以5/6肾切除SD大鼠CRF模型为基础,将自主研制的套管式腹膜透析管置入大鼠腹腔进行腹膜透析(PD)治疗。以2.27%Glu腹透液,按100 mL/kg,4 h/次,2次/日,时间2周的方案治疗,记录引流量,通过液体清除、溶质清除评估腹透治疗效果。将透析大鼠分... 以5/6肾切除SD大鼠CRF模型为基础,将自主研制的套管式腹膜透析管置入大鼠腹腔进行腹膜透析(PD)治疗。以2.27%Glu腹透液,按100 mL/kg,4 h/次,2次/日,时间2周的方案治疗,记录引流量,通过液体清除、溶质清除评估腹透治疗效果。将透析大鼠分成3组,分别喂高、中、低盐饲料2周,观察残余肾的变化。结果表明,24只CRF大鼠顺利接受PD治疗。平均每只大鼠的单次透析治疗超滤量为1.11 mL±6.91 mL。单次透析治疗随着留腹时间延长,腹透液中肌酐水平逐渐升高,4 h后达到平台期。PD治疗2周后,大鼠的血肌酐和血尿素氮水平均显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。高盐摄入加重CRF PD大鼠残余肾的损害,中、低盐负荷组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。该模型有效地解决了堵管问题,完全确保腹透液引流的通畅充分;通过制定有效的CRF大鼠腹膜透析治疗方案,为进一步开展腹膜透析治疗研究奠定了基础。 展开更多

在我国大豆生产波动频繁的情况下,找出影响大豆单产、种植面积的影响因素是实现“提单产、稳面积”的首要举措。研究采用1999~2020年21个省份面板数据,在分析大豆单产、种植面积的变化趋势基础上,根据大豆单产增减趋势,把大豆产区划分... 在我国大豆生产波动频繁的情况下,找出影响大豆单产、种植面积的影响因素是实现“提单产、稳面积”的首要举措。研究采用1999~2020年21个省份面板数据,在分析大豆单产、种植面积的变化趋势基础上,根据大豆单产增减趋势,把大豆产区划分成增产区、减产区和波动区,采用改进的面板数据模型分别对三个产区的大豆单产和种植面积的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,机械化收割、产研结合、农药投入、小型拖拉机的投入是影响不同区域大豆单产的显著因素;机械化耕作是提升所有区域种植面积的显著因素,玉米种植面积、化肥投入、农药投入、灌溉条件、科研资金与人员投入、产研结合、机械化收割是影响不同区域大豆种植面积显著因素。根据分析,提出了相应政策建议。 展开更多

锂离子电池负极析锂可能会诱发热失控,进而导致安全事故。而通过优化电池设计参数能够有效减少析锂副反应的发生,因此本工作提出一种基于三维电化学热耦合析锂模型的锂离子电池参数设计优化方法。首先,将模型参数进行分类,分别采用实验... 锂离子电池负极析锂可能会诱发热失控,进而导致安全事故。而通过优化电池设计参数能够有效减少析锂副反应的发生,因此本工作提出一种基于三维电化学热耦合析锂模型的锂离子电池参数设计优化方法。首先,将模型参数进行分类,分别采用实验、精确测量、文献查找和参数辨识等方法获取相应的参数。同时加入可逆锂重嵌入机制和产热模型,建立三维电化学热耦合析锂模型。模型建立完成后,对模型精度进行验证,验证结果表明模型可以较好地模拟电池在常温和低温下端电压的变化,并且能够定量描述在低温大倍率充电期间电池内部的析锂程度、温度分布等非均一现象。最后,通过分析电极尺寸和极耳位置,研究电池设计参数对非均一析锂的影响。仿真结果表明:电极长度增加会导致电极区域温度差异和电流密度的不一致性增大,综合影响下使电池析锂时间略有提前,但对电池总体析锂程度影响较小;电池极耳位置处于长度方向的轴线对侧时能够有效缓解负极析锂,相对析锂程度降低了16.7%。 展开更多

