配气正时和预喷射对柴油机排放影响模拟研究

柴油机缸内净化技术主要是在不改变发动机结构的基础上通过耦合适当工作性能参数对缸内燃烧特性进行优化从而改善喷油参数能够有效改善柴油机动力性能。废气再循环技术亦是改善相关性能的有效手段。该文基于GT-POWER构建四缸柴油机模型... 柴油机缸内净化技术主要是在不改变发动机结构的基础上通过耦合适当工作性能参数对缸内燃烧特性进行优化从而改善喷油参数能够有效改善柴油机动力性能。废气再循环技术亦是改善相关性能的有效手段。该文基于GT-POWER构建四缸柴油机模型,并搭建试验台架验证模型准确性,探究配气正时和预喷射对柴油机排放的影响。结果发现:进气时刻与喷油时刻增大,NOX随着进气时刻与喷油时刻的增大显著增多,soot排放受影响较小。喷油时刻推迟和喷油量增大均会导致soot排放增多。 展开更多

现代,人们的环保意识逐渐增强,随着化石燃料的降低和汽排放标准的提高,利用SCR技术降低NOx已经逐渐成为国内车载汽车达到国五以及以上排放标准的重要手段之一。采用AVL FIRE软件对柴油机SCR系统进行数值模拟,同时在原有模型添加雾化管,... 现代,人们的环保意识逐渐增强,随着化石燃料的降低和汽排放标准的提高,利用SCR技术降低NOx已经逐渐成为国内车载汽车达到国五以及以上排放标准的重要手段之一。采用AVL FIRE软件对柴油机SCR系统进行数值模拟,同时在原有模型添加雾化管,分析不同喷射时刻的压力变化,同时比较添加多孔管前后的NOx转化率。结果表明:在添加多孔管之后的方案中,多孔管的孔仅在侧面的情况下,SCR系统的速度分布、温度分布和氨气分布情况要好,但是压力损失要大。相对来讲,在侧面和底部开孔,且在底部呈锥形的压力损失小。 展开更多

A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study was carried out on a four stroke air cooled DI diesel engine, F912Q manufactured by Beinei Company, by using the KIVA 3V code. A three dimensional mesh was set up to model the cylinder, intake passage and exhaust passage. The calculated in cylinder pressure history and emissions are compared with the engine test data. The results show reasonable agreement. The effects of swirl ratio and spray angle on fuel spray, evaporation and mixing are investigated. It is found that there are optimum swirl ratio and spray angle for better evaporation and combustion. 展开更多

Simulation of quasi-dimensional model for diesel engine working process 被引量:1

In order to satisfy the demand of validity and real time operating performance of diesel engine model used in hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,a simplified quasi-dimensional model for diesel engine working process was proposed,which was based on the phase-divided spray mixing model.The software MATLAB/Simulink was utilized to simulate diesel engine performance parameters.The comparisons between calculated results and experimental data show that the relative error of power and brake specific fuel consumption is less than 2.8%,and the relative error of nitric oxide and soot emissions is less than 9.1%.At the same time,the average computational time for simulation of one working process with the new model is 36 s,which presents good real time operating performance of the model.The simulation results also indicate that the nozzle flow coefficient has great influence on the prediction precision of performance parameters in diesel engine simulation model. 展开更多
