Taking Jiaozhou Bay for example, this paper showed the process of both the variation of phytoplankton growth and the change of its assemblage structure, unveiled the mechanism of nutrient silicon and water temperature influencing the variation of phytoplankton growth and the change of its assemblage structure, and determined that nutrient silicon and water temperature were the motive power for the healthy running of the marine ecosystem.展开更多

We evaluated the environmental conditions and phytoplankton community structur...A severe Cochlodinium geminatum red tide (>300 km2) was observed in the Zhujiang (Pearl) River estuary, South China Sea in autumn 2009. We evaluated the environmental conditions and phytoplankton community structure during the outbreak. The red tide water mass had significantly higher dissolved inorganic phosphate (DIP), ammonia, and temperature, but significantly lower nitrite, nitrate, dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), and DIN/DIP relative to the non-red-tide zones. The phytoplankton assemblage was dominated by dinoflagellates and diatoms during the red tide. C. geminatum was the most abundant species, with a peak density of 4.13×107 cell/L, accounting for >65% of the total phytoplankton density. The DIN/DIP ratio was the most important predictor of species, accounting for 12.45% of the total variation in the phytoplankton community. Heavy phosphorus loading, low precipitation, and severe saline intrusion were likely responsible for the bloom of C. geminatum.展开更多

Forward and inverse kinematic analysis is carried out by robot modeling. In order to make this robot structure more compact,first of all,X,Y and Z three moving degrees of freedom( DOF) limit stroke polishing need is calculated by using an artificial fish swarm algorithm,which analyzes dexterous workspace of this robot. Then,on the basis of the above analysis,the three DOF stroke is optimized. Simulation and polishing experimental results verify that this polishing robot with optimized stroke parameters can meet the polishing needs of faucets and other bathroom pieces.展开更多

NET that use web service to: (1) locate and harness volunteer computing resources for different applications, and (2) support multi-models such as Master/Slave, Divide and Conquer, Phase Parallel and so forth parallel programming paradigms in Grid environment, (3) allocate data and balance load dynamically and transparently for grid computing application. The Grid Service Framework based on Microsoft. NET was used to implement several simple parallel computing applications. The results show that the proposed Group Service Framework is suitable for generic parallel numerical computing.展开更多

There are at least four major aspec...Efforts to preserve the cultural heritage are manifestation to represent the work of the ancestors of the past so that people can now take advantage of in accordance with destining. There are at least four major aspects of a cultural heritage can be appreciated to the public, as art, as an economic resource (for tourism and improve the welfare of the people in the region), as a source of information as knowledge and social fulfillment. This study aims to determine: (1) acceleration factors in the improvement of social welfare Sangiran; and (2) modernization of infrastructure and the role of maximum revenue acceleration in accelerating improvements in public welfare in the Sangiran with the integrated approach of the factors increasing human development, community empowerment, provision of credit banking and employment opportunities. This research is a survey of the Sangiran area using data collection methods of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study is people in the Sangiran region, Central Java. This study uses cluster sampling with sampling. Cluster sampling is a probability sampling extracted by certain groups with similar characteristics. In this study, samples were grouped according to the residence of respondents. The sample used in this study was 500 respondents. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study show that: (1) the factors of human development, community empowerment, access to bank credit and employment opportunities to accelerate the improvement of social welfare in the Sangiran area; and (2) the acceleration of the increase in welfare Sangiran region can be achieved by an integrated approach of the factors increasing human development, community empowerment, bank lending and increase employment opportunities through increased infrastructure modernization and maximum income.展开更多
