Beta Ti−35Nb sandwich-structured composites with various reinforcing layers were designed and produced using additive manufacturing(AM)to achieve a balance between light weight and high strength.The impact of reinforc...Beta Ti−35Nb sandwich-structured composites with various reinforcing layers were designed and produced using additive manufacturing(AM)to achieve a balance between light weight and high strength.The impact of reinforcing layers on the compressive deformation behavior of porous composites was investigated through micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)and finite element method(FEM)analyses.The results indicate that the addition of reinforcement layers to sandwich structures can significantly enhance the compressive yield strength and energy absorption capacity of porous metal structures;Micro-CT in-situ observation shows that the strain of the porous structure without the reinforcing layer is concentrated in the middle region,while the strain of the porous structure with the reinforcing layer is uniformly distributed;FEM analysis reveals that the reinforcing layers can alter stress distribution and reduce stress concentration,thereby promoting uniform deformation of the porous structure.The addition of reinforcing layer increases the compressive yield strength of sandwich-structured composite materials by 124%under the condition of limited reduction of porosity,and the yield strength increases from 4.6 to 10.3 MPa.展开更多

Emphases are placed on the modeling of system errors and implementation of the integrated system. Both loose and tightly coupled GPS/INS integrated in schemes are analyzed. On the basis of our experience accumulated in the research of GPS/INS for many years, the GPS/INS integrated navigation developing system is developed. It can be put into efficient and economic use in the study and design of integrated navigation system. It plays an important role in the aeronautical and astronautical fields in China. This system is not only a computer aided design software but also a semi physical simulation system by obtaining real INS and GPS receiver data. So the key software unit of the developing system could be conveniently transferred into practical engineering software in actual hardware integrated system. The application of this system shows that the design ideas and integrated scheme of this development system are successful, and can achieve good navigation result.展开更多

Based on the stability analysis of the location method, the calculation examples show that the vector cross product judgment method is faster and more accurate than other methods in the realization of the relative positioning between non-regular quadrilateral grids and regular rectangle grid nodes in wave front construction. When searching the wide area, it becomes important to know a robot's position ...This paper proposes the cooperative position estimation of a group of mobile robots, which pertbrms disaster relief tasks in a wide area. When searching the wide area, it becomes important to know a robot's position correctly. However, for each mobile robot, it is impossible to know its own position correctly. Therefore, each mobile robot estimates its position from the data of sensor equipped on it. Generally, the sensor data is incorrect since there is sensor noise, etc. This research considers two types of the sensor data errors from omnidirectional camera. One is the error of white noise of the image captured by omnidirectional camera and so on. Another is the error of position and posture between two omnidirectional cameras. To solve the error of latter case, we proposed a self-position estimation algorithm for multiple mobile robots using two omnidirectional cameras and an accelerometer. On the other hand, to solve the error of the former case, this paper proposed an algorithm of cooperative position estimation for multiple mobile robots. In this algorithm, each mobile robot uses two omnidirectional cameras to observe the surrounding mobile robot and get the relative position between mobile robots. Each mobile robot estimates its position with only measurement data of each other mobile robots. The algorithm is based on a Bayesian filtering. Simulations of the proposed cooperative position estimation algorithm for multiple mobile robots are performed. The results show that position estimation is possible by only using measurement value from each other robot.展开更多
By taking cross-wind forces acting on trains into consideration, a dynamic analysis method of the cross-wind and high-speed train and slab track system was proposed on the basis of the analysis theory of spatial vibra...By taking cross-wind forces acting on trains into consideration, a dynamic analysis method of the cross-wind and high-speed train and slab track system was proposed on the basis of the analysis theory of spatial vibration of high-speed train and slab track system. The corresponding computer program was written by FORTRAN language. The dynamic responses of the high-speed train and slab track under cross-wind action were calculated. Meanwhile, the effects of the cross-wind on the dynamic responses of the system were also analyzed. The results show that the cross-wind has a significant influence on the lateral and vertical displacement responses of the car body, load reduction factor and overturning factor. For example, the maximum lateral displacement responses of the car body of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 32.10 and 1.60 mm, respectively. The maximum vertical displacement responses of the car body of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 6.60 and 3.29 mm, respectively. The maximum wheel load reduction factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.43 and 0.22, respectively. The maximum overturning factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.28 and 0.08, respectively. The cross-wind affects the derailment factor and lateral Sperling factor of the moving train to a certain extent. However, the lateral and vertical displacement responses of rails with the crnss-wind are almost the same as those without the cross-wind. The method presented and the corresponding computer program can be used to calculate the interaction between trains and track in cross-wind.展开更多

