Thus, banks are contextually ...This research shows the current status and the future prospects of green financing in Korea. Green financing is currently on the initial stage in Korea, just like the green growth policy. Thus, banks are contextually not willing to invest or loan in the green technology or industry for profitability, because the high uncertainty (risk) exists and because Korean people have little concern on green financing, though they have recognized the necessity of green growth. Therefore, the reinforcement of government's role is suggested in this research. The public financial agencies are now very important in popularizing the green financing in Korea, and the most effective policy will be the credit guarantee for green technologies or companies provided by public agencies, as shown in the financing policy for the small and middle enterprises. Regarding public efforts, banks should try to perform green financing for both their own profitability and social benefit together with the step-by-step approach, according to the growth stage of green industry and green financing.展开更多

Electric field method and solvent method still remain experimental...This article classifies the seawater desalination technology into four types of hot method, membrane method, electric field method and solvent method. Electric field method and solvent method still remain experimental stage, while hot method and membrane method have been realized in commercialization but are difficult to be promoted. The problem lies in high water-producing cost. It is difficult for membrane method seawater desalination technology to reduce the water-producing cost. The heat utilization efficiency is not high for the current hot method seawater desalination technology and there is large amount of heat lost with the emission of concentrated seawater. The new hot method seawater desalination technology and new solar-powered seawater desalination technology can divide the seawater into fresh water and solid salt without any emission of concentrated seawater so that the heat utilization efficiency can reach theoretical limit to multiply reduce the water-producing cost. They will become the mainstream technology for seawater desalination and can totally eliminate the global water crisis.展开更多

Moreover, the external power and internal demand of the small-lift launch vehicle are analyzed and the market prospect is forecasted. Finally, proposals for the development of small-lift launch vehicles are put forward, including exploration of the potential of existing rocket and missile technology, development of multi-platform mobile launch technology and further application of innovative technology and ideas.展开更多

This paper reviews the state-of-art development of the fiber optic hydrogen sensing technology. The main developing trends of fiber optic hydrogen sensors are based on two kinds of hydrogen sensitive materials, i.e. palladium-alloy thin films and Pt-doped WO3 coatings. In this review work, the advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of sensing technologies will be evaluated.展开更多
