昆明市林业资源综合利用发展设想

昆明市为少林地区,现有森林资源结构不合理,消大于长,林业资源综合利用率低,面狭窄,资源利用多头经营,供需矛盾突出,改变这种状况,应从林业生产的整体出发,开源节流,大力发展林业第二、三产业,多方进行林业资源的综合利用,提高利用率。
