数控PLC技术在机械转轴焊接中的有效应用

机械旋转轴类件的油封结构参数对油封性能的影响分析

油封结构设计的合理性对于油封综合性能有着较大影响。文章利用ABAQUS软件建立油封的有限元分析模型,采用有限元方法对油封在静态和动态下的密封性能进行模拟,探讨油封结构参数对曲轴油封的性能的影响,进而为结构设计提出理论基础。结... 油封结构设计的合理性对于油封综合性能有着较大影响。文章利用ABAQUS软件建立油封的有限元分析模型,采用有限元方法对油封在静态和动态下的密封性能进行模拟,探讨油封结构参数对曲轴油封的性能的影响,进而为结构设计提出理论基础。结果表明,在所分析的油封结构参数范围内,曲轴油封唇口两侧的接触压力呈不对称分布,随着油侧唇角、过盈量和理论接触宽度R值的增大,曲轴油封的最大接触压力呈现减小趋势;随着气侧唇角、弹簧劲度系数和腰厚的增大,曲轴油封的最大接触压力呈现增大趋势;随着过盈量、弹簧劲度系数和腰厚的增大,曲轴油封的单位周长径向力呈现增大趋势。建议安装过盈量δ为0.78 mm,油封腰厚为0.09 mm左右的油封,可缓解油封唇口磨损,弹簧的劲度系数为0.869 N/mm左右具有良好的密封性能;气侧唇角β为30°左右可延长油封使用寿命。 展开更多

In order to solve the deformation of the hydrostatic thrust bearing with multi-pad annular recess in the heavy computer numerical control ( CNC ) equipment, the simulation concerning pressure feld of hydrostatic thrust bearing with multi-pad annular recesses was carded out. The finite volume method of computational fluid dynamics ( CFD ) was used to compute the three-dlmensional pressure field of gap fluid between the rotary worktable and the base. The influence of the rotational speed on the bearing pressure performance was studied based on CFD and lubrication theory, and the method revealed the pressure distribution law. The results qualitatively agree well with the experimental data. The results indicate that the oil cavity pressure decreases gradually with rotational speed enhancing. The reliability of a hydrostatic thrust bearing with malti-pad annular recess can be predicted through this method, and the optimal design of such products can be achieved, and the numerical simulation method can provide reasonable data for design, lubrication, experiment, and deformation computation of hydrostatic thrust bearing in the heavy CNC equipment. 展开更多

Rotary tables are equipments in precision machinery applied in five-axis Machine Tools and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), offering rotational (C-axis) and tilting motion (A-axis), allowing the obtaining of several configurations for manufacturing or inspection of parts with complex geometries. The demand for high accuracy, high efficiency and fewer errors in the positioning of the part in precision machines increases every day, thus ensuring their high confidence and the use of aerostatic bearings enable constructive innovations to the equipment. In this context, this work presents the mechanical design, the development and error analysis of a prototype of an aerostatic rotary table. This study emphasizes the analysis of a prototype that uses the air as a working principle for reducing friction between moving parts, increasing the mechanical efficiency, and its influence of motion error is also discussed based on the experimental results. For the geometrical errors analysis, experimental tests were realized in laboratory using a DBB (Double Ballbar). The tests are performed with only one axis moving, observing the behavior of the system for different feedrate at the C-axis. 展开更多
