost NDIR sensors.The results help us to understand the vertical structure of CO2 in the boundary layer,and provide data for calibrating and validating transport models.展开更多

Considering the multi-segment and multi-rate features of HAS, this paper proposes a buffer-driven resource manag...Hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP) adaptive streaming(HAS) plays a key role in mobile video transmission. Considering the multi-segment and multi-rate features of HAS, this paper proposes a buffer-driven resource management(BDRM) method to enhance HAS quality of experience(QoE) in mobile network. Different from the traditional methods only focusing on base station side without considering the buffer, the proposed method takes both station and client sides into account and end user's buffer plays as the drive of whole schedule process. The proposed HAS QoE influencing factors are composed of initial delay, rebuffering and quality level. The BDRM method decomposes the HAS QoE maximization problem into client and base station sides separately to solve it in multicell and multi-user video playing scene in mobile network. In client side, the decision is made based on buffer probe and rate request algorithm by each user separately. It guarantees the less rebuffering events and decides which HAS segment rate to fetch. While, in the base station side, the schedule of wireless resource is made to maximize the quality level of all access clients and decides the final rate pulled from HAS server. The drive of buffer and twice rate request schemes make BDRMtake full advantage of HAS's multi-segment and multi-rate features. As to the simulation results, compared with proportional fair(PF), Max C/I and traditional HAS schedule(THS) methods, the proposed BDRM method decreases rebuffering percent to 1.96% from 11.1% with PF and from 7.01% with THS and increases the mean MOS of all users to 3.94 from 3.42 with PF method and from 2.15 with Max C/I method. It also guarantees a high fairness with 0.98 from the view of objective and subjective assessment metrics.展开更多

Dynamical equation was established for the system with intelligent structure of piezoelectric actuators. According to the property of the modes varying with time, the performance index function was developed based on the optimal configuration principle of energy maximal dissipation, and the relevant optimal model was obtained. According to its characteristic, a float-encoding genetic algorithm, which is efficient, simple and excellent for solving the global-optimal solution of this problem, was adopted. Taking the plane manipulator as an example, the result of numerical calculation shows that, after the actuator/sensor position being optimized, the vibration amplitude of the multi-body system is reduced by 35% compared with that without optimization.展开更多

The results showed that the clustering results were highly accordant with the...The genetic diversity of 50 parents or improved lines of two-line medium Indica hybrid rice were analyzed based on 48 pairs of SSR markers. The results showed that the clustering results were highly accordant with the parental pedigree information of the tested materials. The male sterile lines and the restoring lines were clustered into 2 distinct groups (Ⅰ and Ⅱ), respectively. There were no significant difference in intra-group average genetic distances (GD) between the 2 groups. Most of the male sterile lines from Hunan Longping High-tech Seed Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. were grouped into a single subgroup (Ⅰ-4) under the male sterile group with the largest average GD compared with the rest male sterile subgroups. Huazhan derived lines and Guangzhou inbred lines were founded to be independent of 9311 and its derivatives or closely-related lines. Meanwhile, they have obviously been differentiated into 2 subgroups (Ⅱ-2 and Ⅱ-3). The lines derived from Huazhan (or genetic closely related lines) showed a genetic homogenization phenomenon. Therefore, the Huazhan-derived lines should be further improved by the utilization of germplasms with good quality, high resistance and wide adaptability from Southern China to widen the GD between Huazhan derived lines and the male sterile subgroup developed by Hunan Longping High-tech Seed Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., so as to further promote the heterosis level between the groups.展开更多
