目的研究生物黏附性神衰果素缓释片的体外释放度及释药规律,并测定其体外黏附力。方法采用转篮法,以900mL水为释放介质,转速100 r.min-1测定其累积释放度,用多种数学模型对释放曲线进行拟合,根据各模型拟合的AIC值、计算值与真实值的绝... 目的研究生物黏附性神衰果素缓释片的体外释放度及释药规律,并测定其体外黏附力。方法采用转篮法,以900mL水为释放介质,转速100 r.min-1测定其累积释放度,用多种数学模型对释放曲线进行拟合,根据各模型拟合的AIC值、计算值与真实值的绝对误差以及相对误差确定最优模型。以自制黏附力测定装置测定了生物黏附性缓释片的大鼠离体胃、小肠组织的黏附力。结果缓释片以Higuchi,Ritger-Peppas模型拟合皆佳,在大鼠离体胃、小肠组织的黏附力分别为6.1,13.2 kPa。结论生物黏附性神衰果素缓释片的释药参数n=0.619 9,药物的释放是通过扩散和凝胶骨架溶蚀两种机制协同作用的结果;在大鼠离体胃、小肠组织均具有黏附作用,且在小肠组织的黏附作用强于胃。 展开更多

本文首次报道了一个全新吡喃酮香豆素化合物6的合成,经过结构分析确定为天然产物海棠果素(红厚壳烯酮内酯,calophyllolide)的类似物;并对其进行了初步抗炎活性研究,结果表明该化合物对角叉菜胶导致的大鼠踝关节水肿有明显的抑制作用。

[Objective] The aim was to clear the relationship between fruit growth and development and endogenous hormones content in the pulp of Dangshansu pear.[Method] Choosing Dangshansu pear as material,the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones in pulp during various development stages were determined by means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).[Result] The results indicated that the content of endogenous hormones like ZR,GA and IAA promoting fruit growth showed increase trend within 15 d after pollination,and higher content of ZR,GA and IAA could promote ovary development and normal fruit setting of Dangshansu pear.The content of ZR in pulp had the highest value at the beginning of the first fast growth period,and then showed decrease trend until fruit became mature.The dynamic changes of IAA and GA were similar,namely their contents were higher in the first fast growth period,and decreased with fruit development,and then increased rapidly and was up to the maximum value in the second fast growth period,corresponding with the growth dynamic of fruit.The peaks of ABA content could be found on the 15th,45th and 120th day after pollination,which corresponded with the physiological fruit dropping and maturing period of Dangshansu pear.[Conclusion] The duration of various development periods and content of endogenous hormones of Dangshansu pear were different,and fruit growth and development were closely related to the content of endogenous hormones. 展开更多

[Methed] The typical lakeside zone of Hongze Lake Wetland National Nature Reserve was taken as the study area. Through the field survey based on environmental characteristics of aquatic areas and non-aquatic areas, combined with laboratory test, the content changes of nutrients (N and P), COD (chemical oxygen demand) and SD (transparency) levels in the water body of lake wetland were measured; the purification effect of the lake wetland ecosystem in the growth process of aquatic vegetation was quantitatively analyzed, and possible influ- encing factors were discussed. [Result] Aquatic vegetation could remove the TN, TP, COD, Chla in wetland water environment and had obvious effects on the changes of SD content. Competition between aquatic plants can inhibit the growth of algae and relieve the eutrophication of water body. [Conclusion] This study provided theoretical basis for ecological restoration and enhancement of self-purification capability in the lakeside zone of Hongze Lake. 展开更多

Correlation Analysis between Quality Characteristics and Fruit Mineral Element Contents in 'Fuji' Apples

