校企资源协同体中的混编师资团队建设探索——以“南京信息职业技术学院—中兴信雅达混编师资团队”为例

校企合作、工学结合是高等职业教育的本质特征。高职教育实现校企合作不仅符合"实践—认识—实践"的认知规律,也符合我国教育与生产相结合的大政方针。为此,必须把加强和培养双师型教师作为师资队伍建设的目标。本文从校企合作师资培养环节出发,以南京信息职业技术学院与中兴通讯合作成立的"南京信息职业技术学院—中兴信雅达混编师资团队"为例,展开对校企混编师资团队建设的探讨;针对高职院校双师型教师现状,从混编师资架构、混编师资培养流程、评价体系等方面给出了笔者的观点。

Research on the Construction of Synergetic innovation Model of the R＆D Center of Modem Logistics Based on College-enterprise Double Subject

Synergetic innovation of college-enterprise in China has initial development, but difficult to demonstrate the operation and performance. College-enterprise double subject deepen integration between colleges and enterprises, colleges and enterprises to effectively integrate community resources and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of college-enterprise cooperation. Starting from the practice of college-enterprise double subject, the article builds a synergetic innovation model of the R＆D Center of Modern Logistics, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions of its operations and security.