A 60-year-old man underwent laparoscopic low anterior resection for rectal cancer. One day after this operation, peritoneal drainage and ileostomy were performed for rectal anastomotic leakage. Five days after the second operation, computed tomography revealed an abscess in the left inguinal hernial sac. Subsequently, hernioplasty and resection of the inflamed sac were performed.展开更多
Aiming at the defects of traditional four-wheel aligner such as many sensors,complex operation and slow detection speed,a fast and accurate 3D four-wheel alignment detection method is studied.Firstly,a new and special...Aiming at the defects of traditional four-wheel aligner such as many sensors,complex operation and slow detection speed,a fast and accurate 3D four-wheel alignment detection method is studied.Firstly,a new and special circle center target board is designed to calibrate the camera,and then the registration of the homography matrix is optimized by using the improved RANSAC(Random sample consensus)algorithm combined with the designed special target board,and the parameters of the wheel alignment system are adjusted by using the space vector principle.Accurate measurements are made to obtain the parameters of the four-wheel alignment.Design a calibration comparison experiment between the traditional target board and the new type of target board,and conduct a comparative test with the existing four-wheel aligner of the depot.The experimental results show that the use of the new target board-binding optimization algorithm can improve the calibration efficiency by about 9%to 21%,while improving the calibration accuracy by about 10.6%to 17.8%.And through the real vehicle test,it is verified that the use of the new target combined with the optimization algorithm can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the four-wheel positioning.This method has a certain significance in the rapid detection of vehicle four-wheel alignment parameters.展开更多

The results show that the errors associated with the structural maximum relative displacement, acceleration and residual displacement due to ignoring the friction variability sequentially grow. This rule is weakened by the spring action, however, the unreasonable spring constant will cause sympathetic vibration. Under the condition of large friction variability, in the calculation of the structural maximum relative displacement and acceleration, the friction variability should be considered. When the structural residual displacement is concerned, the variability of rolling friction coefficient should be fully considered regardless of the friction variability.展开更多

The location finding of a small sound has some difficulties such as high computational costs or disturbances from the ambient noises and reflected waves. The proposed system is composed of a biologically-inspired system which uses a hearing mechanism based on the human ear and a mechanism for perceiving weak signals that uses stochastic resonance. The location finding mechanism in the proposed system is based on the time-lag detecting architecture. On the other hand, the stochastic resonance mechanism can pick up the small sound source in the ambient noises. Using this proposed system, we implemented the location finding of small sounds through numerical simulations and hardware experiments. Good results were obtained for the small sound source location finding.展开更多

In recent years, the Great East Japan Earthquake and large-scale...This paper proposes a self-position estimate algorithm for the multiple mobile robots; each robot uses two omnidirectional cameras and an accelerometer. In recent years, the Great East Japan Earthquake and large-scale disasters have occurred frequently in Japan. From this, development of the searching robot which supports the rescue team to perform a relief activity at a large-scale disaster is indispensable. Then, this research has developed the searching robot group system with two or more mobile robots. In this research, the searching robot equips with two omnidirectional cameras and an accelerometer. In order to perform distance measurement using two omnidirectional cameras, each parameter of an omnidirectional camera and the position and posture between two omnidirectional cameras have to be calibrated in advance. If there are few mobile robots, the calibration time of each omnidirectional camera does not pose a problem. However, if the calibration is separately performed when using two or more robots in a disaster site, etc., it will take huge calibration time. Then, this paper proposed the algorithm which estimates a mobile robot's position and the parameter of the position and posture between two omnidirectional cameras simultaneously. The algorithm proposed in this paper extended Nonlinear Transformation (NLT) Method. This paper conducted the simulation experiment to check the validity of the proposed algorithm. In some simulation experiments, one mobile robot moves and observes the circumference of another mobile robot which has stopped at a certain place. This paper verified whether the mobile robot can estimate position using the measurement value when the number of observation times becomes 10 times in n/18 of observation intervals. The result of the simulation shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.展开更多

