随着有线电视网络规模的不断扩大,广电运营商投资建设了智慧广电资源云管系统,该系统可以通过机房平面图、机柜立面图等形式直观地反映机房资源的上架情况,对区域内所有网络资源进行统一科学的管理。然而,在固定资产管理方面公司仍在沿... 随着有线电视网络规模的不断扩大,广电运营商投资建设了智慧广电资源云管系统,该系统可以通过机房平面图、机柜立面图等形式直观地反映机房资源的上架情况,对区域内所有网络资源进行统一科学的管理。然而,在固定资产管理方面公司仍在沿用物资系统,两个系统在管理范围上既有所重叠,又互相独立,存在重复劳动和信息不同步的问题,因此有必要将二者的资源信息关联起来。本文从资产编码、规格型号以及存放地点三个方向对机房固定资产匹配的可行性进行探讨,然后给出了最合理的实现方式,做到资产的统一管理,从而大幅提升机房管理的工作效率。 展开更多

The financial crisis has deeply affected Eastern European countries since the end of 2008. The global economic crisis put an end to a period when the region witnessed solid economic growth, high inflows of foreign investment and a dynamic real estate sector, which was one of the main drivers of the region's economic growth (Abelson, Kaemar, & Jackofsky, 1990). The Eastern European real estate market was deeply impacted by the crisis. Investment in real estate dropped sharply due to the significant increase in risks and difficulties in financial borrowing (Bruce, 1991). Rising unemployment affected retail sales, as well as office net absorption. Take-up fell significantly in all markets: Transactions were of smaller size and demand for buildings decreased. On the supply side, vacancy increased sharply due to the high level of completions entering the market (Smith, 1992). The strong rise in vacancy rates has put pressure on rents, which dropped sharply in 2008 and in early 2009. They started to stabilize only by the end of 2009. How will the Romanian real estate market evolve? No one knows for certain. Through this work we try to get some predictions based on statistical theory and not on the lessons learned from other crises. 展开更多
