改良式经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术对BPH患者尿动力学、ET-1及VEGF-C水平的影响

目的 探索改良式经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者尿动力学、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)水平的影响。方法 选取我院2021年01月至2022年10月期间95例BPH患者作为研究对象,按照电切方法分... 目的 探索改良式经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者尿动力学、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)水平的影响。方法 选取我院2021年01月至2022年10月期间95例BPH患者作为研究对象,按照电切方法分为常规电切组和双极电切组。常规电切组47例给予经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP),双极电切组48例给予PKRP,对比两组患者手术相关指标,尿动力学指标,内皮功能及并发症。结果 双极电切组手术时长、术中出血量、住院时间水平低于常规电切组(P<0.05)。两组治疗3个月后残余尿量、逼尿肌压水平较治疗前降低,双极电切组低于常规电切组;最大尿流率、膀胱顺应性水平较治疗前升高,双极电切组高于常规电切组(P<0.05)。两组治疗3个月后PGE2、VEGF-C、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平较治疗前降低,双极电切组低于常规电切组(P<0.05)。经Fisher确切概率法检验,双极电切组并发症发生率4.17%(2/48)与常规电切组8.51%(4/47)经统计学分析无差异(双侧P=0.4353,P>0.05)。结论 PKRP可改善BPH患者尿动力学指标,调节手术相关指标,改善内皮功能,有良好的安全性。 展开更多

Diamond like carbon thin film is successfully deposited on silicon, titanium and stainless steel substrate at low temperature in a filtered vacuum arc deposition system. Arc discharges are established on a graphite cathode in the system with a toroidal macroparticle filter. A cathode activating magnetic field and a filtered magnetic field to collimate the plasma beam are applied. Ion current convected by the plasma beam is measured with a negatively biased probe. It is shown that the magnetic field of the coils located on the plasma duct has a strong influence on cathode spot behavior. Orthogonally the designed experiments are carried out to optimize the deposition parameters of arc stability. Finally, the diamond like carbon thin films are studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Raman spectrum. 展开更多

Diamond like carbon (DLC) films was grown successfully on silicon, titanium and high speed steel (HSS) substrate at low temperature in a filtered vacuum arc deposition system. Arc discharges were established on a graphite cathode in this home built system with a toridal macroparticles filter. Ion current convected by the plasma beam was measured with a negatively biased probe. It was shown that the magnetic field of the coils located on the plasma duct has a strong influence on ion current. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and Raman spectrum are used to study the DLC films. Tribological behaviors of the deposited film are also studied. 展开更多

The three-phase bridge inverter is used as the converter topology in the power controller for a 9 kW doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor. Compared with common three-phase bridge inverters, the proposed inverter works under more complicated conditions with different principles for special winding back EMFs, position signals of hall sensors, and the given mode of switches. The ideal steady driving principles of the inverter for the motor are given. The working state with asymmetric winding back EMFs, inaccurate position signals of hall sensors, and the changing input voltage is analyzed. Low dark count rates,negligible afterpulsing effects,good timing resolution and high quantum detection efficiency in all the visible range have been measured. The very good electro-optical performances of our photodiodes make them attractive for the fabrication of arrays with a large number of GMAP to be used both in the commercial and the scientific fields,as telecommunications and nuclear medical imaging. 展开更多

Polarized magnetic system has a series of features, such as small volume, light weight, low power consumption, high sensitivity, quick movement and so on, widely used in the products of the military aerospace electromagnetic relay. The typical polarized magnetic system has mainly four structures and its simplified equivalent magnetic circuits model is the base of the design of the electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet. In the past, the analysis method that people used was difficult to build the unified mathematical models, which divided the work gap magnetic flux into "permanent magnet flux" and "electromagnetic flux". Based on the analysis method of the work gap magnetic voltage, this paper founds the unified mathematical model of the polarized magnetic system and divides the attractive torque into permanent magnet torque, polarized torque and electromagnetic torque through the energy balance formula. It analyses the influence of permanent magnet sizes on permanent magnet torque, polarized torque and electromagnetic torque through the energy balance formula and the conclusions can direct the design of aerospace electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet. 展开更多

Developing effective and practical electrocatalyst under industrial electrolysis conditions is critical for renewable hydrogen production.Herein,we report the self-supporting NiFe LDH-MoS_(x) integrated electrode for water oxidation under normal alkaline test condition(1 M KOH at 25℃)and simulated industrial electrolysis conditions(5 M KOH at 65℃).Such optimized electrode exhibits excellent oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance with overpotential of 195 and 290 mV at current density of 100 and 400 mA·cm^(-2) under normal alkaline test condition.Notably,only over-potential of 156 and 201 mV were required to achieve the current density of 100 and 400mA·cm^(-2) under simulated industrial electrolysis conditions.No significant degradations were observed after long-term durability tests for both conditions.When using in two-electrode system,the operational voltages of 1.44 and 1.72 V were required to achieve a current density of 10 and 100 mA·cm^(-2) for the overall water splitting test(NiFe LDH-MoS_(x)/INF||20%Pt/C).Additionally,the operational voltage of employing NiFe LDH-MoS_(x)/INF as both cathode and anode merely require 1.52 V at 50mA·cm^(-2) at simulated industrial electrolysis conditions.Notably,a membrane electrode assembly(MEA)for anion exchange membrane water electrolysis(AEMWEs)using NiFe LDH-MoS_(x)/INF as an anode catalyst exhibited an energy conversion efficiency of 71.8%at current density of 400 mA·cm^(-2)in 1 M KOH at 60℃.Further experimental results reveal that sulfurized substrate not only improved the conductivity of NiFe LDH,but also regulated its electronic configurations and atomic composition,leading to the excellent activity.The easy-obtained and cost-effective integrated electrodes are expected to meet the large-scale application of industrial water electrolysis. 展开更多

While the conductive gel achieves the requirement in making a good contact between the electrodes and skin, several problems appear. A gel-free, non-contact electrode based on capacitive coupling theory was provided in this paper, which was integrated on the print circuit board (PCB).
