椎管内麻醉与全身麻醉对关节置换术的临床对比研究

探讨对关节置换术患者分别采取椎管内麻醉以及全身麻醉方法完成干预后获得临床效果。方法:将我院2017年06月~2020年03月收治的100例关节置换术患者按数字奇偶法进行分组:椎管麻醉组(50例)和全身麻醉组(50例),就组间术后VAS(视觉模拟评分... 探讨对关节置换术患者分别采取椎管内麻醉以及全身麻醉方法完成干预后获得临床效果。方法:将我院2017年06月~2020年03月收治的100例关节置换术患者按数字奇偶法进行分组:椎管麻醉组(50例)和全身麻醉组(50例),就组间术后VAS(视觉模拟评分法)评分结果、麻醉术前准备时间、术后麻醉留观时间、术后住院时间以及联合并发症发生率展开对比。结果:椎管麻醉组患者术后VAS评分结果低于全身麻醉组(P<0.05);椎管麻醉组患者麻醉术前准备时间同全身麻醉组比较差异不明显(P>0.05),术后麻醉留观时间以及术后住院时间短于全身麻醉组明显(P<0.05);椎管麻醉组患者术中心动过速发生率、低血压发生率以及输血率低于全身麻醉组(P<0.05);椎管麻醉组患者尿道感染发生率以及心脑血管意外发生率同全身麻醉组比较差异不明显(P>0.05);椎管麻醉组患者联合并发症发生率(10.00%)显著低于全身麻醉组(46.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:椎管内麻醉方法的有效运用,可使关节置换术患者术后疼痛感明显减轻,将术后麻醉留观时间、术后住院时间显著缩短,并且术中心动过速发生率、低血压发生率以及输血率显著降低,最终实现关节置换术患者的有效预后。 展开更多

The application capability of IT plays the critical role, which determines the efficiency and effectiveness of the aforementioned four processes. The process model of IT impacts on firm competitiveness can also be used to explain why, under what situations and how IT can generate positive organizational outcomes, as well as theoretical bases for further empirical study. 展开更多

In control group, the r... Objective To probe into the optimum therapy for hemiplegia induced by neurosurgical operation. Methods 50 cases were randomized into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases). In control group, the routine western drugs in internal medicine were applied; in treatment group, on the basis of the treatment in control group, acupuncture was supplemented 3 days after the operation. Acupoints were Neiguan (内关 PC 6), Shuigou (水沟 GV26), QSchi ( 曲池LI 11), Hégü (合谷 LI 4), Sanyinjiao (三阴交 SP 6), Jiquan (极泉 HT 1), Weizhong (委中BL 40), etc. The scalp acupuncture was applied in combination. Such treatment was given for 30 days (once per day). The functional evaluation was conducted based on neurological functional defect scale (NDS) before and after treatment. Results Acupuncture improved re markably NDS, the total effective rate was 76.0% in treatment group and was 42.4% in control group, indicating significant difference by statistical management (P〈0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect in treatment group is superior to that in control group. The coordinative action is achieved in the combination of acupuncture with western medicine for hemiplegia after neurosurgical operation and the therapeutic effect is much improved. 展开更多

This essay is twofold: the first part focuses on the interpretation of the concept of Hell in Dante's Inferno and Italian culture as depicted in Last Judgment scenes such as Giotto's in the Arena Chapel of Padua; Signorelli's in the Orvieto Cathedral; and Michelangelo's in the Sistine Chapel in Rome. The second part deals with the drawing illustrations for the text of Dante's Divine Comedy composed by the Florentine painters Sandro Botticelli, Giovanni Stradano, and Federico Zuccaro. Here the emphasis is on Dante's Inferno, which comments upon Neoplatonic personalities, Florentine politics, and current popular art. Comparisons with some of Botticelli's, Stradano's, and Zuccaro's drawing illustrations indicate the assimilation of classical artistic concepts such as Horace's ut pictura poesis [as is painting so is poetry] as well as Plato'sfurorpoeticus [poetical inspiration] promoted in the writings of Marsilio Ficino, a Renaissance Neoplatonic philosopher. 展开更多

