目的:掌握全市公众结核病防治5条核心信息知晓率水平,为今后制订结核病防治健康促进策略提供数据支撑。方法采用系统分层随机抽样方法,对全市3个县(市)9个乡镇/街道的4723名城乡居民,采取入户面对面询问方式进行问卷调查。结果调查对... 目的:掌握全市公众结核病防治5条核心信息知晓率水平,为今后制订结核病防治健康促进策略提供数据支撑。方法采用系统分层随机抽样方法,对全市3个县(市)9个乡镇/街道的4723名城乡居民,采取入户面对面询问方式进行问卷调查。结果调查对象5条核心信息总知晓率为68.3%,12岁~年龄组、小学及以下文化水平、家政、家务及待业的知晓率偏低;调查对象中5条核心信息全部知晓率为17.1%,“免费政策”的知晓率最低,为51.0%,通过别人了解核心信息的占53.3%,乐于通过电视了解信息的占40.7%。结论动员全社会参与、多部门合作,针对不同人群开展重点突出、效果明显的结核病防治健康促进活动,并及时对宣传效果进行总结与评价。 展开更多

案件罪名预测任务是基于文本数据去预测案件所属罪名.针对现有方法在相似罪名和长尾数据集上表现不佳的问题,提出了一种基于图注意力网络的案件罪名预测方法CP-GAT(charge prediction based on graph attention network).该方法首先使... 案件罪名预测任务是基于文本数据去预测案件所属罪名.针对现有方法在相似罪名和长尾数据集上表现不佳的问题,提出了一种基于图注意力网络的案件罪名预测方法CP-GAT(charge prediction based on graph attention network).该方法首先使用司法文书数据集中的案例事件描述文本和案例对应的法条信息建立异质图结构数据,构建后的异质图包含两种类型的节点(词节点、案例节点),两种类型的边(词节点与词节点相连的边,词节点与案例节点相连的边).在基于法律文本构建后的异质图上使用图注意力网络进行图特征提取,最后将得到的特征向量输入到罪名预测的分类器中,得到案例所属的罪名.在CAIL2018法律数据集上的实验结果表明,基于图注意力网络的罪名预测方法优于对比实验使用的方法,准确率和宏观F 1值分别达到了95.2%和66.1,验证了提出的方法有利于提升案件罪名预测任务的性能. 展开更多

The heart rate variability could be explained by a low-dimensional governing mechanism. There has been increasing interest in verifying and understanding the coupling between the respiration and the heart rate. In this paper we use the nonlinear detection method to detect the nonlinear deterministic component in the physiological time series by a single variable series and two variables series respectively, and use the conditional information entropy to analyze the correlation between the heart rate, the respiration and the blood oxygen concentration. The conclusions are that there is the nonlinear deterministic component in the heart rate data and respiration data, and the heart rate and the respiration are two variables originating from the same underlying dynamics. 展开更多

《个人信息保护法》第24条第1款规定自动化决策中禁止不合理差别待遇,确立了“合理差别待遇”的认定标准。然而,由于该认定标准自身过于抽象而不具有确定性,并且缺乏与其相适应的具体认定规则,导致其在司法实践中存在理解与适用上的困... 《个人信息保护法》第24条第1款规定自动化决策中禁止不合理差别待遇,确立了“合理差别待遇”的认定标准。然而,由于该认定标准自身过于抽象而不具有确定性,并且缺乏与其相适应的具体认定规则,导致其在司法实践中存在理解与适用上的困难。对此,可以考虑采取利益衡量的方法,从自动化决策信息输入、处理决策、结果输出环节出发,确定与各环节相关的利益衡量要素及其内涵,并以这些要素为基础认定各环节的合理性,最终共同作用于合理差别待遇的认定。在利益衡量方法的具体运用上,应以决策透明度、结果公平公正为判断标准,将各环节、要素与这些标准结合,查明各环节间的关系以及与认定结果之间的关系,并在此基础上将比例原则纳入利益衡量的考量机制,以此形成具有可行性的认定方法,提升合理差别待遇认定方法的明确性和可操作性。 展开更多

Common tools based on landmarks in medical image elastic registration are Thin Plate Spline (TPS) and Compact Support Radial Basis Function (CSRBF). TPS forces the corresponding landmarks to exactly match each other and minimizes the bending energy of the whole image. However, in real application, such scheme would deform the image globally when deformation is only local. CSRBF needs manually determine the support size, although its deformation is limited local. Therefore, to limit the effect of the deformation, new Compact Support Thin Plate Spline algorithm (CSTPS) is approached, analyzed and applied. Such new approach gains optimal mutual information, which shows its registration result satisfactory. The experiments also show it can apply in both local and global elastic registration. 展开更多

Color information plays a key role in the research fields of object recognition and image retrieval. However, the actual color varies by the conditions of illumination, especially the open natural daylight. Four different color constancy schemes are proposed in the paper to minimize the effects of open illumination conditions. (1) The color constancy scheme based on the image statistics is proposed, which includes the color cast detection and removal. (2) The color constancy scheme based on the color temperature curve is proposed, which combines Gaussian model with linear fitting to estimate color temperature curve. (3) The color constancy scheme based on the double exposure theory is proposed, which is able to reproduce a color image under typical illumination. (4) According to the concepts of supervised learning, the supervised color constancy scheme is proposed. The transformation of color values from unknown illumination to typical illumination is solved by improved Support Vector Regression (SVR). 展开更多

