为明确紫云英成熟过程中荚果性状与籽粒产量的关系,通过分期并按特定枝位收获,研究信紫1号紫云英群体不同时期和结荚枝位的荚果性状及籽粒生产力。结果表明,第1~2枝位花序结荚数显著低于第5~6^+枝位,但花序中最大和最小荚果的长度和宽... 为明确紫云英成熟过程中荚果性状与籽粒产量的关系,通过分期并按特定枝位收获,研究信紫1号紫云英群体不同时期和结荚枝位的荚果性状及籽粒生产力。结果表明,第1~2枝位花序结荚数显著低于第5~6^+枝位,但花序中最大和最小荚果的长度和宽度、荚果内粒数、籽粒千粒重均显著高于第5~6^+枝位。随收获期延后,花序结荚数逐渐降低,最大和最小荚果的长度和宽度、籽粒千粒重逐渐升高。盛花期19d后花序结荚数和荚果内粒数在枝位间无显著差异。最小荚果宽度与籽粒千粒重、最大荚果长度与荚果内粒数极显著正相关(r=0.9530、r=0.7397)。单枝籽粒生产力随枝位升高显著降低,第1~2枝位于盛花期后26d达最高值(92.4~98.6mg/枝),其他枝位则在第33d达最高值(55.7~82.1mg/枝),枝位籽粒生产力对籽粒实际产量具有较高的线性拟合度(R^2=0.9426,P<0.0001)。综上,信紫1号最小荚果宽度和最大荚果长度可作为其荚果内籽粒性状的表征,下层枝位是种子生产的重点枝位。 展开更多

The effect of maleic anhydride grafted styrene-ethylene- buty-lene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS-g-MAH) and in-situ grafting MAH on mechanical, dynamic mechanical properties of wood flour/recycled plastic blends composites was investigated. Recycled plastic polypro-pylene (PP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polystyrene (PS), were mixed with wood flour in a high speed blender and then extruded by a twin/single screw tandem extruder system to form wood flour/recycled plastic blends composites. Results show that the impact properties of the composites were improved more significantly by using SEBS-g-MAH compatibilizer than by using the mixtures of MAH and DCP via reactive blending in situ. However, contrary results were ob-served on the tensile and flexural properties of the corresponding com-posites. In General, the mechanical properties of composites made from recycled plastic blends were inferior to those made from virgin plastic blends, especially in elongation break. The morphological study verified that the interfacial adhesion or the compatibility of plastic blends with wood flour was improved by adding SEBS-g-MAH or in-situ grafting MAH. A better interfacial bonding between PP, HDPE, PS and wood flour was obtained by in-situ grafting MAH than the addition of SEBS-g-MAH. In-situ grafting MAH can be considered as a potential way of increasing the interfacial compatibility between plastic blends and wood flour. The storage modulus and damping factor of composites were also characterized through dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). 展开更多

A new capillary gas chromatography stationary phase, monokis (2,6 di O benzyl 3 O propyl (3’)) hexakis(2,6 di O benzyl 3 O methyl) β CD bonded polysiloxane, was synthesized. It exhibited separation abilities to disubstituted benzene isomers and some chiral solutes. It was also found that the polarity of CD derivatives can be lowered both by chemically bonding it to polysiloxane and by diluting it in polysiloxane. The separation abilities of the polysiloxane anchored CDs (SP CD) are higher than that of the unbonded CDs (S CD) and the diluted S CD at lower column temperature. Hydrosilylation reaction is one of the best methods to lower the operating temperature of CDs. 展开更多

As common soil fungi that form symbioses with most terrestrial plants,arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi play an important role in plant adaptation to chromium(Cr) contamination.However,little information is available on the underlying mechanisms of AM symbiosis on plant Cr resistance.In this study,dandelion(Taraxacum platypecidum Diels.) was grown with and without inoculation of the AM fungus Rhizophagus irregularis and Cr uptake by extraradical mycelium(ERM) was investigated by a compartmented cultivation system using a Cr stable isotope tracer.The results indicated that AM symbiosis increased plant dry weights and P concentrations but decreased shoot Cr concentrations.Using the Cr stable isotope tracer technology,the work provided possible evidences of Cr uptake and transport by ERM,and confirmed the enhancement of root Cr stabilization by AM symbiosis.This study also indicated an enrichment of lighter Cr isotopes in shoots during Cr translocation from roots to shoots in mycorrhizal plants. 展开更多
