装配式建筑工艺,如今成为建筑业的发展主流。在此过程中,机电管线预制及安装技术的重要性不可忽视。本文阐述了装配式建筑中的机电管线预制和安装的技术步骤和主要技术。利用应用数字化设计与制造技术(例如BIM技术),对管线系统进行预制... 装配式建筑工艺,如今成为建筑业的发展主流。在此过程中,机电管线预制及安装技术的重要性不可忽视。本文阐述了装配式建筑中的机电管线预制和安装的技术步骤和主要技术。利用应用数字化设计与制造技术(例如BIM技术),对管线系统进行预制设计、制作,在工厂内部组装成预制管线,然后在建筑工地进行组装安装。装配式建筑预制安装技术,将在提升机电管线安装精度的同时,也能遏制工地噪声和尘土污染,尤其符合环保要求。此外,预制安装技术还能提高工作效率,减少人工成本。本文最后分析了装配式建筑中机电管线预制及安装技术的应用面临的一些挑战和解决方案。总结来说,机电管线的预制及安装技术的应用为装配式建筑的施工提供了新的思路和方法,也有助于推动建筑业的可持续发展。 展开更多

Aiming at the control problem of strongly nonlinear and coupled permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)oil rig,this paper presents a predictive control method based on dynamic matrix model.In this method,the dynamic matrix algorithm using multistep prediction technique is applied to the speed loop control of the motor vector control.And its control effect is compared with the traditional proportional integral(PI)control of the motor.By comparing the initial dynamic response and the steady-state recovery under load interference of the two methods,it is shown that the dynamic response and the robustness of the motor controlled by the new method is better than that controlled by conventional PI method.And the feasibility of new control in the application of PMSM oil rig is verified. 展开更多

For a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)model predictive current control(MPCC)system,when the speed loop adopts proportional-integral(PI)control,speed regulation is easily affected by motor parameters,resulting in the inability to balance the system robustness and dynamic performance.A PMSM optimal control strategy combining linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)and two-vector MPCC(TV-MPCC)is proposed.Firstly,a mathematical model of a PMSM is presented,and the PMSM TV-MPCC model is developed in the synchronous rotation coordinate system.Secondly,a first-order LADRC controller composed of a linear extended state observer and linear state error feedback is designed to reduce the complexity of parameter tuning while linearly simplifying the traditional active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)structure.Finally,the conventional PI speed regulator in the motor speed control system is replaced by the designed LADRC controller.The simulation results show that the speed control system using LADRC can effectively deal with the changes in motor parameters and has better robustness and dynamic performance than PI control and similar methods.The system has a fast motor speed response,small overshoot,strong anti-interference,and no steady-state error,and the total harmonic distortion is reduced. 展开更多

Considering the actual demand for high-speed operation of induction motors in industrial occasions,the characteristics of induction motors in different regions are analyzed,especially the field weakening characteristics of induction motors in high-speed operation are studied.A field weakening control method of induction motor based on model predictive control(MPC)algorithm is proposed,which can predict the future state of the controlled object,and then obtain the optimal control variables by colling optimization.The simulation results show that the field-weakening control method based on MPC algorithm has faster response speed,stronger robustness and better control performance than the traditional control methods. 展开更多

How to reduce the energy consumption powered mainly by battery to prolong the standby time is one of the crucial issues for IEEE 802.16e wireless MANs.By predicting the next downlink inter-packet arrival time,three traffic-prediction-assisted power saving mechanisms based on P-PSCI,i.e.,PSCI-PFD,PSCI-ED and PSCI-LD,were proposed.In addition,the corresponding adjustment strategies for P-PSCI were also presented when there were uplink packets to be transmitted during sleep mode.Simulation results reveal that compared with the sleep mode algorithm recommended by IEEE 802.16e,the proposed mechanism P-PSCI can improve both energy efficiency and packet delay for IEEE 802.16e due to the consideration of the traffic characteristics and rate changes.Moreover,the results also demonstrate that PSCI-PFD (a=-2) significantly outperforms PSCI-ED,PSCI-LD,and the standard sleep mode in IEEE 802.16e is in terms of energy efficiency and packet delay. 展开更多

A novel fault ride-through strategy for wind turbines,based on permanent magnet synchronous generator,has been proposed.The proposed strategy analytically formulates the reference current signals,disregarding grid fault type and utilizes the whole system capacity to inject the reactive current required by grid codes and deliver maximum possible active power to support grid frequency and avoid generation loss.All this has been reached by taking the grid-side converter’s phase current limit into account.The strategy is compatible with different countries’grid codes and prevents pulsating active power injection,in an unbalanced grid condition.Model predictive current controller is applied to handling rapid transients.During faults,the energy storage system maintains DC-link voltage,which causes voltage fluctuations to be eliminated,significantly.A fault ride-through strategy was proposed for PMSG-based wind turbines,neglecting fault characteristics,second,reaching maximum possible grid support in faulty grid conditions,while avoiding over-current and third,considerable reduction in energy storage system size and power rating.Inspiring simulations have been carried out through MATLAB/SIMULINK to validate the feasibility and competency of the proposed fault ride-through method and efficiency of the entire control system. 展开更多
