针对目前机加工零件尺寸需检测位置多、主要依靠人工检测、检测困难且检测效率低等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉、多传感器融合的机加工件尺寸测量系统。通过多传感器耦合,工业相机对机加工零件进行图像采集,采用VS2010配合Open Cv函数... 针对目前机加工零件尺寸需检测位置多、主要依靠人工检测、检测困难且检测效率低等问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉、多传感器融合的机加工件尺寸测量系统。通过多传感器耦合,工业相机对机加工零件进行图像采集,采用VS2010配合Open Cv函数库对图像进行一系列的数学形态学处理,并将测量结果实时反馈在控制端,实现对机加工件的测量。试验表明,系统能成功实现对机加工零件的高效率、高准确率的尺寸测量,达到了机加工件尺寸测量自动化产线的生产检测要求,具有较大的应用价值。 展开更多

The machining data collected from workshops, labs and references are analyzed. An optimization method based on the genetic algorithm (GA) is investigated. Its calculation speed is faster than that of traditional optimization methods, and it is suitable for the machining parameter optimization in the automatic manufacturing system. Based on the theoretical studies, a system of machining parameter management and optimization is developed. The system can improve productivity of the high-speed machining centers. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to develop a twin wheel creep-feed grinding machine using continuous dressing to machine precise axisymmetric turbine blades that have been difficult to machine using a conventional creep-feed machine.In order to develop such a machine,3D-modeling and machine simulations were performed and a twin wheel creep-feed grinding machine was manufactured.Furthermore,the axisymmetric precision of the machined workpieces through practical machining was evaluated and the quality of the continuous dressing effect of the developed machine was established.In addition,experimental considerations for a proper dresser-to-wheel speed ratio and proper feed rate of the dresser were carried out.As a result,a twin wheel creep-feed grinding machine with continuous dressing is developed through machine simulation,manufacturing and performance evaluation.Optimum condition for the dresser feed rate is 0.3μm/rev.In cases of large dressor-to-wheel speed ratio,grinding efficiency can be enhanced,but the surface roughness shows a conflicting trend.Developed twin wheel creep-feed grinding machine has satisfactory appraisal with regard to surface roughness,flatness,and parallelism.Satisfactory surface roughness below 0.1μm can be obtained for the blade of aircraft.However,in order to perform precise machining,it is necessary to improve the structure of the twin wheel creep-feed grinding machine. 展开更多

This study focused on the automatic versus controlled nature of the underlying cognitive processes of ERPs (Event-Related Potentials) effects during speech perception. ERPs to the final word of sentences (half being semantically incongruent with the sentence and half congruent) were presented to French natives under 4 levels of degradation: no degradation, mild degradation (2 levels), and strong degradation. Under mild degradation allowing controlled sentence-level processing according to behavioral data, the N400 effect (i.e., the N400 to incongruent words minus the N400 to congruent words) and a late positive complex were delayed and the latter effect was reduced. Under strong degradation allowing only automatic sentence processing according to behavioral data, no ERP effects remained. These results suggest that, unlike contextual effect found with single words (e.g., using word-pair or word-list paradigms), ERP effects elicited by more complex contexts such as full sentences are generated by controlled but not by automatic mechanisms of speech processing. 展开更多

For instance, the machining range is bigger, the cost of equipments is much lower, and the productivity and machining accuracy are higher. Therefore, the micro-cutting technology will take an important effect on the machining technique of complex shape microparts. In this paper, based on selfly-developed machine tool, the precision cutting technology of complex shape microparts made of metal material was studied by analyzing the modeling method on complex shape, the means of toolpaths layout and the optimal selection for cutting parameters. On the basis of above work, a typical duralumin specimen of high precision, low surface roughness and complex shape micropart was manufactured. This result will provide favorable technical support for farther research on the micro-cutting technology. 展开更多

The present study was designed to optimize the processing of Fructus Arctii by response surface methodology (RSM). Based on single factor studies, a three-variable, three-level Box-Behnken design (BBD) was used to monitor the effects of independent variables, including processing temperature and time, on the dependent variables. Response surfaces and contour plots of the contents of total lignans, chlorogenic acid, arctiin, and aretigenin were obtained through ultraviolet and visible (UV-Vis) monitoring and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Fructus Arctii should be processed under heating in a pot at 311℃, medicine at 119℃ for 123s with flipping frequently. The experimental values under the optimized processing technology were consistent with the predicted values. In conclusion, RSM is an effective method to optimize the processing of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). 展开更多

Traditional five-axis tool path planning methods mostly focus on differential geometric characteristics between the cutter and the workpiece surface to increase the material removal rate(i.e.,by minimizing path length,improving curvature matching,maximizing local cutting width,etc.) . However,material removal rate is not only related to geometric conditions such as the local cutting width,but also constrained by feeding speed as well as the motion capacity of the five-axis machine. This research integrates machine tool kinematics and cutter-workpiece contact kinematics to present a general kinematical model for five-axis machining process. Major steps of the proposed method include:(1) to establish the forward kinematical relationship between the motion of the machine tool axes and the cutter contact point;(2) to establish a tool path optimization model for high material removal rate based on both differential geometrical property and the contact kinematics between the cutter and workpiece;(3) to convert cutter orientation and cutting direction optimization problem into a concave quadratic planning(QP) model. Tool path will finally be generated from the underlying optimal cutting direction field. Through solving the time-optimal trajectory generation problem and machining experiment,we demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多
