为了提高超精密级二维工作台的运动定位精度,提出了一种实现工作台系统误差分离的二维自标定算法。基于工作台测量误差模型,该算法利用辅助标记板的5个不同测量位姿,分别得到迭代模型和迭代初始值,最终建立完整的迭代二维自标定模型。... 为了提高超精密级二维工作台的运动定位精度,提出了一种实现工作台系统误差分离的二维自标定算法。基于工作台测量误差模型,该算法利用辅助标记板的5个不同测量位姿,分别得到迭代模型和迭代初始值,最终建立完整的迭代二维自标定模型。应用该算法对系统误差为0.2μm的二维工作台进行仿真,结果显示:当不存在随机测量噪声时,标定精度为0.33nm;引入随机测量噪声时,标定精度与噪声同一量级。对x、y向给定测量精度分别为2.98μm和3.22μm的二维工作台进行自标定,得到x、y向测量精度分别为2.59μm和3.14μm。提出的自标定算法对随机测量噪声有很好的鲁棒性,能够用于精密或超精密级二维工作台自标定。 展开更多

针对基于三维扫描的商品过度包装智能检测系统中检测摄像机与被测物间三维轴线求解复杂的问题,提出一种在过度包装检测系统中检测摄像机与被测物间三维轴线求解方法。该方法利用棋盘格做标记板,在计算机上利用O pen CV对标记图像进行识... 针对基于三维扫描的商品过度包装智能检测系统中检测摄像机与被测物间三维轴线求解复杂的问题,提出一种在过度包装检测系统中检测摄像机与被测物间三维轴线求解方法。该方法利用棋盘格做标记板,在计算机上利用O pen CV对标记图像进行识别处理,利用三维重建原理对坐标进行二维到三维的变换和空间点重建,实现三维扫描下摄像机与被测物之间的三维轴线求解。在实验中,该方法测试数据达到该系统对精度的要求。所提方法中测量装置结构简单,在转换过程中不需要对标记进行边缘检测,减少了计算量,同时使测量效率得到提高,降低求解的复杂程度。 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to study the supporting raising technology of Castanea mollissima Blume molecular marker-assisted selection to reduce the cost and time for chestnut breeding.[Method] To find the best cutting method,10 treatments were designed according to transverse diameter and vertical diameter of the chestnut including different cutting ratios in 1/2,1/3,1/4 and different directions about cross cutting,vertical cutting,bevel cutting and two side-cutting.The germination rate,seedling survival rate and morphological indicators of the treatments were measured;significant difference among them was also analyzed.[Result] 1/3 bevel cutting was the best,which not only could give high germination rate and survival rate,but also could guarantee high quality of nursery stock,which did not grow so differently with the untreated seedlings.[Conclusion] This way can not only reduce too much cost and time for seedling breeding,but also promote the germination of chestnut in advance,which could do much good to production. 展开更多

Although stone palettes from the Naqada culture are well known, research has been focused mostly on those palettes which are richly decorated. However, streaks and fragments of individual signs are also often found on simple palettes of various shapes. This study shows that the majority of these palettes have quite a number of marks and sign fragments that have been made by different techniques and over a long period of time. This particularly applies to rhomboidal palettes, for most of which there are no ground to infer that they have been used for ritual purposes or for mixing beauty care compositions. It is more likely that they denote an early form of the visual symbol in later periods represented by the head of Ptah's staff. 展开更多

A novel, cheap, disposable and single-use nanoparticles-based nanochannel platform assembled on a flexible substrate for label-free immunosensing is pre- sented. This sensing platform is formed by the dip-coating of a homogeneous and assembled monolayer of carboxylated polystyrene nanospheres (PS, 200 and 500 nm-sized) onto the working area of flexible screen-printed indium tin oxide/polyethylene terephthalate (ITO/PET) electrodes. The spaces between the self-assembled nanospheres generate well-ordered nanochannels, with inter-PS particles distances of around 65 and 24 nm respectively. The formed nanochannels are used for the effective immobilization of antibodies and subsequent protein detection based on the monitoring of [Fe(CN)6]^4- flow through diffusion and the decrease in the differential pulse voltammetric signal upon immunocomplex formation. The obtained sensing system is nanochannel-size dependent and allows human immunoglobulin G (IgG) (chosen as a model analyte) to be detected at levels of 580 ng/mL. The system also exhibits an excellent specificity against other proteins present in real samples and shows good performance with a human urine sample. The developed device represents an integrated and simple biodetection system which overcomes many of the limitations of previously reported nanochannels-based approaches and can be extended in the future to several other immuno and DNA detection systems. 展开更多
