机电供电系统是煤矿生产业中不可或缺的重要部分,其能效水平直接关系到生产效益和资源可持续利用效率。研究旨在深入分析机电供电系统的能效监测与评估技术,进而实现系统的高效运行,保障煤矿能源资源的可持续利用。通过分析机电系统能... 机电供电系统是煤矿生产业中不可或缺的重要部分,其能效水平直接关系到生产效益和资源可持续利用效率。研究旨在深入分析机电供电系统的能效监测与评估技术,进而实现系统的高效运行,保障煤矿能源资源的可持续利用。通过分析机电系统能效监测系统的组成、传感器的作用、数据采集与处理等内容,构建对应能效监测模型。结合具体的数据值,开展了详尽的评估与分析,明确系统中关键参数的影响因素。在本研究基础上,提出了一系列提升机电供电系统能效的策略与措施,主要包含有设备更新、系统调整、技术创新等方面的建议。基于以上研究,能够为机电供电系统的管理与运维提供科学依据,促进机电供电系统中的能效监测朝着更为高效、可持续的方向发展。 展开更多

As a matured technique used in many fields,the distributed computer system is still a new management method for the aeronautical electrical power distribution system in our country. In this paper, a novel aircraft electrical power distribution system based on the distributed computer system is proposed. The principles, features and structure of the aircraft electrical power distribution system and the distributed computer system named electrical load management system (ELMS) are studied. The ELMS composed of four electrical load management centers (ELMCs) and two power source processors (PSPs) operates in the 1553B buses. Principles of the ELMCs and the PSPs are introduced. With the application of the distributed computer system, the aircraft electrical power distribution system is simple, adaptable and flexible. 展开更多

Self-powered systems by nanogenerators and smart MEMS by piezotronics

Developing wireless nanodevices and nanosystems is of critical importance for sensing, medical science, environmental/infrastructure monitoring, defense technology and even personal electronics. It is highly desirable for wireless devices to be self-powered without using battery, without which most of the sensor network may be impossible. The pie- zoelectric nanogenerators have the potential to serve as self-sufficient power sources for micro/nano systems. For wurtzite structures that have non-central symmetry, such as ZnO, GaN and InN, a piezoelectric potential (piezopotential) is created in the crystal by applying a strain. The nanogenerator is invented by using the piezopotential as the driving force for electrons to flow in respond to a dynamic straining of piezoelectric nanowires. A gentle straining can produce an output voltage of up to 20 - 50 V from an integrated nanogenerator. Furthermore, piezopotential in the wurtzite structure can serve as gate voltage that can effectively tune/control the charge transport across an interface/junction; electronics fabricated based on such a mechanism is coined as piezotronics, with applications in force/pressure triggercd/controlled electronic devices, sensors, logic units and memory. By using the piezotronic effect, it is showed that the optoelectronic devices fabricated using wurtzite materials can have superior performance as solar cell, photon detector and light emitting diode. Piezotronie is likely to serve as "mechanosensation" for directly interfacing biomechanieal action with silicon based technology and active flexible electronics. The paper gives a brief review about the basis of nanogenertors and piezotronics and their potential applications in smart MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems). 展开更多

The paper presents physical and mathematical models of kinetic system, drive system (electric and combustion traction motors), and also wheel and rails traction vehicle supply system (car, special vehicle, modern tram vehicle). Selected predictive and quasi dynamic control system algorithms of traction vehicle are presented in the paper. For selected constructions of traction vehicle drive system are presented in simulation models and are results of calculations of different exploitations work state of wheel vehicle with hybrid drive system. Results of computer calculations are verified with laboratory measurement and suitable corrections coefficient to simulations models of vehicles is introduced. 展开更多