Through the programs, the influences o...In order to study an isolation system of rolling friction with springs, computer programs were compiled to evaluate the seismic performance based on its movement characteristics. Through the programs, the influences of various seismic performance factors, e.g., rolling friction coefficient, spring constant, were systematically investigated. Results show that by increasing the rolling friction coefficient, the structural relative displacement due to seismic load effectively decreases, while the structural response magnitude varies mainly depending on the correlations between the following factors: the spring constant, the earthquake intensity, and the rolling friction coefficient. Furthermore, increasing the spring constant can decrease the structural relative displacement, as well as residual displacement, however, it increases the structural response magnitude. Finally, based on the analyses of various seismic performance factors subjected to the scenario earthquakes, optimized theoretical seismic performance can be achieved by reasonably combining the spring constant and the rolling friction coefficient.展开更多

Sixty-seven patients with suspecte...To investigate diagnostic accuracy of 2-hour protocol of rest thallium-201/stress technetium-99m sestamibi dual-isotope myocardial perfusion SPECT in chronic coronary artery disease. Sixty-seven patients with suspected CAD were enrolled in the prospective study. All patients underwent myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in SPECT with dual isotopes of T1-201 and dipyridamole stress Tc-99m sestamibi. Rest and stress imaging protocol were performed in 2 hours by dose of 3 mCi TI-201 and 25 mCi Tc-99m sestamibi. The acquisition parameters includes LEHR collimator, energy peak of 72 and 167 keV for T1-201 and 140 keV for Tc-99m, 180-degree rotation from RAO to LPO, matrix size 64x64, and 25second/frame/64 frames. The 20-segment model of left ventricle was used in automatic quantitation software. Coronary angiography was used as gold standard. CAD was defined as 50% of lumen stenosis on coronary angiography. Rest TI-201/stress tc-99m sestamibi dual-isotope SPECT demonstrated a sensitivity of 94.59% and specificity of 70%, positive predictive value of 79.54% and negative predictive value of 91.3% in detection of coronary artery disease. Sensitivity and specificity for detecting multi-vessel coronary artery disease were 82.75% and 81.57% for the left anterior descending, 77.77% and 91.83% for left circumflex and 94.11% and 82% for right coronary artery. 2-hour protocol of rest thallium-201/stress technetium-99m sestamibi dual-isotope myocardial perfusion SPECT has high sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value in detecting chronic coronary artery disease with greater than 50% stenosis assessed by coronary angiography Moreover, this imaging protocol gives high imaging quality, time-saving and convenience.展开更多

Aimed at limitation that analytical algorithm of circulating current could not reflect the local electromagnetic field distribution and difficulty that overlaps easily exist in solid modeling process of stator transposition bars, a simplified physical model of transposition bars is established. A three-dimensional(3-D) numerical method for circulating current in stator transposition bars of large water-cooled turbo-generators is investigated, which is combined with field-circuit coupling method. Taking stator bars less than 540° transposition with void model of a 600-MW water-cooled turbo-generator as the research object, the magnetic flux density distribution, current density distribution and circulating current distribution of transposition strands are obtained by numerical calculation. Compared with calculation results of the improved analytical algorithm, the correctness of the numerical calculation for circulating current is demonstrated, the calculation value difference for the maximum current of strands is obtained. The numerical calculation for circulating current will provide an appropriate basis for the reasonable calculation of local overheating of stator transposition bars and the design of safety margin for turbo-generators.展开更多

The maximum overturning factors of the first trailer with and without cross-wind forces are 0.28 and 0.08, respectively. The cross-wind affects the derailment factor and lateral Sperling factor of the moving train to a certain extent. However, the lateral and vertical displacement responses of rails with the crnss-wind are almost the same as those without the cross-wind. The method presented and the corresponding computer program can be used to calculate the interaction between trains and track in cross-wind.
文摘In this paper, we report an extremely rare case of an abscess that developed in the inguinal hernial sac after surgery for peritonitis. A 60-year-old man underwent laparoscopic low anterior resection for rectal cancer. One day after this operation, peritoneal drainage and ileostomy were performed for rectal anastomotic leakage. Five days after the second operation, computed tomography revealed an abscess in the left inguinal hernial sac. Subsequently, hernioplasty and resection of the inflamed sac were performed.

