基于自然正交补的冗余驱动并联机构动力学建模 被引量:4

为了解决并联机构引入冗余驱动造成驱动力求解不唯一,可能引起内力对抗的问题,对冗余驱动并联机构的动力学建模和驱动力优化进行了研究。首先,以3RRR冗余驱动并联机构为例,基于闭环矢量法确定了机构的位移、速度关系;然后,为克服牛顿-... 为了解决并联机构引入冗余驱动造成驱动力求解不唯一,可能引起内力对抗的问题,对冗余驱动并联机构的动力学建模和驱动力优化进行了研究。首先,以3RRR冗余驱动并联机构为例,基于闭环矢量法确定了机构的位移、速度关系;然后,为克服牛顿-欧拉法方程多、计算量大,以及欧拉-拉格朗日法计算量大、实时性差的问题,基于螺旋理论,提出了应用自然正交补方法建立机构的动力学模型,推导了机构的逆动力学方程;最后,采用无穷大范数法,以最小化最大驱动力为目标优化驱动力,并通过圆轨迹跟踪对其进行了仿真。研究结果表明:应用自然正交补方法建立冗余驱动并联机构的模型,采用最小化最大驱动力优化,将最大驱动器功率由1.5 Nm降低到1.2 Nm,驱动器功率降低了20%;该方法具有形式简洁、系统高效、中间变量少的优点,对冗余驱动机构的建模和后续控制律开发具有较大的参考价值。 展开更多

针对6个转动关节(6R)关节式机器人奇异构型的问题,采用代数理论法对机器人处于奇异位形时末端执行器的可行运动及其方向进行了研究。首先,以IRB 4600—40/2.55型工业机器人为研究对象,采用连杆速度递推法,构建了以腕部为参考点的机器人... 针对6个转动关节(6R)关节式机器人奇异构型的问题,采用代数理论法对机器人处于奇异位形时末端执行器的可行运动及其方向进行了研究。首先,以IRB 4600—40/2.55型工业机器人为研究对象,采用连杆速度递推法,构建了以腕部为参考点的机器人物体雅可比矩阵,经过求解得到了机器人全部奇异构型;然后,对机器人奇异构型的几何性质进行了分析,得到了含转动和移动关节的6自由度(6-DOF)开链机器人在2个转动副共轴、3个平面转动副轴线平行、4个转动副轴线共点时产生的运动学奇异;最后,基于可操作度椭球提出了机器人灵活度指标,运用MATLAB中的Robotics工具箱对机器人灵活度指标进行了可视化仿真分析。研究结果表明:仿真结果与理论结果一致,6R关节机器人存在3种奇异构型,以及3种奇异情况之间的组合奇异构型;该结果验证了机器人灵活性指标的合理性及前期奇异构型求解的正确性,可为后续对奇异构型的规避及其路径规划研究提供理论依据。 展开更多

The analytical formulations of the velocity and the acceleration of a 2-DOF spherical parallel mechanism are derived by the screw theory. Based on building its dynamics model by the principle of virtual work and reciprocal product of the screw, the equation of the motor moment is obtained. Through the transformation of dynamics model, the configuration space method of the dynamics equation and the corresponding coefficients are presented. Finally, the result of an example shows that the inertia moment and the gravity play a more important role than the coriolis and centrifugal moment, and the former is ten times of the latter in the magnitude. So, the latter can be neglected only when the velocity of mechanism is very slow. 展开更多

考虑轧辊弯曲挠度以及轴承座与机架侧面之间的间隙两个微尺度参量对于辊系机构静定性的影响,采用机构学杆系自由度分析和综合理论以及陀螺效应力学理论分析当代轧机的辊系结构,提出轧机辊系结构存在超静定性和静不定性。针对轧机辊系结... 考虑轧辊弯曲挠度以及轴承座与机架侧面之间的间隙两个微尺度参量对于辊系机构静定性的影响,采用机构学杆系自由度分析和综合理论以及陀螺效应力学理论分析当代轧机的辊系结构,提出轧机辊系结构存在超静定性和静不定性。针对轧机辊系结构的超静定问题,通过增加机构自由度而创制空间自位高刚度轧机、空间自位万能高刚度轧机;对2200铝箔四辊轧机止推滚动轴承烧损问题的研究发现,轧机因陀螺效应而引起动态交叉行为导致其辊系静不定结构问题,通过增加千斤顶机构而创制600半静定性四辊轧机、静定性六辊轧机和封闭式稳定型钢轧机。在获得轧机滚动轴承延寿的重大成果后,欲彻底解决轧机两端支反力不等及镰刀弯弊端、工作辊夹住板带横向移动现象、一流六辊轧机中间辊止推滚动轴承损坏、轧机颤振以及普遍不能达标负荷状态生产的现状及无法实施大压下率轧制工艺等十几项轧机弊端,并证明当代轧机是非一流装备,从小、中型轧机改造实践中创新的微尺度静定性轧机急需应用于中厚板等大型轧机的设计。 展开更多

The principle of an automatic piecing device is presented, and the mathematic model of a specific combined mechanism of the automatic piecing device is analysed. The kinematics and dynamics equation of the combined mechanism is established on the basis of the mathematic model. By the virtual prototype technology, the motion of this mechanism is simulated, whose result is post-processed by ADAMS. To improve the output motion, according to the simulation output and automatic piecing device's practical working condition, the optimisation of the cam mechanism is carried out by finite difference method. The simulation result of this combined mechanism turns out in accordance with its theoretical analysis of virtual prototype in this research, which, therefore, lays a principle basis for the further study of automatic piecing device. 展开更多

After building a dynamic evolutionary game model, the essay studies the stability of the equilibrium in the game between the commercial banks and the closed-loop supply chain(CLSC) enterprises. By design of systematic mechanism based on system dynamics theory, capital chains of independent small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) on CLSC are organically linked together. Moreover, a comparative simulation is studied for the previous independent and post-design dependent systems. The study shows that with business expanding and market risk growing, the independent finance chains of SMEs on CLSC often take on a certain vulnerability, while the SMEs closed-loop supply chain finance system itself is with a strong rigidity and concerto. 展开更多
