And the maximum permissible component tolerances are established. In order to achieve the desired accuracy (defined by circular error probability), the types of appropriate sensors are chosen. The inertial measurement unit (IMU) is composed of those sensors. It is necessary to calibrate the sensors to obtain their error model coefficients of IMU. After calibration tests, the accuracy is calculated by uniform design method and it is proved that the accuracy of IMU is satisfied for the desired goal.展开更多

A total of 256 alleles were detected among the landraces. At each locus, the number of alleles varied from 2 to 9, with an average of 6.1. On the basis of the genetic similarity coefficients, clustering analysis separated the landraces into four groups. The landraces collected from the same region were mostly grouped together. To reveal the genetic structure and genetic diversity within landraces, 165 individuals from 11 landraces were analyzed. Individual DNA samples proved to be superior to bulk DNA samples in identifying genetic diversity of landraces. A total of 330 alleles were detected in the 11 landraces. According to the results of the individual DNA sampling analysis, estimates of the mean number of alleles ‘A’, the effective allelic number ‘Ae’, the observed heterozygosity ‘Ho’, and expected heterozygosity ‘He’ were 7.86, 3.90, 0.69, and 0.37, respectively. An obvious genetic deviation from Hardy-Weinberg expectation was observed both among and within landraces and a considerable genetic variation was revealed within rather than among landraces. In addition, genetic diversity of landraces was greater in Sichuan than in the other three regions. It can be concluded that maize landraces in southwest China were initially introduced to Sichuan and from there to adjacent areas.展开更多

[Method] From 27 pairs of porcine microsatellite primers recommended by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and international Society for Animal Genetics (ISAG), six pairs (S0155, SW240, IGF1, SW951, SW857, SW24) were selected for microsatellite DNA detection of three Guizhou local pig breeds, including Nuogu Pig, Kele Pig and Guanling Pig. Subsequently, their genetic diversities were analyzed. [ Result] The three pig breeds were high polymorphic at the six microsatellite loci (PIC 〉0.5). The Nei's standard genetic distance of them was 0.206 3 -0.481 5. The genetic distance between Nuogu Pig and Kele Pig Was the closest, and that between Nuogu Pig and Guanling Pig was the furthest. [ Conclusion] The three Guizhou local pig breeds are in high genetic diversities. Nuogu Pig is a special type of Kele Pig, an excellent Chinese local pig breed.展开更多

In this research, an index system and methodology for the evaluation of self-elevating drilling unit was proposed. Based on this, a multi-objective combinatorial optimization model was developed, using the improved grey relation Analysis (GRA), in which the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weights of the evaluating indices. It considered the connections within the indices, reflecting the objective nature of things, and also considered the subjective interests of ship owners and the needs of designers. The evaluation index system and evaluation method can be used in the selection of an optimal scheme and advanced assessment. A case study shows the index system and evaluation method are scientific, reasonable, and easy to put into practice. At the same time, such an evaluation index system and evaluation method will be helpful for making decisions for other mobile platforms.展开更多

[Method] By using 0.2 mg/ml ellagic acid standard solution, on the basis of single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, chromatographic conditions (mobile phase ratio, flow rate, col- umn temperature) for detecting ellagic acid using HPLC were optimized. Based on the optimal chromatographic conditions, the ellagic acid content in experimental pomegranate peels was determined. [Resull] The optimal chromatographic conditions for detecting ellagic acid in pomegranate peels using HPLC method are: 1.2% phos- phoric acid:acetonitrile=85:15, column temperature of 35 ℃, and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The linear regression equation of ellagic acid is: y=2.9e+0.6x+4.4e+5 (FF=9 999). Ac- cording to the standard addition recovery test, the average recovery rate of ellagic acid is 98.20%, and RSD is 0.60%. Under above optimized chromatographic condi- tions, ellagic acid can be well separated from other interfering components in pomegranate peels, with shorter peak time and ideal effect, which is convenient for the detection in production practices. [Conclusion] This study laid the foundation for detecting ellagic acid in pomegranate peels using HPLC method.展开更多

[Method] Comprehensive analysis combining cluster analysis and sub- ordinate function was conducted through determining related resistance indexes of 67 hot pepper germplasms 50 days after inoculated with M. incognita. [Result] The effects of M. incognita on related resistance indexes were significantly different am- ong the hot pepper germplasms. Egg index and gall index had abundant genetic variation with variation coefficients of 143.16% and 118.95%, respectively. Based on the gall indexes, cluster analysis of hot pepper germplasms was performed. The 67 hot pepper germplasms were divided into 4 groups (resistant, moderately resistant, susceptible and high susceptible). The resistance intensity of the hot pepper germplasms were ranked according to the sum of subordinate function values of various resistance indexes. The total function values of Rela 2 and L506M were the largest (2.00), indicating that these two germplasms were immune to M. incognita. The total function values of L287-2, L522-1M, L504M, L515-2, 13SM100-1, L512M, L292-1, L319, L316, L317, 13SM87-1 and Rela 5 were larger than 1.95, indicating that these germplasms were highly resistant to M. incognita. [Conclusion] This study could provide certain resistant resources for resistance breeding of hot pepper to M. incognita.展开更多
