析因分析法的呼吸道管理记录表在心外科手术患者中的应用

目的:探讨析因分析法的呼吸道管理记录表在心外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取心外科89例择期行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例,对照组采用常规护理方式进行术前呼吸道管理,观察组采用析因分析法的术... 目的:探讨析因分析法的呼吸道管理记录表在心外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取心外科89例择期行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例,对照组采用常规护理方式进行术前呼吸道管理,观察组采用析因分析法的术前呼吸道管理记录表。比较两组生活质量、血氧饱和度情况、健康知识掌握程度、术后呼吸道并发症发生情况、护理人员技能考核评分。结果:术后1周,观察组莱斯特咳嗽量表(LCQ-MC)中生理维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);术后,观察组不吸氧状态下血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握优良率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后呼吸道并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理技能考核各项评分及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:对心外科患者实施析因分析法的呼吸道管理记录表,可减轻术后咳嗽对患者的影响,改善肺功能,降低呼吸道不良反应发生率。 展开更多

以陕西省安康市某工业区水泥厂的环境空气质量控制为例,采用基于析因分析法的区间两阶段随机规划法(factorial analysis-interval two-stage stochastic programming method,FA-ITSP),在考虑环境约束的前提下,建立以工业大气环境质量达... 以陕西省安康市某工业区水泥厂的环境空气质量控制为例,采用基于析因分析法的区间两阶段随机规划法(factorial analysis-interval two-stage stochastic programming method,FA-ITSP),在考虑环境约束的前提下,建立以工业大气环境质量达标和处理成本最低为目标的数学模型;依据水泥厂的环境治理数据、行业排放标准以及环境空气质量标准,针对去除工业大气中的主要污染物SO_(2)、NO_(x)和颗粒物的烟气治理过程,进行治理工艺组合优选、处理成本分析和数学模型析因分析。结果表明:水泥厂烟气治理的最优工艺组合选择双碱法、选择性非催化还原法、选择性催化还原法、电除尘法和袋式除尘法;在主要参数对数学模型输出的贡献方面,低效率类治理工艺的贡献率是64.88%~77.88%,高效率类治理工艺的贡献率是7.87%~16.22%,高、低效率治理工艺组合交互效应的贡献率是0.003%~16.22%;使用去除效率不同的工艺组合有助于经济效益和环境保护的双赢;控制好水泥厂脱硝、除尘系统中的不确定性,可有利于实现处理成本最低。 展开更多

本文基于水文观测和遥感监测数据,获取近60 a巴尔喀什湖面积、水位变化信息,重建湖泊水量变化时间序列,探明巴尔喀什湖水量变化特征;依据湖泊水量收入(入湖径流、降水)支出(湖面蒸发)建立巴尔喀什湖水量平衡模型,分析巴尔喀什湖水量平... 本文基于水文观测和遥感监测数据,获取近60 a巴尔喀什湖面积、水位变化信息,重建湖泊水量变化时间序列,探明巴尔喀什湖水量变化特征;依据湖泊水量收入(入湖径流、降水)支出(湖面蒸发)建立巴尔喀什湖水量平衡模型,分析巴尔喀什湖水量平衡要素变化特征,定量解析气候变化和人类活动对巴湖水量变化的影响。结果表明:(1)1961—2020年,巴尔喀什湖水量以1987年为拐点先急剧减少后波动增加;入湖径流变化与湖泊水量变化过程基本一致,年均入湖径流量约为14.04 km^(3)·a^(-1);湖区降水以0.28 mm·a~(-1)的速率波动增加;水体年均蒸发量约17.95km^(3)·a^(-1),其中,1987年最小为16.10 km^(3),2008年最高达20.30 km^(3)。(2)过去60 a年,地下水与湖泊互为补充,其中20世纪70年代和80年代地下水补给湖泊水量较多,补给量约为1.91 km^(3)。(3)在湖区尺度上,入湖流量与巴尔喀什湖水量显著相关,是影响湖泊水量变化的主导因素;在流域尺度上,气候波动对入湖流量长期变化的贡献率为71.67%,人类活动耗水的贡献率为28.33%;1970—1985年卡普恰盖水库蓄水及周边耕地扩张对入湖水量锐减的贡献率达47.47%,人类活动明显加剧了这一时期湖泊水位下降的进程。 展开更多