The representation method of heterogeneous material information is one of the key technologies of heterogeneous object modeling, but almost all the existing methods cannot represent non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) entity. According to the characteristics of NURBS, a novel data structure, named NURBS material data structure, is proposed, in which the geometrical coordinates, weights and material coordinates of NURBS heterogene- ous objects can be represented simultaneously. Based on this data structure, both direct representation method and inverse construction method of heterogeneous NURBS objects are introduced. In the direct representation method, three forms of NURBS heterogeneous objects are introduced by giving the geometry and material information of con- trol points, among which the homogeneous coordinates form is employed for its brevity and easy programming. In the inverse construction method, continuous heterogeneous curves and surfaces can he obtained by interpolating discrete points and curves with specified material information. Current literature shows that short sellers earn positive returns on their trades and that the superior performance of short sellers is due to their better analytic skills. In this paper, we investigate, if it is possible for a short seller to make profits even if he does not have insider information or is not sophisticated. We use a one period model and assume that stock price follows a random walk with a positive drift to show that the' expected return for an uninformed short seller is always negative and his risks are always greater than the risks of a stock buyer. Hence a short seller would not trade unless he has superior trading skills and/or information. We also show that the market conditions when the stock's dividend yield is greater than the risk free rate gives the shortsellers advantage over stock buyers. 展开更多

ECA rule is defined as: ON event IF condition THEN action, which means when an event happens, if the condition is satisfied then the corresponding action is executed. The nature of ECA rule makes it an appropriate means to model dynamic character of systems, as gained much studies during recent years. Traditional ECA rule is crisp, which means their events, condition (s) and action(s) are accurate. As indicate that ECA rules can only represent precise knowledge. But knowledge is usually fuzzy in engineering. A concept of fuzzy ECA rules characterized with fuzzy event, fuzzy condition and fuzzy action is proposed in this article.The realization avenues of fuzzy triggers are discussed. The work we have done blazes a way in representing approximate syntax in active database application systems. At last a case of 'overheating alarm' is given to illustrate the approach. 展开更多

Pyropia haitanensis(T.J.Chang et B.F.Zheng) N.Kikuchi et M.Miyata( Porphyra haitanensis) is an economically important genus that is cultured widely in China.P.haitanensis is cultured on a larger scale than Pyropia yezoensis,making up an important part of the total production of cultivated Pyropia in China.However,the majority of molecular mechanisms underlying the physiological processes of P.haitanensis remain unknown.P.haitanensis could utilize inorganic carbon and the sporophytes of P.haitanensis might possess a PCK-type C 4-like carbon-fixation pathway.To identify micro RNAs and their probable roles in sporophyte and gametophyte development,we constructed and sequenced small RNA libraries from sporophytes and gametophytes of P.haitanensis.Five micro RNAs were identified that shared no sequence homology with known micro RNAs.Our results indicated that P.haitanensis might posses a complex s RNA processing system in which the novel micro RNAs act as important regulators of the development of different generations of P.haitanensis. 展开更多

In Multiple-Input Multiple-Out (MIMO) systems, the user selection algorithm plays an important role in the realization of multiplexing gain. In this paper, an improved Semi-orthogonal User Selection algorithm based on condition number is proposed. Besides, a new MIMO pre- coding scheme is designed. The proposed SUS- CN (SUS with condition number) algorithm outperforms the SUS algorithm for the selection of users with better matrix inversion property, thus a higher information rate for selected user pair is achieved. The designed MIMO precoding matrix brings benefits of the power equality at transmitted terminals, the limited dynamic range of the power over time, and a better power efficiency. The simulation results give the key insights into the im- pact of the different condition number value and users on the sum-rate capacity. 展开更多

The difficulty of multiple targets tracking is how to quickly fulfill the target matching from one flame image to another and fix the position of the target. In order to accurately choose target feature information for reliable matching, simplify operations under the reliable precondition, and realize precise moving objects tracking, an approach based on Kalman prediction and feature matching was proposed. The position of the target in next frame image was predicted by Kalman, and then the moving objects of two adjacent frames were matched by the centroid and area methods. When occlusion occurs, the best matching result was found to realize tracking by matching matrix algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve multiple targets tracking accurately and in real-time under complicated motion movements. 展开更多

This publication presents an algorithm analyzing dynamic sensitive engineering structures. The measurements data which are analyzed were mostly obtained during test loading of given designs, but some examples are made also with simulated data. Data are decomposed in time and frequency domains. Hence, one is able to attain the rate of stress absorption of a given structure, in direct conjunction with the presented algorithm that is based upon the Hilbert transformation. Next, the information in stationary signals that represents a given structure before and after damage, is used to help determine the state of existing objects. Finally, the presented algorithm is capable of an in-depth analysis of new structures and monitoring existing ones, including those which are being exposed to continual use. 展开更多