In this study,nano-graphene reinforced titanium matrix composites(GNPs/Ti)with a honeycomb porous structure were fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM).The effects of graphene on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion performance of the SLM GNPs/Ti were systematically investigated.Results of microstructure characterization show that:1)the density of the SLM GNPs/Ti was improved as compared to that of the SLM Ti;2)abundant TiC particles were formed in the SLM GNPs/Ti.The hardness and compressive strength of the composite increased by 90%(from HV 236 to HV 503)and 14%(from 277 MPa to 316 MPa),respectively,attributed to the uniformly distributed TiC and fine GNPs in the Ti matrix.Electrochemical tests reveal that the corrosion current density of the SLM GNPs/Ti is only 0.328μA/cm^(2),that is about 25%less than that of the SLM Ti.The results indicate that the incorporation of nano-graphene is a potential method to strengthen the Ti by SLM. 展开更多

Twelve samples with periodic array square pillars microstructure were prepared on the silicon wafer by plasma etching techniques, on which space b of the square pillars increased from 5 to 60 μm. In order to study the effect ofb on the wettability of the rough surface, the effects of apparent contact angle (CA) and sliding angle (a) of the droplet on the rough surface were measured with the contact angle meter. The results show that the experimental values of CA well agree with the classical wetting theory and a decreases with the increase of b. Two drop shapes exist on the samples' surface, corresponding to the Cassie state and the Wenzel state respectively. The contact state in which a drop would settle depends typically on the size of b. On the role of gravitation, the irreversible transition of a drop from Cassie state to Wenzel state should occur at a certain space of the square pillars. Since the transition has implications on the application of super-hydrophobic rough surfaces, theoretically, the prediction of wetting state transition on square pillar array micro-structured surfaces provides an intuitionistic guidance for the design of steady superhydrophobic surfaces. 展开更多

Methods that can efficiently model the effects of rock joints on rock mass behavior can be beneficial in rock engineering. The suitability of equivalent rock mass(ERM) technique based upon particle methods is investigated. The ERM methodology is first validated by comparing calculated and experimental data of lab triaxial compression test on a set of cylindrical rock mass samples, each containing a single joint oriented in various dip angles. The simulated results are then used to study the stress-strain nonlinearity and failure mechanism as a function of the joint dip angle and confining stress. The anisotropy and size effects are also investigated by using multi-scale cubic ERM models subjected to triaxial compression test. The deformation and failure behavior are found to be influenced by joint degradation, the micro-crack formation in the intact rock, the interaction between two joints, and the interactions of micro-cracks and joints. 展开更多

A total of 126 traditional villages in Guangdong were selected for research to analyze their spatial distribution pattern, spatial autocorrelation, and Han subgroup characteristics through the spatial analysis with GIS. The results showed that the traditional villages in Guangdong were distributed compactly, which was similar to that in other provinces; on the prefecture-level city scale, they were mainly distributed in Meizhou, Qingyuan, Zhanjiang, and Zhaoqing, showing a central distribution; on the regional scale, they were mainly distributed in northern Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta, indicating an unbalanced distribution; their density of spatial distribution showed a significant difference with a provincial distribution density of 0.59 per thousand km^2 and the highest distribution density of 2.14 per thousand km^2; there were four gathering areas accommodating many traditional villages, namely Meizhou-Chaoshan area, Guangfo-Dongguan area, Leizhou in Zhanjiang, and Lianzhou in Qingyuan; the spatial distribution of traditional villages, which presented a pattern of hot spot—sub-hot spot—sub-cold spot—cold spot, had a significant global spatial autocorrelation, and areas in similar sizes were tending towards gathering; traditional villages in Guangdong belonged to the Cantonese-speaking group and Hakka-speaking group with a density of 0.59 per thousand km^2 and 0.48 per thousand km^2 respectively, and Han subgroup with the highest distribution density was the minority areas of 1.31 per thousand km^2, followed by Shaozhou dialect area with a density of 1.00 per thousand km^2. 展开更多

