Based on the 65nm CMOS process,a novel parallel RLC coupling interconnect analytical model is presented synthetically considering parasitical capacitive and parasitical inductive effects. Applying function approximation and model order-reduction to the model, we derive a closed-form and time-domain waveform for the far-end crosstalk of a victim line under ramp input transition. For various interconnect coupling sizes, the proposed RLC coupling analytical model enables the estimation of the crosstalk voltage within 2.50% error compared with Hspice simulation in a 65nm CMOS process. This model can be used in computer-aided-design of nanometer SOCs. 展开更多

A model of monolithic transformers is presented, which is analyzed with characteristic functions. A closed- form analytical approach to extract all the model parameters for the equivalent circuit of Si-based on-chip transformers is proposed. A novel de-coupling technique is first developed to reduce the complexity in the Y parameters for the transformer, and the model parameters can then be extracted analytically by a set of characteristic functions. Simulation based on the extracted parameters has been carried out for transformers with different structures, and good accuracy is obtained compared to a 3-demensional full-wave numerical electro- magnetic field solver. The presented approach will be very useful to provide a scalable and wide-band compact circuit model for Si-based RF transformers. 展开更多

Type Ⅰ Ⅲ and Ⅴ collagens were extracted from bovine dermis and cornea by using pepsin treatment in acetic acid solution, followed by salt precipitation and dialysis, to purify and isolate each type of collagens. The preparation process was analyzed by using sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). A reducing agent, 2-mercaptoethanol, was used to remove disulfide bonds and analyze the structure of the bonds involved between α chains in some types of collagens. The use of delayed reducing methods resulted in the difference between α1 (Ⅲ) and α1 ( Ⅰ ) chains in a mixture containing type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagens. The structure of disulfide bonds among α chains exists potentially in type V collagen prepared from the pepsin-treatment extraction at 4 ℃, which differs from type Ⅲ collagen in relation to the locations of disulfide bonds. Compared with pepsin-treated collagen at 4 ℃, the relative molecular weights of α1 (V) and α2 (V) chains treated at room temperature decrease by 4.6% and 6.0%, respectively. It is concluded that type Ⅰ Ⅲ and Ⅴ collagens can be prepared from bovine dermis and cornea by the use of pepsin treatment, salt precipitation and dialysis. The interchain disulfide bonds lie potentially near the edges of termini of type V collagen molecules in extracellular matrix, and a small number of interchain crosslinks exist in type V collagen. 展开更多

Currently,the WLAN indoor positioning system attracts a lot of interests,not only because of the cheap implementation but also because of the high positioning accuracy comparing with other indoor positioning systems.The WLAN indoor positioning system contains two phases,which are offline phase and online phase.In the online phase,the WLAN equipment user(UE) has to access to the WLAN for the latest radio map and positioning software.Due to during the network allocation vector(NAV) duration,the WLAN channel is only reserved for one WLAN UE,others UEs' carrier accessing will be blocked.In addition,the blocked UE will make a retrial accessing,which will definitely introduce more traffic blocking to the WLAN.So In this paper,based on the analysis of the WLAN indoor positioning system architecture,a proper queuing model by using of the Extended Erlang B formula is proposed,which takes the retrial calling percentage into consideration in the proposed model.The simulation results show that the proposed method is more accurate and performs well to predict the blocking probability. 展开更多

We investigate the subsurface heat exchange process in EGS (enhanced geothermal systems) with a previously developed novel model. This model treats the porous heat reservoir as an equivalent porous medium of a single porosity. However, it considers local thermal non-equilibrium between solid rock matrix and fluid flowing in the factures and employs two energy conservation equations to describe heat transfer in the rock matrix and in the fractures, respectively, enabling the modeling and analyses of convective heat exchange in the heat reservoir. Another salient feature of this model is its capability of simulating the complete subsurface heat exchange process in EGS. The EGS subsurface geometry of interest physically consists of multiple domains: open channels for injection and production wells, the artificial heat reservoir, and the rocks enclosing the heat reservoir, while computationally we treat it as a single-domain of multiple sub-regions associated with different sets of characteristic properties (porosity and permeability, etc.). This circumvents typical difficulties about matching boundary conditions between sub-domains in traditional multi-domain approaches and facilitates numerical implementation and simulation of the complete subsurface heat exchange process. This model is used to perform a comprehensive parametric study with respect to an imaginary doublet EGS. Effects of several parameters, including the permeability of heat reservoir, heat exchange coefficient in the heat reservoir, the specific area of fractures in the heat reservoir, and thermal compensation from surrounding rocks, on the heat extraction efficiency and EGS lifetime are analyzed. 展开更多

Simulation Analysis of Macroeconomic Policy Orientations' Effects on the Industrial Economy——Based on Dynamic CGE Model

There are three different orientations of the macroeconomic policies,namely,factor-expansion,prudent-continuation and structural-adjustment.The paper uses the dynamic CGE model to simulate the effects of the three different orientations on the economy,and arrives at the following conclusions:while the factor-expansion policies can lead to growth of economic output,they also result in the further imbalance in the industrial structure and the "crowding-out effect" on the private investment.In addition,such growth is unsustainable in the long run;the growth of the industrial economy will decline rapidly to a lower level after reaching a certain high level.The prudent-continuation policies refer to the continuation of the current policies that sustain the current trends of the industrial economy,and such policies reduce the growth of the industrial economy to a lower level in the long run.The structural-adjustment policies reduce the economic output at the current stage;however,it can bring a gradual improvement of industrial structure and a balance of the supply and demand.In the long run,the optimized structure will improve the total factor productivity(TFP) and the production-possibility frontier,and thereby realize a longterm steady and rapid growth of the industrial economy.Four policy recommendations are proposed based on the simulation of the models,including taking the structural adjustment as the fundamental orientation of macroeconomic policies,lowering the "floor level" of economic growth with macro regulation,giving play to the fundamental role of market mechanism in structural adjustment and increasing the role of TFP in the growth of the industrial economy. 展开更多

We used bovine cornea as starting material, pepsin treatment in acetic acid solution to extract the mixture of type I and V collagens, and salt precipitation and dialysis to purify and isolate each type of the collagens. The preparation was analyzed using sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 2-mercaptoethanol used as reducing agent cut off the disulfide bonds, which was utilized to analyze the structure of disulfide bonds involved between α chains in some types of collagens. At the same time, we discovered that the structure of disulfide bonds among α chains potentially existed in the type V collagen prepared from the pepsin-treatment extraction at 4℃. Through quantitative analysis, we obtained that, compared with those pepsin-treated at 4℃, the relative molecular weights of α1 (V) and α 2 (V) subunits pepsin-treated at room temperature decreased by 4.6% and 6.0%, respectively. It is concluded that type V collagen can be prepared from bovine coruea by use of pepsin treatment, salt precipitation and dialysis. The interchain and/or intermolecular disulfide bonds potentially lie near the edges of termini of type V collagen molecules existing in extracellular matrix, and there are few of the intermolecular and/or intramolecular crosslinks formed by lysine or hydroxylysine or histidine residues in type V collagen. 展开更多
