塑性失稳、分叉引起的起皱是材料加工和成形工艺中的常见现象,起皱的出现将影响零部件的成形质量和性能。已有的工作主要集中在一维和二维的起皱行为,为对开模挤压成形初期以及某些低刚度零件的装配过程中出现的三向起皱现象有更深的认... 塑性失稳、分叉引起的起皱是材料加工和成形工艺中的常见现象,起皱的出现将影响零部件的成形质量和性能。已有的工作主要集中在一维和二维的起皱行为,为对开模挤压成形初期以及某些低刚度零件的装配过程中出现的三向起皱现象有更深的认识,设计一种通过改变锥模角度以获得皱曲特征的试验方案,得到局部应力集中下的三向皱曲形貌,描述各个方向起皱的特点,系统地分析锥模角度和试样晶粒大小对皱曲的影响。结果表明:柱面凸起高度、凸起距离和起皱波延伸距离随挤压角度的增大而增大;端面凸起高度和起皱波长、延伸距离均随着挤压角度的增大先增加后减小,凸起距离随角度增大单调减小;波长越长时对应起皱延伸越远;试样表面层晶粒越大,起皱波长和延伸距离越大,起皱形貌越明显。 展开更多

梁、柱之间的连接节点是钢框架结构中的关键部位,传统T形件连接节点的设计思想是在框架梁中形成塑性铰,以此消耗能量,但节点破坏后修复非常困难,且成本较高。为此研究者提出了设置垫板的梁-柱T形件连接节点,该节点是一种新型节点,其主... 梁、柱之间的连接节点是钢框架结构中的关键部位,传统T形件连接节点的设计思想是在框架梁中形成塑性铰,以此消耗能量,但节点破坏后修复非常困难,且成本较高。为此研究者提出了设置垫板的梁-柱T形件连接节点,该节点是一种新型节点,其主要特点是:将与梁下翼缘相连的T形件作为耗能元件,在T形件翼缘和柱之间设置垫板,使T形件翼缘能向正反两个方向发生弯矩屈服。梁上翼缘作为转动中心不发生较大位移从而保护主体结构不发生破坏,耗能元件位于梁下翼缘,易于更换,便于修复[1]。本研究针对设置垫板的钢结构梁-柱T形件连接节点受力性能进行了分析。通过理论分析和实验测试方法,评估了节点的强度和刚度性能。结合国内外设计准则和规范要求,提出了节点受力性能分析的流程和方法,研究结果对于设计者提供了有益的设计指导,提高了连接节点的设计质量和安全性。 展开更多

In order to obtain a new-type short cylindrical cup-shaped flexspline that can be applied to space mechanisms,the APDL language of ANSYS software was employed to develop a parameterized equivalent contact model between a flexspline and a wave generator. The validity of the parameterized equivalent contact model was verified by comparing the results of the analytic value of the contact model and the value calculated by the theoretical formula. The curvilinear trend of stress was obtained by changing the structural parameter of the flexspline. Based on the curvilinear trend of stress,multi-objective optimizations of key structural parameters were achieved. Flexspline,wave generator,and circular spline of a new 32-type short cylindrical cup-shaped harmonic reducer were designed and manufactured. A performance test bench to carry out tests on the harmonic reducer was designed. Contrast experiments were implemented to determine the efficiency of the new 32-type short cylindrical cup-shaped harmonic reducer and the conventional 32-type harmonic reducer under different conditions. The experimental results reveal that there is approximately equality in terms of efficiency between the new 32-type short cylindrical cup-shaped harmonic reducer and the conventional 32-type harmonic reducer. The volume of the flexspline of the new 32-type short cylindrical cup-shaped harmonic reducer is reduced by approximately 30% through multi-objective optimization. When the new 32-type short cylindrical cup-shaped harmonic reducer is used on the wheel of a rover prototype,the mass of the wheel hub is decreased by 0.42 kg. Test analysis of wheel motion verifies that the new 32-type short cylindrical cup-shaped harmonic reducer can meet the requirements regarding bearing capacity and efficiency. 展开更多

A roll-bending process that minimizes the flat areas on the leading and trailing ends of formed plates will produce more accurate and easier assemble final shapes. There are several methods of minimizing flat areas, but they are costly or difficult to apply for thick plates. This study proposes a new, simple approach that reduces these flat areas. This approach includes moving the bottom roll slightly along the feeding direction and adjusting the bottom roll location. Sensitivity analyses were performed using a developed 3D dynamic FE (finite element) model of an asymmetrical roll-bending process in the Ansys/LS-Dyna software package. Simulations were validated by experiments run on an instrumented roll-bending machine. The FE results indicate that this new approach not only minimizes the flat areas but also reduces the forming forces. 展开更多

The lathes are basic machine tools for manufacturing cylindrical parts. In recent years, the DLseries computer numerical control(CNC) heavy-duty horizontal lathes(HDHLs) have been widely used in the transportation, energy and aviation industries. High availability of the CNC heavy-duty lathes is demanded to guarantee the efficiency and benefit of these manufacturing industries. As one of the key subsystems of the HDHLs, the feeding control system is studied in this paper on reliability modeling and reliability analysis. The fault tree analysis(FTA) method is used for reliability modelling of the feeding control system. Considering the multiple common cause failure groups(CCFGs) existing in the system, a modified beta factor parametric model is introduced to model the common cause failure(CCF) in system. The reliability of feeding control system is then obtained and the effect of CCF on the reliability of the whole system is studied as well. 展开更多
