The changing relations between the ground-state energy of the bound polaron in the quantum well and the Coulomb bound potential, the electric field strength, and the well width are derived. The numerical results show that the ground-state energy increases with the increase of the electric field strength and the Coulomb bound potential and decreases as the well width increases.展开更多

Our numerical results show that the absolute value of the polaron's ground state energy increases as the electric field and the Coulomb bound potential increase, and decreases as the well-width and the magnetic field strength increase. The results show that the anodic layer on Pb-Ag-Nd alloy formed through pulse current polarization is more intact and presents fewer micro-holes than that formed through constant current polarization. This could be attributed to the low current density period, which works as a ‘recovery period'. During this period, the oxygen evolution reaction is less intense, which benefits the recovery of porous anodic layer. Pb-Ag-Nd anode also shows a lower anodic potential during pulse current polarization, which is in accordance with its smaller charge transfer resistance and smaller Tafel slope coefficient at high over-potential region. The lower anodic potential could be ascribed to the higher concentration of Pb O2 in the anodic layer, which promotes the formation of more reactive sites for the oxygen evolution reaction.展开更多

Hydrogen was introduced into the anode, participating in the anode reaction. Carbon and aluminum were used as the cathode and reference electrodes, respectively. Cyclic voltammetry was applied in the cell to investigate the electrochemical behavior of oxygen ion on platinum and SnO2-based materials. The potential for oxygen evolution on these electrode materials was determined. Then, galvanostatic electrolysis was performed on the gas anode, showing a significant depolarization effect (a decrease of ~0.8 V of the anode potential) after the introduction of hydrogen, compared with no gas introduction or the introduction of argon. The results indicate the involvement of hydrogen in the anode reaction (three-phase-boundary reaction including gas, electrolyte and electrode) and give the possibility for the utilization of reducing gas anodes for aluminum electrolysis.展开更多

The photocurrent and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements indicated that the as-prepared LPD TiO2/ITO film had an excellent photoelectrochemical performance, which showed a sensitive and rapid response to the UV irradiation. The photogenerated electron-hole pairs could be effectively separated by applying an external bias to the TiO2 film electrode. The LPD TiO2/ITO film was employed to study the photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) degradation of 4-aminoantipyrine. Compared with other techniques, the PEC technique based on such a LPD film electrode had a synergetic effect for 4-aminoantipyrine degradation. When the applied bias potential was+0.8 V and the supporting electrolyte concentration of Na2SO4 was 0.1 mol/L, the highest degradation efficiency within 120 min could reach 95%for 0.1 mmol/L 4-aminoantipyrine solution at pH 2.0.展开更多

The ideality factor n = 1.08 and effective Schottky barrier heightφ= 1.05eV of the SBDs were measured with the method of forward current density-voltage (J-V). A low reverse leakage current below 5.96 ×10^-3A/cm^2 at a bias voltage of - 1. 1kV was obtained. By using B^+ implantation,an amorphous layer as the edge termination was formed. We used the PECVD SiO2 as the field plate dielectric. The SBDs have an on-state current density of 430A/cm^2 at a forward voltage drop of about 4V. The specific on-resistance Ro, was found to be 6. 77mΩ2 · cm^2 .展开更多

It may be compensated for using a velocity perturbation method which decouples the diodic moveout into two parts: the base velocity and the velocity perturbation. Gas clouds are widely distributed in the Sanhu area in the Qaidam basin of northwest China which is rich in natural gas. A land 2D3C seismic dataset is analyzed from the Sanhu area and significant diodic effects are observed in the data which harm the C-wave imaging. The diodic correction is applied to this data and the resultant C-wave imaging and the details of the reservoir structure are significantly improved. The diodic moveout plays an important role in working out the residu~ shear wave statics and the association of diodie correction and shear wave residual statics computation is a key step of C-wave high fidelity imaging in the gas cloud area. Finally, the new process workflow with diodic moveout is given.展开更多

Most existing methods need to model and estimate the PA nonlinearity in order to reconstruct the SI,however the estimation error caused by the mismatch between the estimated PA model and the actual PA property still impacts the cancellation ability, especially when the transmit power is high. In this paper we propose a polarization oblique projection based self-interference cancellation method which does not need to estimate the PA nonlinearity coefficients. It exploits the polarization state information of the signals which is immune to the PA nonlinearity, and establishes an oblique projection operator to cancel the SI. Numerical results and analysis demonstrate that it can cancel the nonlinear SI effectively. Moreover the signal to interfere plus noise ratio(SINR) and the achievable sum rate do not deteriorate when the transmit power is high. Further, the upper bound of the achievable sum rate can be more than twice that of the half duplex.展开更多
