有效利用计算机建立机械工装分类代码系统

智能型机械化工装配套施工技术在高速铁路隧道的应用

高速铁路隧道施工因其建设标准高、工艺指标严、工序搭接紧、配套作业难及国内劳动力老龄化趋势严重等特点,劳动力密集施工转向机械化施工已基本成型,机械化配套施工的成熟工艺技术向智能化施工趋势已初步呈现,传统的机械化工装进行智... 高速铁路隧道施工因其建设标准高、工艺指标严、工序搭接紧、配套作业难及国内劳动力老龄化趋势严重等特点,劳动力密集施工转向机械化施工已基本成型,机械化配套施工的成熟工艺技术向智能化施工趋势已初步呈现,传统的机械化工装进行智能改造并搭载智能化控制平台,机械操作与平台控制深度融合,形成作业线前端与控制平台后端有效联动,以促进循环施工及高效生产。隧道智能型机械化工装的配套施工主要以钻爆开挖、衬砌浇筑为着力点,形成钻爆开挖线、衬砌作业线的成套工装,配套智能型全电脑三臂凿岩台车、智能双臂湿喷台车、多功能拱架安装台车、自行布料液压仰拱栈桥、智能防水板钢筋台车、智能信息化衬砌台车、智能衬砌养护台车等大型机械化设备,实现隧道施工智能化作业。此篇就隧道智能型机械化工装配套在高速铁路隧道施工中的应用展开了论述。 展开更多

铣床微机自动分度机械夹紧工装改造

我厂离合爪加工原在X6130铣床上采用自制的销孔分度工装,以工件内孔和端面定位,靠手动分度夹紧,要经过5次分度、6刀切削才能加工完毕。操作繁琐,劳动强度大,工装准备周期长,通用性差,效率低。为改变这种落后的状况,减轻工人劳动强度,我... 我厂离合爪加工原在X6130铣床上采用自制的销孔分度工装,以工件内孔和端面定位,靠手动分度夹紧,要经过5次分度、6刀切削才能加工完毕。操作繁琐,劳动强度大,工装准备周期长,通用性差,效率低。为改变这种落后的状况,减轻工人劳动强度,我们进行了微机自动分度机械夹紧工装改造,收到良好的效果。 离合爪加工的刀具为外径φ100mm、宽14mm的三面刃铣刀,为消除工作台进给丝杠副的传动间隙,采用逆铣法加工。刀具调整到一边侧刃与工件轴线对齐,见图1。调整升降台,使工件一次切到爪的深度。其加工的各道工步如图1所示。 展开更多

用传感器对滑坡实施监测是一种有效的监测预警手段,但由于受一些因素的限制,在实验室进行滑坡监测技术有效性的研究方面仍有一定的难度。本文以振弦式传感器为例,提出了传感器辅助机械工装以完成传感器在实验室实现滑坡监测数据模拟采... 用传感器对滑坡实施监测是一种有效的监测预警手段,但由于受一些因素的限制,在实验室进行滑坡监测技术有效性的研究方面仍有一定的难度。本文以振弦式传感器为例,提出了传感器辅助机械工装以完成传感器在实验室实现滑坡监测数据模拟采集的设计思路,并通过对模拟数据进行多次测量演算了传感器及其辅助装置的可靠性。同时,为便于对监测数据进行及时有效的管理和分析,还采用VC++语言所编制的管理程序对获取的监测数据实施有效的管理和分析。结果表明,对给定信号的监测效果好,响应快,误差小,能较好地模拟滑坡现场监测。 展开更多

The Development of Dynamic Compliant Wrist for Robots

Based on an analysis of the relative shaft-to-hole position and attiude errors, as well as of the mechanics and Kinematics in the process of automatic assembly of industrial robots, the paper studies the principle of construction of dynamic wrists. Type I-3 and Ⅱ-6 dynamic compliant wrists have been designed and made. Prblems in the production of compliant elements and the connection between compliant elements and wrists were also solved. A study on the results of tests of the function of two kinds of dynamic compliant wrists shows that the dynamic compliant wrist's compliancy function can be improved by adding metallic materials having higher longitudinal and transverse rigidity into the softer elstomer. And the design Principle is proved to be feasible and practicable. It can be expected that the use of dynamic compliant wrist will greatly lower the technical requirements of the shaft-hole assembly and the requirements in the resetting accuracy. 展开更多

A pin-on-disk tribometer was used, in a comparative test to observe the tribological behavior of the swine femoral bone against UHMWPE with dry friction, physiological water and human plasma lubrication. The wear mechanisms of swine bones and UHMWPE were investigated by SEM. The experimental results of these wear tests demon- strated that both the friction coefficient and wear rate of UHMWPE were the lowest when human plasma lubrication was used. The wear mechanism of the compact bone was mainly fatigue wear with dry friction, corrosive wear under physiological water lubrication and abrasive wear with human plasma lubrication. For UHMWPE, the wear mecha- nism was adhesive wear and plastic deformation with dry friction, serious ploughing and fatigue fracture wear under physiological water lubrication, fine ploughing and plastic deformation with human plasma lubrication. An analysis of nitrogen elements on the wear surface of UHMWPE indicated that the content of nitrogen in worn areas was 16 times higher than that in unworn areas, which proved that serum protein deposition occurred on worn areas. 展开更多
