为解决板料体积成形工艺中因应力应变状态在不同区域的差异化分布易导致材料流动不合理而影响产品质量的问题,提出采用定制表面进行材料流动控制。分别对模具和坯料定制表面展开研究,通过在模具上设置微特征以及在坯料表面进行喷丸处理... 为解决板料体积成形工艺中因应力应变状态在不同区域的差异化分布易导致材料流动不合理而影响产品质量的问题,提出采用定制表面进行材料流动控制。分别对模具和坯料定制表面展开研究,通过在模具上设置微特征以及在坯料表面进行喷丸处理达到控制材料流动的目的。为分析定制表面控制材料流动的规律及机理,设置不同的微特征结构参数及喷丸工艺参数,基于凸台挤压测试探究了不同形貌的定制表面对材料流动的控制能力及其摩擦学性能。结果表明:喷丸能提高材料的表面粗糙度及表面硬度,从而导致材料流动阻力增大;模具微特征定制表面对材料流动的阻碍效果受到流动路径和模具储料能力的协同影响;对比两种定制表面,模具微特征对材料流动的阻碍作用比坯料喷丸更为显著。 展开更多

In order to achieve higher efficient cohesion match of procedure and equipment between ironmaking and steelmaking interface, the theory of multi-dimensional material flow control was applied to analyze torpedo ladle-iron ladle transportation process between blast furnace and basic oxygen furnace. Moreover, basic parameters of material flow were analyzed and optimized, such as time, temperature and material quantity. Based on operating principles of material flow, control methods were optimized, such as product organization mode, scheduling discipline and scheduling plan of hot metal ladle. Finally, the material flow control technology of ironmaking and steelmaking interface was integrated. Satisfactory effects are obtained after applying the technology in practice. The total turnover number of torpedo ladle decreases from 20 to 18, the hot metal temperature of 1# BF torpedo ladle decreases from 36 °C to 19.5 °C, the hot metal temperature of 2# BF torpedo ladle decreases from 36.6 °C to 19.8 °C, the temperature drop of desulfurization hot metal decreases by 4 °C, and the temperature drop of non-desulfurization hot metal decreases by 2.8 °C. Furthermore, the ironmaking and steelmaking interface system will realize high-efficiency control by using this control technology. 展开更多

Our civilization is facing an urgent need to include innovative, large-scale sources of energy and raw materials into its technological cycles. One potential source is magma, which now still inspires awe with its unpredictable power of volcanic eruptions. We propose a method of remote control of lava flow which is based on a special design of a pipe which is lowered into the crater of a volcano. The magma is raised with the help of a well-known method for raising liquids, the airlift. This article includes a detailed description of the structure of the disperser that we shall use to introduce gas into the magma, explains the possible ways to manage the flow of magma, and describes the results that can be achieved. There is potential for the establishment of a whole new industry that will produce cheap electricity, hydrogen, rare metals, fertilizers and innovative construction materials. 展开更多
