Using a highpower semiconductor laser as heat source, a traceable dynamic calibration system is established to perform dynamic calibration of thermocouples. With quantumbehaved particle swam optimization (QP-SO) algorithm on MATLAB platform, a model of dynamic compensation filter is established. It is used by LabVIEW that calls MATLAB Script nodes or COM components to accomplish the mixed programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB, further to compensate the temperature values of the thermocouples dynamically. The experimental results show that the technique that combines temperature measurement system with LabVIEW platform is applied well in testing the explosion temperature of ther mobaric weaponry and makes the compensation values closer to the actual signals.展开更多

As a subcontractor of EADS Astrium, AMOS was responsible for the manufacturing of the instrument telescope mirrors and for the validation of the telescope alignment procedure. This paper details the mirror manufacturing sequences from mirror CVD-SiC cladding to surface figuring and coating, outlining the metrology steps and their corresponding accuracy budget. The telescope alignment process is described in connection with the tooling and techniques that helped achieve the required optical performance of less than 90 nm RMS wavefront error within the telescope field of view.Pierre Gloesenet展开更多

Known test item calibration method uses item parameter estimation with the statistical data, collected during examinees prior testing. Disadvantage of the mentioned item calibration method is the item exposure; when test items become familiar to the examinees. To reduce the item exposure, automatic item generation method is used, where item models are being constructed based on already calibrated test items without losing already estimated item parameters. A technic of item model extraction method from the already calibrated and therefore exposed test items described, which can be used by the test item development specialists to integrate automatic item generation principles with the existing testing applications.展开更多
