21天效应在“五术”医学人才培养中的实践——基于加快医学教育创新发展意见的要求

高校是党领导下人才培养的坚强阵地。“五术”医学人才培养是适应新时代医学教育改革、实现“健康中国”战略的优化和实践,本文立足于“五术”医学人才的培养要求,根据建构主义哲学观和心理学“21天效应”的理论,通过构建“一式五面多点”金字塔模型,即以一种21天坚持打卡为模式、五个医学生“道仁学技艺”为培养方面、多个实践活动点相辅相成,点面结合,探讨高等医学教育日常管理新范式、新经验。

以党支部建设为抓手培养新时代“五术”医学人才的实践研究

医学教育是建设教育强国的重要组成部分,在推进健康中国建设中发挥着人才“蓄水池”的重要作用。目前,人才培养结构不优、培养质量不高、创新能力不强等仍是阻碍我国医学教育跨越式发展的主要问题。因此,教育部对《关于加快医学教育创新发展的指导意见》进行解读时,提出了培养新时代“五术”医学人才的新要求。本文以云南某高校学生党支部为例,积极发挥党支部的引领作用,将“五术”医学人才培养和党支部建设相融合,开展了一系列实践研究,有效促进医学人才培养质量提升。

美非“下一代学术人才”项目述评——兼谈对中非高等教育合作的启示

"非洲高等教育合作伙伴"是美国以私人基金会为代表的非政府组织在参与对非教育援助发展过程中所创设的一种新型合作框架体系,具有战略合作和资源整合的目的和功能。其核心项目"下一代学术人才"从研究设计到管理运行再到反馈评价的整个过程,反映了国际化的非政府组织在协同合作、个性化参与和专业化运作等方面的特点,该项目通过加强师资培养、保留学术人才和促进性别比例均衡等举措,有效地促进了非洲大学学术能力的整体提升与均衡发展,但在实施中也遇到了一些困难与挑战。分析"下一代学术人才"项目的缘起、特征、成效及问题,有助于推动中非高等教育合作中多元化主体参与机制的研究与实践,提升我国非政府组织的国际化程度和专业化水平,开展专业化的高等教育合作项目以契合非洲高等教育环境的复杂性和现实需求,增强中非高等教育合作的效果和质量。

基于医学生“五术”培养理念提升实习医师岗位胜任力的研究

临床实习是医学生岗位胜任力培养的重要阶段和关键环节。文章分析了在岗位胜任力目标下,医学生临床实习存在的问题。提出基于医学生“五术”培养,以医学生岗位胜任力为导向,进行临床实习的整体化设计。将培养医学生“救死扶伤的道术、心中有爱的仁术”贯穿于临床实习,深化“三全育人”理念,严格“三基”培训,夯实临床基础,做“知识扎实的学术”,练就“本领过硬的技术”和“方法科学的艺术”。临床实习考核与岗位胜任力、本科生学业水平测试和执业医师考试要求相结合,强化临床实习过程管理。改革临床医学本科实习生的临床实习模式,对于培养职业素质良好、理论基础扎实、实践能力突出的高素质医学人才有重要意义。

Research on Human Resource Management in the ＂Internet plus＂ Era

Today＇s society has entered the Intemet era, the Internet technology has brought great changes to all walks of life.With the development of＂Internet plus＂,traditional industry, service industry and business have to make the appropriate changes to meet the demand of the ＂Internet plus＂ era.Similarly,human resource management has to face new challenges in ＂Intemet plus＂ era.This paper expounds the characteristics of＂Internet plus＂ era and the changes brought to the human resource management,put forward the idea that human resources management should make changes to meet the demand of the ＂Internet plus＂ era from three aspects：big data,decentration and staff self management,establishing a new talent incentive mechanism.

在“新医科”背景下,云南地区医学发展迫切需要“五术”新型医学人才,医学细胞生物学作为医学专业基础核心课程,推进融入“五术”医学人才培养理念的“金课”建设势在必行。该文以“受体介导的胞吞”为例,以学生为中心进行融合整合式内容重构、课程思政、智慧教学、交互式模拟实验、项目式学习等创新性元素的混合式教学设计及实践。

Ways of higher vocational college students＇ ideological and political education under the IT background

Higher Vocational Education is showing unprecedented good momentum of development, for a large number of vocational technical talents will be the training object of society. As the number of students in higher vocational colleges expands rapidly, their quality education and ability training have become more important. In conjunction with my teaching practice to engage in political work in colleges, from analyzing the problems of students ＇ ideological and political education, I elaborate approaches to strengthen students＇ ideological and political education.

Problems and Prospects Faced by Chinese Higher Education Management in the Era of Globalization

The present and future international competitions, in the final analysis, are the talent competition. China is the world＇ s most populous nation, and it is the world＇ s most resource-rich countries of labor. Full development of human resources enhance the people＇ s level of education in general, which is today＇ s global trend of development of human resources in order to enhance the comprehensive national strength, but also the inevitable choice based on China＇ s basic national conditions of building a moderately prosperous society. It is faced with competition for talent era of knowledge economy, and it is in the face of economic globalization and integration trends in the face of China＇ s human resources situation. How to make heavy population burden into a country rich in human resources and how to play this advantage, how to create hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and technical personnel, innovative talents, education, especially higher education in China will play an increasingly important role.

