针对煤粉燃烧高温还原区喷氨脱硝技术计算模型的欠缺,优选了NO还原反应过程的机理文件,通过与配气实验结果的比较,认为Urea2000机理能够获得对NO较好的预测。将Urea2000与煤燃烧机理合并,生成新的Urea+coal机理。以1台一维炉为研究对象... 针对煤粉燃烧高温还原区喷氨脱硝技术计算模型的欠缺,优选了NO还原反应过程的机理文件,通过与配气实验结果的比较,认为Urea2000机理能够获得对NO较好的预测。将Urea2000与煤燃烧机理合并,生成新的Urea+coal机理。以1台一维炉为研究对象,利用CFD和energico软件生成化学动力学分析的psr网络。将Urea+coal机理文件与该psr分析网络相结合,完成一维炉内煤粉燃烧过程的机理分析。以CO、NO摩尔分数为判定指标,对机理文件进行简化,得到包含29种物质、171个反应的简化机理。将简化机理与CFD软件耦合,完成煤粉一维炉燃烧过程的模拟。将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,二者吻合较好,NO摩尔分数偏差在10%以内。Urea+coal的简化机理与CFD软件相结合得到的计算模型,可以满足对煤粉燃烧高温还原区喷氨脱硝技术进行性能预测的要求。 展开更多
