The model extends the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model by adding a tag layer be- tween the document and the topic. Each document is represented by a mixture of tags; each tag is as- sociated with a multinomial distribution over topics and each topic is associated with a multinomial dis- trNution over words. After parameter estimation, the tags are used to descrNe the underlying topics. Thus the latent semantic knowledge within the top- ics could be represented explicitly. The tags are treated as concepts, and the top-N words from the top topics are selected as related words of the con- cepts. Then PMI-IR is employed to compute the re- latedness between each tag-word pair and noisy words with low correlation removed to improve the quality of the semantic knowledge. Experiment re- sults show that the proposed method can effectively capture semantic knowledge, especially the polyse- me and synonym.展开更多
New and emerging use cases, such as the interconnection of geographically distributed data centers(DCs), are drawing attention to the requirement for dynamic end-to-end service provisioning, spanning multiple and hete...New and emerging use cases, such as the interconnection of geographically distributed data centers(DCs), are drawing attention to the requirement for dynamic end-to-end service provisioning, spanning multiple and heterogeneous optical network domains. This heterogeneity is, not only due to the diverse data transmission and switching technologies, but also due to the different options of control plane techniques. In light of this, the problem of heterogeneous control plane interworking needs to be solved, and in particular, the solution must address the specific issues of multi-domain networks, such as limited domain topology visibility, given the scalability and confidentiality constraints. In this article, some of the recent activities regarding the Software-Defined Networking(SDN) orchestration are reviewed to address such a multi-domain control plane interworking problem. Specifically, three different models, including the single SDN controller model, multiple SDN controllers in mesh, and multiple SDN controllers in a hierarchical setting, are presented for the DC interconnection network with multiple SDN/Open Flow domains or multiple Open Flow/Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching( GMPLS) heterogeneous domains. I n addition, two concrete implementations of the orchestration architectures are detailed, showing the overall feasibility and procedures of SDN orchestration for the end-to-endservice provisioning in multi-domain data center optical networks.展开更多
AIM: To study the gene expression changes in pancreatic cystic neoplasm in SV40Tag transgenic mice model and to provide information about the prevention, clinical diagnosis and therapy of pancreatic cancer. METHODS:...AIM: To study the gene expression changes in pancreatic cystic neoplasm in SV40Tag transgenic mice model and to provide information about the prevention, clinical diagnosis and therapy of pancreatic cancer. METHODS: Using the pBC-SV40Tag transgenic mice model of pancreatic cystic neoplasm, we studied the gene expression changes by applying high-density microarrays. Validation of part gene expression profiling data was performed using real-time PCR.RESULTS: By using high-density oligonucleotide microarray, of 14113 genes, 453 were increased and 760 decreased in pancreatic cystic neoplasm, including oncogenes, cell-cycle-related genes, signal transduction-related genes, skeleton-related genes and metabolism-related genes. Among these, we confirmed the changes in Igf, Shh and Wnt signal pathways with real-time PCR. The results of real-time PCR showed similar expression changes in gene chip.CONCLUSION: all the altered expression genes are associated with cell cycle, DNA damage and repair, signal pathway, and metabolism. SV40Tag may cooperate with several proteins in promoting tumorigenesis.展开更多
文摘目的:探讨健康中国汉族人群中basigin(BSG)基因的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)发生情况。方法:随机收集48例健康、无亲缘关系的中国汉族人外周血液并提取基因组DNA,设计引物对所有个体BSG基因的启动子区、外显子区和外显子内含子交界区的序列进行PCR扩增和正反向测序,通过判读测序峰图,明确SNPs的发生情况及其频率;通过Hardy-Weinberg平衡分析、单倍型推测和连锁不平衡分析,确定BSG基因位点的单倍型标签SNPs(haplotype tag SNPs,htSNPs);中性理论检验查明该基因位点SNPs频率分布是否符合选择中性。结果:共发现19个SNPs,其中包括2个新发现的SNPs;所有SNPs位点基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。该基因位点共推测出4种常见单倍型域,确定9个SNPs为htSNPs。中性理论检验结果提示健康中国汉族人群BSG基因的SNPs分布符合中性进化假说。结论:首次对中国健康汉族人群BSG基因的SNPs进行了发掘,确定了其9个单倍型标签SNPs,为在汉族人群中研究该基因的遗传多态性与疾病易感性或药物反应性个体差异奠定了基础。
