某核电凝汽器热井内过滤模块改造分析

针对某核电现场安装的凝汽器热井内过滤模块仅存在磁性过滤模块、无机械滤网模块的缺陷,在全面分析了该缺陷带来后果的基础上,提出了多种改进方案。在分析各改进方案适用性的基础上,结合现场实际,确定了该过滤模块的改造方案,即增加1 m... 针对某核电现场安装的凝汽器热井内过滤模块仅存在磁性过滤模块、无机械滤网模块的缺陷,在全面分析了该缺陷带来后果的基础上,提出了多种改进方案。在分析各改进方案适用性的基础上,结合现场实际,确定了该过滤模块的改造方案,即增加1 mm的机械滤网的复合过滤模块,并采取沿热井全长布置的方式;在热井内疏水口过滤功能增加的改造方案中,采用了增加机械过滤罩的方案,并通过分析对后续机组的方案优化提供了建议。研究结果表明,通过上述改造可以彻底解决该核电凝汽器热井内过滤模块无机械滤网模块的缺陷,保障了机组调试及正常运行过程中凝结水的水质及凝结水泵的运行安全。 展开更多

According to the theory of ventilation network, a model for a filtration flow field in goaf was built and simulation soft- ware for determining the three zones in goaf has been developed. This software uses no-gap-connection between Visual Basic (VB) and Excel to exchange data, uses Component Object Model (COM) component of MATLAB to plot charts of the three zones and to export the corresponding coordinates of the isolines. An example shows that this software is convenient and simple. By using it, the three zones can be easily determined. The software is convenient in studies and analyses of the three zones in goaf. 展开更多

目的探讨机械通气联合血液滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法选定本院在2015年6月—2018年12月接治的154例重症急性胰腺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组77例(机械通气联合血... 目的探讨机械通气联合血液滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法选定本院在2015年6月—2018年12月接治的154例重症急性胰腺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组77例(机械通气联合血液滤过)与对照组77例(机械通气),比较两组患者的效果指标。结果观察组治疗后在住ICU时长、总机械通气时长、有创通气时长、病死率、VAP发生率、收缩压、HR及RR指标上均低于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论机械通气联合血液滤过方法可有效改善重症急性胰腺炎并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者预后,有效缩短患者ICU住院时间及机械通气时间,降低患者病死率,效果显著。 展开更多

The effects of operating parameters including flue gas temperature, feeding rate of activated carbon, polychlorinated dibenzodioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDDs/Fs) concentration at the inlet of the air pollution control device (APCD), filter materials, pressure drop on PCDDs/Fs removal efficiency are reviewed and commented upon in this paper. Evaluation on the various mechanistic models for entrained flow adsorption is carried out based on the computational simulation in terms of the actual operating condition and theoretical analysis. The mechanical dewatering of activated sludge is troublesome due to its high compressibility of solids. The dewatering can be enhanced dramatically by the use of electroosmosis,in which an electric field is applied to the sludge cake.In this study,the influence of filter cloth on the cathode on the dewatering of activated sludge was investigated.It was found that thicker filter cloth led to lower water removal from the sludge cake,so a stainless steel cathode net with small pore size instead of filter cloth was applied,which improves the dewatering efficiency and reduces the electric power consumption.Moreover,water absorbent materials were helpful to remove the water from the sludge cake.For the electroosmotic dewatering at 7 kPa and 24 V·cm-1,the water content in the sludge cake decreased to 60%(by mass) with the average 0.075 kW·h·kg-1of water removed by using the cathode net. 展开更多

The vibration signals of rolling element bearing are produced by a combination of periodic and random processes due to the machine’s rotation cycle and interaction with the real world. The combination of such components can give rise to signals, which have periodically time-varying ensemble statistical and are best considered as cyclostationary. When the early fault occurs, the background noise is very heavy, it is difficult to disclose the latent periodic components successfully using cyclostationary analysis alone. In this paper the degree of cyclostationarity is combined with wavelet filtering for detection of rolling element bearing early faults. Using the proposed entropy minimization rule. The parameters of the wavelet filter are optimized. This method is shown to be effective in detecting rolling element bearing early fault when cyclostationary analysis by itself fails. 展开更多
