基于文本操作转换算法已经广泛的应用于协同应用中,但是之前基于文本编辑的协同研究大部分都是基于文本的插入,删除操作,而且研究的对象大多为线性的文档模型,对于新的文档模型和新的操作之前的协同算法已经不适应.本文对基于树型文档... 基于文本操作转换算法已经广泛的应用于协同应用中,但是之前基于文本编辑的协同研究大部分都是基于文本的插入,删除操作,而且研究的对象大多为线性的文档模型,对于新的文档模型和新的操作之前的协同算法已经不适应.本文对基于树型文档模型的遗传操作(包括交叉操作和变异操作)进行了一致性维护研究.对比分析了之前多种协同设计方案的优劣,建立了基于树型文档模型,描述了遗传操作实现的过程,设计和冲突检测和冲突消解算法,提出了一致性维护的流程.最后模拟了协同编辑的场景,并把算法应用于协同编辑,从理论上证明了算法的收敛性和方案的正确性. 展开更多

A mathematical model of resin flow and temperature variation in the filling stage of the resin transfer molding (RTM) is developed based on the control volume/finite element method (CV/FEM). The effects of the heat transfer and chemical reaction of the resin on the flow and temperature are considered. The numerical algorithm of the resin flow and temperature variation in the process of RTM are studied. Its accuracy and convergence are analyzed. The comparison of temperature variations between experimental results and model predictions is carried out for two RTM cases. Result shows that the model is efficient for evaluating the flow and temperature variation in the filling stage of RTM and there is a good coincidence between theory and experiment. 展开更多

AIM: To construct tree models for classification of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL) by chromosome copy numbers, to compare them with cDNA microarray classification, and to explore models of multi-gene, multi-step and multi-pathway processes of DLBCL tumorigenesis. METHODS: Maximum-weight branching and distancebased models were constructed based on the comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) data of 123 DLBCL samples using the established methods and software of Desper et al . A maximum likelihood tree model was also used to analyze the data. By comparing with the results reported in literature, values of tree models in the classification of DLBCL were elucidated. RESULTS: Both the branching and the distance-based trees classified DLBCL into three groups. We combined the classification methods of the two models and classified DLBCL into three categories according to their characteristics. The first group was marked by +Xq, +Xp, -17p and +13q; the second group by +3q, +18q and +18p; and the third group was marked by -6q and +6p. This chromosomal classification was consistent with cDNA classification. It indicated that -6q and +3q were two main events in the tumorigenesis of lymphoma. CONCLUSION: Tree models of lymphoma established from CGH data can be used in the classification of DLBCL. These models can suggest multi-gene, multistep and multi-pathway processes of tumorigenesis. Two pathways, -6q preceding +6q and +3q preceding+18q, may be important in understanding tumorigenesis of DLBCL. The pathway, -6q preceding +6q, may have a close relationship with the tumorigenesis of non-GCB DLBCL. 展开更多

The Common Land Model(CoLM) was coupled with the IAP Dynamic Global Vegetation Model(IAPDGVM), and the performance of this combined CoLMIAP model was evaluated. Offline simulations using both the original Common Land Model(CoLM-LPJ) and CoLM-IAP were conducted. The CoLM-IAP coupled model showed a significant improvement over CoLMLPJ, as the deciduous tree distribution decreased over temperate and boreal regions, while the distribution of evergreen trees increased over the tropics. Some biases in CoLM-LPJ were preserved, including the overestimation of evergreen trees in tropical savanna, the underestimation of boreal evergreen trees, and the absence of boreal shrubs. However, most of these biases did not exist in a further coupled simulation of IAP-DGVM with the Community Land Model(CLM), for which the parameters of IAP-DGVM were optimized. This implies that further improvement is needed to deal with the differences between CoLM and CLM in parameterizations of landbased physical and biochemical processes. 展开更多

Assuming the perspective that to be an entrepreneur is basically an attitude towards life and the world, there proposed holistic, constructivist and experiential processes and strategies for entrepreneurship education. The "entrepreneur XXI", must be able to undertake a social function of change, so, an economical and social development more human, ethical and intelligent. Under this assumption, the "Tree Model for the Development of Entrepreneurial Competencies", that will be discussed globally in the second part of this article, suggests a dynamic and experiential approach ofentrepreneurship education based on the qualification of people's behaviour, self-esteem, competencies and experiences; a profile of key behavioural and performance competencies (root), experimental pedagogical procedures (trunk) and real results within group projects (fruits). This model has been developed during the last decade (2001-2011), using a multidisciplinary research-action procedure, within business, education (at different teaching levels) and social project environments. 展开更多

The mispredictive costs of flaring and non-flaring samples are different for different applications of solar flare prediction.Hence,solar flare prediction is considered a cost sensitive problem.A cost sensitive solar flare prediction model is built by modifying the basic decision tree algorithm.Inconsistency rate with the exhaustive search strategy is used to determine the optimal combination of magnetic field parameters in an active region.These selected parameters are applied as the inputs of the solar flare prediction model.The performance of the cost sensitive solar flare prediction model is evaluated for the different thresholds of solar flares.It is found that more flaring samples are correctly predicted and more non-flaring samples are wrongly predicted with the increase of the cost for wrongly predicting flaring samples as non-flaring samples,and the larger cost of wrongly predicting flaring samples as non-flaring samples is required for the higher threshold of solar flares.This can be considered as the guide line for choosing proper cost to meet the requirements in different applications. 展开更多

This paper presents an advanced octree(AO-rep) model and an implicit formula of a generalized cutter model for five-axis milling simulation.First,the main ideal of the AO-rep model is building a hierarchical structure and representing solid volumes.The AO-rep model utilizes an octree to cull unrelated voxels,and generates a small-scale voxel model in grey octants when a cutter intersects these octants.Using a simplified intersection computation between a cube and triangles in E^3,an STL model can be converted into its AO-rep model at a preprocessing stage.Second,the authors formulate an implicit function of a generalized cutter in moving cutter frame,and determine the function in fixed workpiece frame using the theory of a rigid body motion.Finally,the authors make a simulation of machining an impeller.The result shows that the proposed approach has a high performance of time and space. 展开更多
