大跃进在现象上表现为浮夸和说谎,如一个个的高产“卫星”。在起源上,则是因为中国采取了重工业优先发展战略,常规的发展已经无法满足赶超战略提取农业剩余的需要;另外,与毛泽东的个性特点──想念群众运动,相信群众的力量和智慧... 大跃进在现象上表现为浮夸和说谎,如一个个的高产“卫星”。在起源上,则是因为中国采取了重工业优先发展战略,常规的发展已经无法满足赶超战略提取农业剩余的需要;另外,与毛泽东的个性特点──想念群众运动,相信群众的力量和智慧,熟悉农业和农村事物,具激情和浪漫情怀,也密切相关。“大跃进”在组织上,推行一大二公的人民公社,目的是为大规模的动员工作清除体制上的障碍。在运行机制上,频繁而强大的共产主义意识形态教化,为有关政策提供了强有力的合理性辩护,降低了政策的摩擦和运作成本;此外,集权体制下的政治文化和录用考核机制导致了信息的扭曲和失真,助推了“大跃进”的进行。今天,“大跃进”已经成为历史,但浮夸的习惯却保留了下来。同时,“大跃进”体现出的艰苦奋斗和纯粹献身的精神,也正在成为我们这个时代的稀缺品。 展开更多

2000年以来台湾经济增长在"亚洲四小龙"中持续垫底,这是岛内投资不足、消费动能持续弱化、对外贸易与经济合作不振、产业结构调整困难、债务问题难以改善等周期性、结构性和机制性原因累积叠加作用的结果。民进党当局上台已... 2000年以来台湾经济增长在"亚洲四小龙"中持续垫底,这是岛内投资不足、消费动能持续弱化、对外贸易与经济合作不振、产业结构调整困难、债务问题难以改善等周期性、结构性和机制性原因累积叠加作用的结果。民进党当局上台已一年有余,由于政策不当,岛内上述情况不但没有好转反而在加剧,并使社会不安情绪弥漫,政治对立升级,这些都将增加台湾经济摆脱困境的难度,台湾经济增长持续低迷是大概率事件。台湾要摆脱经济困境,最可行之路就是重回承认"九二共识"、认同两岸同属一个中国的轨道,推动两岸经济合作持续深化,共同打造命运共同体,这是历史大势。 展开更多

Is Precipitation the Dominant Controlling Factor of High Inorganic Nitrogen Content in the Changjiang River and Its Mouth? 被引量:2

The main reasons for the high content of inorganic N and its increase by several times in the Changjiang River and its mouth during the last 40 years were analysed in this work. The inorganic N in precipitation in the Changjiang River catchment mainly comes from gaseous loss of fertilizer N, N resulting from the increases of population and livestock, and from high temperature combustions of fossil fuels. N from precipitation is the first N source in the Changjiang River water and the only direct cause of high content of inorganic N in the Changjiang River and its mouth. The lost N in gaseous form and from agriculture non point sources fertilizer comprised about 60% of annual consumption of fertilizer N in the Changjiang River catchment and were key factors controlling the high content of inorganic N in the Changjiang River mouth. The fate of the N in precipitation and other N sources in the Changjiang River catchment are also discussed in this paper. 展开更多

Enhanced External Counterpulsation Inducing Arterial Hemodynamic Variations and Its Chronic Effect on Endothelial Function 被引量:1

To make clear the precise hemodynamic mechanism underlying the anti-atherogenesis benefit of enhanced external couterpulsation(EECP) treatment, and to investigate the proper role of some important hemodynamic factors ... To make clear the precise hemodynamic mechanism underlying the anti-atherogenesis benefit of enhanced external couterpulsation(EECP) treatment, and to investigate the proper role of some important hemodynamic factors during the atherosclerotic progress, a comprehensive study combining long-term animal experiment and numerical solving was conducted in this paper. An experimentally induced hypercholesterolemic porcine model was developed and the chronic EECP intervention was subjected. Basic hemodynamic measurement was performed in vivo, as well as the arterial endothelial samples were extracted for physiological examination. Meanwhile, a numerical model was introduced to solve the complex hemodynamic factors such as WSS and OSI. The results show that EECP treatment resulted in significant increase of the instant levels of arterial WSS, blood pressure, and OSI. During EECP treatment, the instant OSI level of the common carotid arteries over cardiac cycles raised to a mean value of 8.58 ×10-2±2.13 ×10-2. Meanwhile, the chronic intervention of EECP treatment significantly reduced the atherosclerotic lesions in abdominal aortas and the endothelial cellular adherence. The present study suggests that the unique blood flow pattern induced by EECP treatment and the augmentation of WSS level in cardiac cycles may be the most important hemodynamic mechanism that contribute to its anti-atherogenesis effect. And as one of the indices that cause great concern in current hemodynamic study, OSI may not play a key role during the initiation of atherosclerosis. 展开更多