The aim of this work is evaluate the intergranular corrosion on UNS S31803 steel, with heat treatments at 800 ℃, varying treatment times of 30 mins, 360 mins and 1,440 mins. The results confirm the formation of o phases and secondary austenite (γ2). For the analysis of the influence of o and γ2 phases, metallographic analysis were conducted through optical microscopy, potentiokinetic reactivation electrochemical techniques and potentiodynamic polarization in NaCI 3.5% solution. Microstructural analysis has shown a formation of γ2 and o phase in heat treatment, due to diffusion of chromium and molybdenum from δ phase to y phase, precipitating on δ/γ and δ/δ interfaces. The DL-EPR (Double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation) results have shown an increase of the DOS (degree of sensitization) for long periods of time on heat treatment. The results of potentiodynamic polarization showed a reduction of the corrosion and pitting potentials, followed by an increase of the current density when the UNS S31830 steel is heat treated during long periods of time. 展开更多

It is observed that the regulation sequences at the two ends of every active gene of the heart nuclear DNA fragments may differentially combine with active regulation factors such as some specific binding proteins by using AFM and other experimental technologies. These active genes form different "gene knots", which are separated by "intervals". Using AFM, occasionally, it is also discovered that during the transcription stage, the heart nuclear DNA fragments consist of 3 4 5 "gene knots" and related "intervals", which form various "gene lineages" respectively by some "permutation and combination". Each gene lineage is likely to form nRNA chain like complexes that are 3 times the quantity of gene knots, and each nRNA chain like complex is connected with both ends of corresponding gene lineage. One gene knot of the DNA fragments participates the formation of different gene lineage and corresponding RNA chain like complexes by different combination. By posttranscriptional modification, they can form nmRNA linear chain like complexes that show the speciality of tissues. The beginnings of transcription units have the same number as gene lineages, and all gene lineages in DNA molecules may transcribe efficiently from corresponding beginnings of transcription unit simultaneously. Our work shows the prospective application of AFM in the research of the diversity of gene lineages formation from gene knots in the transcription stage and the efficiency of gene knots transcription. 展开更多

Otherwise, the qualitative description of complex system is presented at first. On the basis of analyzing the existing brittleness problems, linguistic description and mathematic description of brittleness are given as well. Three kinds of phenomena to judge brittleness of complex system are also given, based on catastrophe theory. Basic characteristics of brittleness are given on the basis of its mathematic description. Two critical point sets are defined by using catastrophe theory. The definition of brittleness and its related theory can serve the control of complex system, and provide theoretical basis for the design and control of complex system. 展开更多

Author of this paper studied the varieties, resource types, ornamental value and utilization value of wild potted plants in Xinyang based on field investigation, and discussed the utilization ways and protective measures of potted plant resources. The results showed that Xinyang was rich in wild potted plants, with 74 families, 137 genera, and 379 species. Among them, angiosperms were the most common group, with 46 families, 92 genera, and 232 species. Bryophytes and ferns were also common in Xinyang, with 9 families, 22 genera, and 80 species as well as 13 families, 16 genera, and 58 species respectively. According to the purpose, wild potted plant resources can be grouped into three types: tree potted plants, landscape potted plants, and moss potted plants; according to the ornamental part, wild potted plant resources can be classified into five types: foliage plants, flowering plants, fruit-effect plants, synthetic plants, and special plants. Building up the ranks of penjing creators, giving full play to its advantages based on local resources, and producing penjing with local flavor, is the direction for future development of Xinyang penjing. 展开更多

10%(volume fraction) SiCp/Al-Mg composites with different Mg contents were successfully fabricated by semi-solid mechanical stirring technique under optimum processing conditions.Effects of Mg content on microstructur... 10%(volume fraction) SiCp/Al-Mg composites with different Mg contents were successfully fabricated by semi-solid mechanical stirring technique under optimum processing conditions.Effects of Mg content on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that SiC particles disperse homogeneously in Al-Mg matrix and interfacial reaction between Al matrix and SiC particles is effectively controlled.Distribution of SiCp reinforcement and interfacial bonding are improved by adding Mg.Additionally,the mechanical properties of composites are remarkably improved with the Mg content increasing. 展开更多
