采用高效液相色谱法测定杀螟丹中间体硫氰化物正、异构体的含量。本方法在80.5~402.5 mg·L-1进样范围内呈线性，相关系数为0.9997，变异系数为0.34%，标准偏差为0.07，测得回收率为99.85%。
