黑加仑植物染料对艾德莱斯绸织物的染色应用研究

黑加仑是新疆目前种植面积较为广泛的经济作物。为了考察黑加仑对艾德莱斯绸织物的染色应用,采用干燥果打粉研磨,加入果胶酶溶液提取成植物染料,对丝织物进行染色试验。试验采用了直接染色、预媒染法染色、同浴媒染法染色和后媒染法等... 黑加仑是新疆目前种植面积较为广泛的经济作物。为了考察黑加仑对艾德莱斯绸织物的染色应用,采用干燥果打粉研磨,加入果胶酶溶液提取成植物染料,对丝织物进行染色试验。试验采用了直接染色、预媒染法染色、同浴媒染法染色和后媒染法等多种方法,分别掷入媒染剂硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝、氯化亚锡和硫酸铜,对比了不同染色工艺下的L、a、b和K/S数值,并验证其色牢度、防紫外线和抑菌作用。 展开更多

Tertiary amine cationic polyacrylamide with high cationization degree was used as a new cationic agent to pretreat cotton with dip-pad-bake method. The obtained cationic cotton was dyed with reactive dyes in the ab-sence of electrolyte. The effects of the characteristics of the cationic agent and the pretreatment conditions on dye-ability of reactive dye were investigated. The results showed that the fixation and K/S values of the reactive dyes on the cationic cotton were improved compared with those on the untreated one in the presence of salt. Tests on fast-ness properties of the dyed cotton and fabric quality of the pretreated cotton were carried out and the results showed that wash and rub fastness of the salt-free dyeing were both satisfactory. And anti-crease property,tensile and tear strength,and handling of the cationic cotton were also good compared with that of the untreated one. 展开更多

These dyestuffs gave satisfactory results when applied as disperse dyes to polyester fabric. The characteristics of skin hair follicle structure of Hezuo swine were in- vestigated using frozen section method and HE staining. Experimental results showed that the hair root, hair tip, outer sheath, inner sheath, hair follicle group, fi- brous sheath, outer epidermis, inner epidermis, sebaceous gland and other organiza- tional structures of hair follicles of Hezuo swine can be clearly observed. The hair follicle pore size varied extremely significantly (P〈0.01) among different parts, showing a downward trend of shoulder 〈 body side 〈 buttocks; the hair follicle density ranged from 5.59 to 7.26 hair follicles/mm^2. Seventeen disperse dyes including anthraquinone, azo, methine, nitro, and quinoline dyes were applied to dye the Polylactic Acid (PLA) yarns at different conditions, and the dyebath exhaustion was determined. The result shows that C.I. disperse red 167, C.I. disperse orange 30, and C.I. disperse blue 284 have dye-uptakes greater than 80%. Therefore, they can be used as the three principal dyes for PLA yams. The experiment discovered that the dyes, because of their Monoazo and ester group contents, have a higher dye-uptake for the PLA fiber. The research on the optimization of dyeing techniques suggests that PLA yarn can obtain a high level of dyeing effectiveness at the following conditions: pH 4- 5, dyeing temperture 110℃ for 30- 40 min. Color fastness to perspiration, and waterwashing fastness increased 1 - 1.5 by the addition of the abstergent FB during the reduction clearing. 展开更多

The colors presented in ornamental fish determine their acceptability in the market, which is one of the main factors which determine their price. Selecting the fish by only looking at them makes the result analysis based in statistics difficult. Thus, it has become necessary to develop a method of quantification for practical use, which will apply minimal stress to the fish while being economically feasible. The proposed method uses a technique which converts the colors of interest to numerical indexes usable in statistical methods of higher precision. The results increase the abilities of fish nutrition researchers aiming to intensify the color characteristics of fish through selective breeding and genetic engineering with the intent of reliably achieving the desired visual characteristics for commercialization. 展开更多