Present Situation and Development of Vocational Education in English

The rise of higher vocational education in our country is just a few years ago. In recent years, the country＇ s institutions of higher learning at different levels almost opened vocational school vocational classes, including a certain scale of running private schools, but also they have established nationally recognized vocational education classes to satisfy the high school grade point average of students for further studies to improve the quality of the people, for the country develop vocational and technical personnel played a positive role. But over the same period they are to be admitted into the school when vocational students are far from proficiency in English language, to classroom teaching English it brought many difficulties. Thus, with the deepening of China＇ s reform and opening up, especially after China joining the WTO, English as a common language has increasingly shown its importance. How to improve high vocational English teaching is topic worth serious discussion among educators.

Analysis on Promoting the Construction and Development of Campus Culture from Art Education

Colleges and universities, as important educational institutions of training professional personnel, should make a change to the curriculum setting along with the changed demands of market on personnel. In this process, art can be used by them as a key course in teaching. On the one hand, the improvement of art education in colleges and universities can provide students with increasingly more learning opportunities in professional learning, so that the professional quality of students can be promoted to reach a corresponding level in a certain period. On the other hand, art education has exerted a variety of positive roles in promoting the construction of campus culture, and especially has promoted the students in colleges and universities to get objective cultural knowledge in ideology. Therefore, this is analyzed by the author in this paper.

Research on the status and development of the layout of the sports events for the youth sports reserve talents in Chongqing

In this paper, using the method of literature research, the author analyzes the current situation of the youth sports reserve talents resources in Chongqing and the distribution of the sports events. Research shows that the resources of the youth sports reserve tal- ents in Chongqing have certain advantages in some projects, but the differences in the distribution of the sports events are obvious, with low prevalence of the projects. The implementation in the vast areas of the counties, towns, and countryside is not enough, and the games lack the overall competitiveness. In this paper, the author compares and analyzes the sports reserve talents in part of the event in the south- western five provinces （Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Tibet, and Chongqing）, and concludes that the reserve of talents in the traditional supe-rior events in Chongqing has more advantages, but the personnel reserve in part of the project is worrying. Therefore, Chongqing should broaden the channels of the resources of the reserve talents, establish the scientific and technological systems, and implement the integra-tion of science and training, to build a solid foundation for the healthy development of the youth sports in Chongqing.

The current status and development history of domestic and abroad research reactors (RRs) are mentioned.The representative RRs and their respective technology characteristics are introduced.The utilizations of China's RRs,mainly included as nuclear engineering technology,basic research applications of nuclear technology,teaching and personnel training,are explained.

In this paper, we conduct research on the project-driven alliance between the college and enterprise teaching mode and the applications on the contemporary vocational education. To achieve the aim of higher education popularization in our country, to vigorously develop vocational education is the important way. Higher vocational education for national and local economic development is the purpose of training the production, construction, management and service first line need to cultivate high quality personnel. Higher vocational education is the social demand as the primary guidance of employment education, cultivate the students should be a technology applied talents with skills. Our research proposes the novel guideline to deal with the mentioned issues which is applicable.

Research on the Status and Development of Tourism Management Teaching on the Basis of School-enterprise cooperation

With the vigorous development of China＇ s tourism industry, the rapid expansion of universities and tourism management enrollment has trained a large number of tourism professionals, and promoted the rapid development of tourism. However, the increasing number of colleges and universities tourism management enrollment and the expansion of the tourism industry have not been able to meet the demand for high-class expertise, which partly due to low tourism management teaching quality of colleges and universities. Whereas the school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode is one kind of tourism management that can effectively improve the quality of teaching of important measures.

Study on the Current Situation of the Public Dance Course Teaching in General Colleges and Universities

In the public art education, the public dance course plays an important influence, and has become an important way of the aesthetic education in general colleges and universities. However, the public dance course teaching in China＇ s colleges and universities is a necessary way for ensuring the effective implementation of the public dance course teaching, because there are certain unsound teaching problems in the public dance course teaching in China＇ s colleges and universities currently. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out deep research and practice for the public dance education in China＇ s colleges and universities, and this plays an important role in promoting the development of general colleges and universities＇ quality education for students, advancing the further development of the current genera/colleges and universities＇ public dance education, and enriching the existing public art education theories. There are many problems such as unclear teaching goals in the existing public art course teaching model, non-systematic and non-scientific teaching contents, simple teaching forms, and simple teaching methods in the general colleges and universities, so it is urgent to explore new teaching models. The purpose of this paper is to build a three-dimensional public dance teaching network from both forms and contents. Public dance course is a selective course, which is established for training the high-quality personnel demanded by the modernized construction of socialism, and plays an irreplaceable role in improving the aesthetic quality, cultivating the innovative spirit and practice ability, and shaping a healthy personality. On this basis, the current situation of the public dance teaching in general colleges and universities is investigated by taking the public dance teaching in Guangxi Normal University as an example and using the methods such as document literature, questionnaire survey, and interview, and the specific situation of the dance teaching in general colleges and universities is analyzed, and also corresponding strategies and suggestions are proposed.
