识才用人与超越伯乐

相传汉高祖刘邦在总结其战胜项羽的原因时,曾有一段精辟的论述,大意是:论出谋划策我不如张良,论带兵打仗我不如韩信,论安邦治国我不如萧何。这三个人都是人中之杰,但我能用他们。项羽也有个能人范曾却不能月用,所以我能战胜项羽。 刘邦善于识才,堪称伯乐。然而他更善于用人则超越了伯乐。伯乐因能识千里马而久为人们称道,但细想之,其相马之道可谓狭隘。千里马征战杀场大有用武之地,而普通作为牲口驯养的马也不乏“干才”,或善拉车,或善犁地,或善爬山等等。

Classification of Kantowski-Sachs and Bianchi Type Ⅲ Space-Times According to Their Killing Vector Fields in Teleparallel Theory of Gravitation

In this paper we classify Kantowski-Sachs and Bianchi type Ⅲ space-times according to their teleparallel Killing vector fields using direct integration technique. It turns out that the dimension of the telepaxallel Killing vector fields are 4 or 6, which are the same in numbers as in general relativity. In case of 4 the teleparallel Killing vector fields are multiple of the corresponding Killing vector fields in general relativity by some function of t. In the case of 6 Killing vector fields the metric functions become constants and the Killing vector fields in this case are exactly the same as in general relativity. Here we also discuss the Lie algebra in each case.