文摘Aiming at the defects of traditional four-wheel aligner such as many sensors,complex operation and slow detection speed,a fast and accurate 3D four-wheel alignment detection method is studied.Firstly,a new and special circle center target board is designed to calibrate the camera,and then the registration of the homography matrix is optimized by using the improved RANSAC(Random sample consensus)algorithm combined with the designed special target board,and the parameters of the wheel alignment system are adjusted by using the space vector principle.Accurate measurements are made to obtain the parameters of the four-wheel alignment.Design a calibration comparison experiment between the traditional target board and the new type of target board,and conduct a comparative test with the existing four-wheel aligner of the depot.The experimental results show that the use of the new target board-binding optimization algorithm can improve the calibration efficiency by about 9%to 21%,while improving the calibration accuracy by about 10.6%to 17.8%.And through the real vehicle test,it is verified that the use of the new target combined with the optimization algorithm can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the four-wheel positioning.This method has a certain significance in the rapid detection of vehicle four-wheel alignment parameters.

文摘By taking a rolling-spring isolation system as the study object, the effects of the non-uniform distribution of rolling friction coefficient on its isolation performance were analyzed by a compiled computer program. The results show that the errors associated with the structural maximum relative displacement, acceleration and residual displacement due to ignoring the friction variability sequentially grow. This rule is weakened by the spring action, however, the unreasonable spring constant will cause sympathetic vibration. Under the condition of large friction variability, in the calculation of the structural maximum relative displacement and acceleration, the friction variability should be considered. When the structural residual displacement is concerned, the variability of rolling friction coefficient should be fully considered regardless of the friction variability.

文摘In order to realize the computer aided design of AT shifting element schemes, a mathematical model of shifting element schemes which can be easily identified by computers was built. Taking the transmission ratio sequence as an optimization objective and simple shifting logic between adjacent gears through operating only one shifting element as a constraint condition, a fitness function of shifting element schemes was proposed. ZF-8AT shifting element schemes were optimized based on GA work-box of MATLAB, and the feasibility of the optimization algorithm was verified.
文摘The purpose of this study is to develop a system that enables location finding of a small sound. The location finding of a small sound has some difficulties such as high computational costs or disturbances from the ambient noises and reflected waves. The proposed system is composed of a biologically-inspired system which uses a hearing mechanism based on the human ear and a mechanism for perceiving weak signals that uses stochastic resonance. The location finding mechanism in the proposed system is based on the time-lag detecting architecture. On the other hand, the stochastic resonance mechanism can pick up the small sound source in the ambient noises. Using this proposed system, we implemented the location finding of small sounds through numerical simulations and hardware experiments. Good results were obtained for the small sound source location finding.
文摘This paper proposes a self-position estimate algorithm for the multiple mobile robots; each robot uses two omnidirectional cameras and an accelerometer. In recent years, the Great East Japan Earthquake and large-scale disasters have occurred frequently in Japan. From this, development of the searching robot which supports the rescue team to perform a relief activity at a large-scale disaster is indispensable. Then, this research has developed the searching robot group system with two or more mobile robots. In this research, the searching robot equips with two omnidirectional cameras and an accelerometer. In order to perform distance measurement using two omnidirectional cameras, each parameter of an omnidirectional camera and the position and posture between two omnidirectional cameras have to be calibrated in advance. If there are few mobile robots, the calibration time of each omnidirectional camera does not pose a problem. However, if the calibration is separately performed when using two or more robots in a disaster site, etc., it will take huge calibration time. Then, this paper proposed the algorithm which estimates a mobile robot's position and the parameter of the position and posture between two omnidirectional cameras simultaneously. The algorithm proposed in this paper extended Nonlinear Transformation (NLT) Method. This paper conducted the simulation experiment to check the validity of the proposed algorithm. In some simulation experiments, one mobile robot moves and observes the circumference of another mobile robot which has stopped at a certain place. This paper verified whether the mobile robot can estimate position using the measurement value when the number of observation times becomes 10 times in n/18 of observation intervals. The result of the simulation shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.