The utilization of prefabricated light modular radiant heating system has demonstrated significant increases in heat transfer efficiency and energy conservation capabilities.Within prefabricated building construction,this new heating method presents an opportunity for the development of comprehensive facilities.The parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of such a system are the upper surface layer’s heat flux and temperature.In this paper,thermal resistance analysis calculation based on a simplified model for this unique radiant heating system analysis is presented with the heat transfer mechanism’s evaluation.The results obtained from thermal resistance analysis calculation and numerical simulation indicate that the thermal resistance analysis method is highly accurate with temperature discrepancies ranging from 0.44℃ to−0.44℃ and a heat flux discrepancy of less than 7.54%,which can meet the requirements of practical engineering applications,suggesting a foundation for the prefabricated radiant heating system. 展开更多

Understanding the steady mechanism of biomass smoldering plays a great role in the utilization of smoldering technology.In this study numerical analysis of steady smoldering of biomass rods was performed.A two-dimensional(2D)steady model taking into account both char oxidation and pyrolysis was developed on the basis of a calculated propagation velocity according to empirical correlation.The model was validated against the smoldering experiment of biomass rods under natural conditions,and the maximum error was smaller than 31%.Parameter sensitivity analysis found that propagation velocity decreases significantly while oxidation area and pyrolysis zone increase significantly with the increasing diameter of rod fuel. 展开更多

Departing from an analytical phase transformation model, a new analytical approach to deduce transformed fraction for non-isothermal phase transformation was developed. In the new approach, the effect of the initial transformation temperature and the accurate "temperature integral" approximations are incorporated to obtain an extended analytical model. Numerical approach demonstrated that the extended analytical model prediction for transformed fraction and transformation rate is in good agreement with the exact numerical calculation. The new model can describe more precisely the kinetic behavior than the original analytical model, especially for transformation with relatively high initial transformation temperature. The kinetic parameters obtained from the new model are more accurate and reasonable than those from the original analytical model. 展开更多

Traditionally, airborne time-domain electromagnetic (ATEM) data are inverted to derive the earth model by iteration. However, the data are often highly correlated among channels and consequently cause ill-posed and over-determined problems in the inversion. The correlation complicates the mapping relation between the ATEM data and the earth parameters and thus increases the inversion complexity. To obviate this, we adopt principal component analysis to transform ATEM data into orthogonal principal components (PCs) to reduce the correlations and the data dimensionality and simultaneously suppress the unrelated noise. In this paper, we use an artificial neural network (ANN) to approach the PCs mapping relation with the earth model parameters, avoiding the calculation of Jacobian derivatives. The PC-based ANN algorithm is applied to synthetic data for layered models compared with data-based ANN for airborne time-domain electromagnetic inversion. The results demonstrate the PC-based ANN advantages of simpler network structure, less training steps, and better inversion results over data-based ANN, especially for contaminated data. Furthermore, the PC-based ANN algorithm effectiveness is examined by the inversion of the pseudo 2D model and comparison with data-based ANN and Zhody's methods. The results indicate that PC-based ANN inversion can achieve a better agreement with the true model and also proved that PC-based ANN is feasible to invert large ATEM datasets. 展开更多

The initial geological stress of loess was simulated by grading fill; the theory of unloadingproposed by Duncan and boundary stress of elasticity were used to calculate the excavation of thetunnel; Goodman joint elements were applied to simulate the joints of the liners; both loading andunloading tests have been performed to determine the parameters of Duncan-Chang's model and thecalculated results were compared; Terzaghi' s theory on loosening earth pressure was applied. Manyworking conditions were analyzed and some reasonable results were obtained. Based on the analyses,reparative measures were proposed and completed. The paper introduces the research progress in an emergency decision support system for marine pollution (EDSS) in China seas and elaborates on the possible role of the Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) method therein. To deal with the increasingly grave situation of offshore pollution, the EDSS for China seas has been researching and developing. Based on the prediction and analysis of the ocean three-dimensional current field, this system makes an inference on the possible path of diffusion and influencing area of marine pollutants and possible location of pollution source, and in combination with the environmentally sensitive information related to the technical integration of GIS, it puts forward the decision, making support for minimizing the hazard caused by pollutants. This system has been operationalized and running for many years on the Bohai and Huanghai seas' Marine Pollutants Prediction and Early-Warning, and it has achieved successful experience for many times in the emergencies of China's coastal pollution accidents. At present, the environmental guarantee system directed against heavy metals and radioactive pollutants is in the experimental stage. As the NAA method is especially applicable to the detection of part of heavy metals and radioactive substances, it is of very important practical value for the new system to realize the monitoring, prediction and early-warning of ocean heavy metals and radioactive pollutants. 展开更多
