首次剖宫产术式对再次剖宫产的临床影响分析 被引量:3

目的:探讨首次剖宫产不同术式对再次剖宫产的影响。方法:选取在民权县人民医院行再次剖宫产的产妇38例,将首次剖宫产采用新式剖宫术的19例设为观察组,首次剖宫产采用传统剖宫术的19例设为对照组,比较两组产妇的手术时间、术中出血量、... 目的:探讨首次剖宫产不同术式对再次剖宫产的影响。方法:选取在民权县人民医院行再次剖宫产的产妇38例,将首次剖宫产采用新式剖宫术的19例设为观察组,首次剖宫产采用传统剖宫术的19例设为对照组,比较两组产妇的手术时间、术中出血量、新生儿Apgar评分及盆、腹腔粘连程度。结果:①观察组产妇的术中出血量多于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组粘连发生率均为100%,但观察组粘连程度明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:首次剖宫产术式对再次剖宫产具有明显的影响,新式剖宫术易造成产妇盆、腹腔严重粘连,增加再次剖宫产难度,引起新生儿窒息。 展开更多

Objective To investigate the effects of lumbar -sacral selective posterior rhizotomy on spasticity of upper limbs,epilepsy,strabis-mus,sialorrhea and dysarthria of pa tients with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods825patients with cerebral palsy who had received SPR between1990and 1998were followed up for two years at least.Result s Of 328cases with spasticity of upper limbs,67(20.4%)had partial ame-lioration of spasticity of upper lim bs.Of 35cases with epilepsy,31(88.6%)had lower frequency of onset or needed to take lower dose drug to control than ever.Of 386cases with s trabismus,132(34.2%)had improved.Of 73cases with sialorrhea,49(67.1%)had improved,21(28.8%)had found sialorrhea disappeararnce.Of 456cases with dysarthria,72(15.8%)had improved.Conclusion Selective posterior rhizotomy has curative effect on com bined symptoms in some of patients wi th cerebral palsy. 展开更多

To handle the handover challenge in Express Train Access Networks(ETAN).mobility fading effects in high speed railway environments should be addressed first.Based on the investigation of fading effects in this paper,we obtain two theoretical bounds:HOTiming upper bound and HO-Margin lower bound,which are helpful guidelines to study the handover challenge today and in the future.Then,we apply them to analyze performance of conventional handover technologies and our proposal in ETAN.This follow-up theory analyses and simulation experiment results demonstrate that the proposed handover solution can minimize handover time up to 4ms(which is the fastest one so far),and reduce HO-Margin to 0.16 dB at a train speed of 350km/h. 展开更多

Core technology of design and construction for the 6th deep water semi-submersible rig is held. Independent detail design and construction are also accomplished.