[Objective] The aims were to explore the relationship between the contents of fruit mineral elements and quality features of the 'Fuji' apple, screen major mineral elements of the fruit affecting fruit quality features, and set up optimum proposals of fruit mineral elements for good fruit qualities, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable orchard soil and foliar fertilizer applications to increase fruit quality and reduce the physiological diseases related to the 'Fuji' apple. [Methods] The fruit mineral elements and quality indicators of 'Fuji" apples were in- vestigated and analyzed, which were collected from the 153 commercial apple or- chards of "Fuji' apple located in 51 counties. The variable importance for projection (VlP) of partial least squares regression (PLS) method was used to analyze the model effect and weight analysis impact of the fruit mineral element contents to fruit quality, screen out major factors of fruit mineral elements influencing the different fruit qualities, and set up the regression equation of the fruit qualities and major fruit mineral elements. Linear programming was used to obtain optimum proposals of the fruit mineral elements to achieve good 'Fuji' apple qualities. [Results] The mineral elements content and quality characteristics in "Fuji' apple fruit had great differences in the different produce regions in which the maximum content of nitro- gen, iron, zinc and boron in the 'Fuji' fruit were12.06, 6.17, 7.7, and 10.08 times greater than the minimum respectively, and the differences for titratable acid and the SSC/TA ratio were 2.33 and 2.16 times respectively. The correlation analysis between the fruit mineral element contents and qualities showed that the nitrogen content of fruit had a significantly negative correlation with the soluble solid content, SSC/TA ratio and red color area, while the calcium and iron contents in the fruit were in significantly positive correlation with the soluble solid content and SSC/TA ratio. The model effect and weight analysis showed that the content of nitrogen and iron in the fruit had a greater influence on the integral fruit quality, followed by phosphorus, potassium and calcium. The variable importance for projection (VlP) technology of PLS found that the mean fruit weight was primarily affected by nitro- gen, phosphorus and potassium, and the soluble solid was primarily affected by ni- trogen, calcium and iron, while the red color area was primarily affected by nitro- gen, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. The regression equation between fruit quality and mineral element contents showed that the mean fruit weight had a greater pos- itive effect coefficient with the content of phosphorus and potassium, and a greater negative effect coefficient with the content of nitrogen in the fruit. Moreover, the sol- uble solid had the largest negative effect coefficient with nitrogen and largest posi- tive effect coefficient with calcium and iron in the fruit. [Conclusion] The maximum content of soluble solid and titratable acid were 1.5 times more than the minimum, and nitrogen, iron, zinc and boron were 6 times more than in the 'Fuji' apple fruit in the different produce regions. Therefore, it is a key technological measure to improve the overall qualities of the "Fuji' apple by decreasing the content of nitrogen, and increasing the contents of iron, phosphorus, potassium and calcium in the fruit. 展开更多

The aim of the study was to investigate the immune effect of fusion protein VP4-STI. 40 mouse were randomly divided into 4 groups of test bacterin group (30 μg VP4-STI +0.6 μg LTB), aluminiumhydroxide vaccine group (30 μg VP4-STI +Al(OH)3 gel ) , pure protein VP4- STI vaccine group (30μg VP4-STI ) and PBS control group were immunized by rhinal dripping. And then, the antibody levels of the mouse were determined. The protection effects of mouse in all immune groups were observed after the toxicity test with strong virulent strain C83902 of E. coli. Anti-VP4-STI antibodies were produced in other groups with the highest at the 6th week, except PBS control group. The antibody level in aluminiumhydroxide bactetin group was higher than that in test vaccine group. The antibody level in pure protein VP4-STI bacterin group was lower, being extremely significantly different from that in test vaccine group ( P 〈0. 001 ). Mouse in test vaccine group and aluminium hydroxide bacterin group had better immuno-protection effect on strong virulent strain C83902 of E. coli, obviously different from that in PBS control group. [Method] P. persica (L.) Batsch varieties Chongyanghong and Yanhong were used as parents to construct F1 orthogonal group. A total of 138 FI individuals were selected as experimental materi- als for construction of color around the stone gene pool (B1) and non-color around the stone gene pool (B2) by using bulked segregant analysis (BSA) method, molec- ular markers linked to the flesh color around the stone of P. persica (L.) Batsch were selected with SSR molecular marker technology. [Result] After selection with 256 pairs of SSR primers, three pairs of molecular markers linked to the gene con- trolling flesh color around the stone of P. persica (L.) Batsch were selected (UDP96- 003, ch04g09 and UDP97-402). In addition, genetic distances between the three molecular markers and the gene controlling flesh color around the stone of P. persi- ca (L.) Batsch were calculated, which were 16.7, 10.1 and 17.0 cM, respectively. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for further selection of co-dominant molecular markers with closer genetic distance. 展开更多
