针对民机机头结构布局设计的拓扑变量与尺寸优化变量共存的混合变量设计问题,改进一般的蚁群算法,提出多城市层的蚁群算法转移概率准则,建立基于蚁群算法拓扑优化及准则法尺寸优化设计的二级结构布局优化法,第一级针对离散设计变量,采... 针对民机机头结构布局设计的拓扑变量与尺寸优化变量共存的混合变量设计问题,改进一般的蚁群算法,提出多城市层的蚁群算法转移概率准则,建立基于蚁群算法拓扑优化及准则法尺寸优化设计的二级结构布局优化法,第一级针对离散设计变量,采用蚁群算法确定结构的拓扑布局;第二级针对连续设计变量,基于准则法完成结构在前一级布局下的尺寸优化设计。优化设计结果表明:在满足强度和刚度约束下,相较于初始结构,杆件结构总重量减轻32%,且较常规尺寸优化效果更好。 展开更多

通过基于MBD的孔系定位装配技术在某型公务机机头结构部件上的典型应用,阐述了孔系定位装配技术的含义和MBD孔系定位装配技术与传统装配协调孔定位法的区别。提出了蒙皮、腹板类零件连接件集成定义标注原则,飞机坐标系下孔系零件各孔设... 通过基于MBD的孔系定位装配技术在某型公务机机头结构部件上的典型应用,阐述了孔系定位装配技术的含义和MBD孔系定位装配技术与传统装配协调孔定位法的区别。提出了蒙皮、腹板类零件连接件集成定义标注原则,飞机坐标系下孔系零件各孔设计基准、协调基准及定位基准统一原则,数控加工制孔优先,蒙,皮、腹板类零件所属孔系应开尽开,装配工艺装备(工装)数字化制造和组件装配尽可能实现“无型架”装配等六大原则。结合MBD孔系定位装配技术的主要特点,针对性地开展了MBD孔系定位装配技术研究工作,提出了MBD孔系定位装配总体方案要求和MBD孔系定位零件协调制造原则。通过孔系定位装配技术下机头蒙皮、框类零件制造工艺流程,分析了某型公务机机头结构零组件装配协调原则、孔系定位装配对机头装配工艺流程影响等。经过某型公务机机头首架产品、小批量、批量生产装配,该孔系定位装配技术在某型公务机机头装配流程中得到了有效验证,其技术理念具有前瞻性、可行性。 展开更多

The interfacial properties of steel-mushy Al-28Pb bonding plate with different interfacial structures, and the influence of ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface on interfacial shear strength were investigated. The results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface and the interfacial shear strength. When the ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface is smaller than 71.4%, with the increase of the ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface, the interfacial shear strength increases gradually; when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface is larger than 71.4%, with the increase of the ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface, the interfacial shear strength decreases continuously; when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at the interface is 71.4%, the largest interfacial shear strength 70.2MPa is obtained. 展开更多

In most studies of tunnel boring machine(TBM)tunnelling, the groundwater pressure was not considered, or was simplified and exerted on the boundary of lining structure. Meanwhile, the leakage, which mainly occurs in the segment joints, was often ignored in the relevant studies of TBM tunnelling. Additionally, the geological models in these studies were simplified to different extents, and mostly were simplified as homogenous bodies. Considering the deficiencies above, a 3D refined model of the surrounding rock of a tunnel is firstly established using NURBS-TIN-BRe P hybrid data structure in this paper. Then the seepage field of the surrounding rock considering the leakage in the segment joints is simulated. Finally, the stability of TBM water diversion tunnel is studied coupled with the seepage simulation, to analyze the stress-strain conditions, the axial force and the bending moment of tunnel segment considering the leakage in the segment joints. The results illustrate that the maximum radial displacement, the minimum principal stress, the maximum principal stress and the axial force of segment lining considering the seepage effect are all larger than those disregarding the seepage effect. 展开更多

In order to meet the polishing requirement of faucets and other products,a novel multi-station rotary polishing robot is designed,which is a PPPR + RR type of degree of freedom( DOF) distribution structure,and is similar to dual-arm robot. Forward and inverse kinematic analysis is carried out by robot modeling. In order to make this robot structure more compact,first of all,X,Y and Z three moving degrees of freedom( DOF) limit stroke polishing need is calculated by using an artificial fish swarm algorithm,which analyzes dexterous workspace of this robot. Then,on the basis of the above analysis,the three DOF stroke is optimized. Simulation and polishing experimental results verify that this polishing robot with optimized stroke parameters can meet the polishing needs of faucets and other bathroom pieces. 展开更多

In this paper, an information fusion based scheme is presented to obtain 3-D information of human head. Structured light technology is employed to measure depth. For the special reflection areas,in which the structured light stripe can not be detected directly, the shape of the structured light stripe can be calculated from the corresponding contour. By fusing the information of structured light and the contours, the problem of reflectance influence is solved, and the whole shape of head,including hair area, can be obtained.