Using foxtail millet (Setaria italica (L.) Beauv.) male-sterile line 1066A as female parent and Yugu 1 primary trisomic series (1 - 7) and tetrasomics 8, 9 as male parents, chromosome location of gene for male-sterility and yellow seedling in line 1066A was studied by primary trisomic analysis. The plants of F-1 generation of trisomics 2 - 9 were obtained by crossing with a great many plants of 1066A. F-1 generation of trisomics was similar to their male parent in morphologic characters, the color of their seedling was green, and pollen was partially fertile. The segregation ratio of fertility to sterility is 3:1 in F-2 generation of trisomics 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9; and 14:1 only in F-2 generation of trisomic 6 (chi(0.05)(2) = 0.012). The segregation ratio of green seedling to yellow seedling is 12:1 only in F-2 generation of trisomic 7 (chi(0.05)(2) = 0.31), but in other cases, this ratio is 3:1. The results indicated that the male-sterility gene was located on chromosome 6, and the gene for yellow seedling was monogenic recessive and located on chromosome 7. The rate of trisomics transmission by pollen was tested, trisomics 8 and 9 were the highest in rates of trisomics transmission and followed by trisomics 6 and 4. 展开更多

It built the analytic structure model for deep coal seam mining floor strata water bursting, the judgment matrix was found by the expert scoring method, the contribution weights of the influenced factors were given out by the equation analytic process. The thirteen controlling factors and five main controlling factors were put award by analyzing weights, so the result was basically conform to the field practice. The expert scoring method and analytic process can convert the objective fact to the subjective cognition, so it is a method that can turn the qualitative into the quantitative. This can be relative objectively and precisely to study the question of many factors and grey box. 展开更多

Comprehensive Appraisal of Provincial Low Carbon Development:A Case Study of China

In this research,the Factor Analysis model of measuring provincial low carbon development in China has been constructed.Based on data from 30 provinces,an empirical study was developed to measure comprehensive low carbon development using the Factor Analysis model(Principal Components method and Normalized Varimax Rotation).The results reveal that the provincial marks of low carbon development are generally low and only nine provinces have high marks(more than 0.80).The results also show significant regional disparity.The provincial marks of the eastern region are higher than both the middle and western provinces of China's Mainland.All of the provinces with high marks(more than 0.90) are located in the eastern region,and those with the lowest marks(0.60) are located in the middle region.Furthermore,regional disparity in low carbon development follows the same pattern as economic development in China.Finally,some suggestions for decision-makers are presented. 展开更多

为了考察约束混凝土轴压力学性能的尺寸效应,对两个系列的圆形箍筋约束混凝土圆柱试件进行了单调轴压试验,主要试验变量为体积配箍率和试件几何尺寸,试件的最大直径为576 mm。试验结果表明,约束混凝土的峰值应力和峰值应力对应应变均随... 为了考察约束混凝土轴压力学性能的尺寸效应,对两个系列的圆形箍筋约束混凝土圆柱试件进行了单调轴压试验,主要试验变量为体积配箍率和试件几何尺寸,试件的最大直径为576 mm。试验结果表明,约束混凝土的峰值应力和峰值应力对应应变均随试件尺寸的增大呈下降趋势,而变形能力与试件尺寸的关系不够明确。利用析因分析法对试验数据进行分析,发现体积配箍率对箍筋约束混凝土的峰值应力、峰值应力对应应变和变形能力均有显著影响。试件几何尺寸对峰值应力及对应应变的影响较为显著,但对试件变形能力的影响不明显。体积配箍率与试件几何尺寸的交互作用对峰值应力、峰值应力对应应变和变形能力的影响均不显著。基于试验、分析结果,建立了针对圆形箍筋约束混凝土的应力-应变本构关系模型,模型预测值与本文试验结果吻合较好。 展开更多