文摘In order to study an isolation system of rolling friction with springs, computer programs were compiled to evaluate the seismic performance based on its movement characteristics. Through the programs, the influences of various seismic performance factors, e.g., rolling friction coefficient, spring constant, were systematically investigated. Results show that by increasing the rolling friction coefficient, the structural relative displacement due to seismic load effectively decreases, while the structural response magnitude varies mainly depending on the correlations between the following factors: the spring constant, the earthquake intensity, and the rolling friction coefficient. Furthermore, increasing the spring constant can decrease the structural relative displacement, as well as residual displacement, however, it increases the structural response magnitude. Finally, based on the analyses of various seismic performance factors subjected to the scenario earthquakes, optimized theoretical seismic performance can be achieved by reasonably combining the spring constant and the rolling friction coefficient.
文摘To investigate diagnostic accuracy of 2-hour protocol of rest thallium-201/stress technetium-99m sestamibi dual-isotope myocardial perfusion SPECT in chronic coronary artery disease. Sixty-seven patients with suspected CAD were enrolled in the prospective study. All patients underwent myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in SPECT with dual isotopes of T1-201 and dipyridamole stress Tc-99m sestamibi. Rest and stress imaging protocol were performed in 2 hours by dose of 3 mCi TI-201 and 25 mCi Tc-99m sestamibi. The acquisition parameters includes LEHR collimator, energy peak of 72 and 167 keV for T1-201 and 140 keV for Tc-99m, 180-degree rotation from RAO to LPO, matrix size 64x64, and 25second/frame/64 frames. The 20-segment model of left ventricle was used in automatic quantitation software. Coronary angiography was used as gold standard. CAD was defined as 50% of lumen stenosis on coronary angiography. Rest TI-201/stress tc-99m sestamibi dual-isotope SPECT demonstrated a sensitivity of 94.59% and specificity of 70%, positive predictive value of 79.54% and negative predictive value of 91.3% in detection of coronary artery disease. Sensitivity and specificity for detecting multi-vessel coronary artery disease were 82.75% and 81.57% for the left anterior descending, 77.77% and 91.83% for left circumflex and 94.11% and 82% for right coronary artery. 2-hour protocol of rest thallium-201/stress technetium-99m sestamibi dual-isotope myocardial perfusion SPECT has high sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value in detecting chronic coronary artery disease with greater than 50% stenosis assessed by coronary angiography Moreover, this imaging protocol gives high imaging quality, time-saving and convenience.
文摘In the precise point positioning(PPP),some impossible accurately simulated systematic errors still remained in the GPS observations and will inevitably degrade the precision of zenith tropospheric delay(ZTD) estimation.The stochastic models used in the GPS PPP mode are compared.In this paper,the research results show that the precision of PPP-derived ZTD can be obviously improved through selecting a suitable stochastic model for GPS measurements.Low-elevation observations can cover more troposphere information that can improve the estimation of ZTD.A new stochastic model based on satellite low elevation cosine square is presented.The results show that the stochastic model using satellite elevation-based cosine square function is better than previous stochastic models.

文摘Accurate calculation of circulating current is one of the key problems for stator transposition bars in the design of turbo-generators. Aimed at limitation that analytical algorithm of circulating current could not reflect the local electromagnetic field distribution and difficulty that overlaps easily exist in solid modeling process of stator transposition bars, a simplified physical model of transposition bars is established. A three-dimensional(3-D) numerical method for circulating current in stator transposition bars of large water-cooled turbo-generators is investigated, which is combined with field-circuit coupling method. Taking stator bars less than 540° transposition with void model of a 600-MW water-cooled turbo-generator as the research object, the magnetic flux density distribution, current density distribution and circulating current distribution of transposition strands are obtained by numerical calculation. Compared with calculation results of the improved analytical algorithm, the correctness of the numerical calculation for circulating current is demonstrated, the calculation value difference for the maximum current of strands is obtained. The numerical calculation for circulating current will provide an appropriate basis for the reasonable calculation of local overheating of stator transposition bars and the design of safety margin for turbo-generators.
